This Taco Bell is a joke! We can't order through the ap which for some reason does not include this location. So we walk in and are completely ignored by the person near the counter working on an order I assume. Then a man who seems to be a manager walks by the counter chatting with the other worker, he looks at us and says nothing and continues talking to the other worker about the person in the drive thru who dropped their food and how funny it was. He then acknowledges a friend who came into the restaurant and gives him a hug. After a few more minutes of being ignored we walked out. read more

The Middletown location is a joke. They serve breakfast when they are open. It's a crap shoot if you find people here in the morning. If you think pulling up to the drive thru menu is your indicator of the place being open, you would be like the others, totally guessing, showed up at 0730, no one in line, menu still shows evening food, sat at the order station for nearly 5 min before I said hello aloud. Person answered back, told me they had no coffee, and other menu items were out also. Literally the worst tacobell around. They sell lemonade inside but you cant get it in dt because they wont let you. This is just an example. They never have product, machines always broken and rude service. I know they are short staffed i am not complaining about that at all because i get that. But the rest is terrible. They also informed us they no longer do potatoes for tacobell it was discontinued but the picture has been on the menu for months. read more

This place is terrible. Been in drive through for over 25 minutes. Still in it now. There is no dine in. I got here at 6pm it's now 6:30 pm. Just made my order and only had 3 cars in front of me before the order box. I get their they have no chicken. Only medium cups and are out of refried beans. My nachos literally had half of the ingredients listed. It was a box of chips with a tablespoon of guac. They suck.

The service was trashy and the food was cold. We walked in and nobody was there to serve us because the teenage workers were outside probably smoking. They were hanging out with a group of middle schoolers on bikes who were almost crashing into cars. The short blonde teenage girl with a nose ring and a stoned look on her face finally walks in with with two tall teenage boys. She gets to the register and says nothing to us and just stares. My friend went to order their Taco Bell nacho fries and she has a tiny stutter. She was trying to make sure she ordered right. She started to say nacho first and then stuttered a little before saying fries. Before she could even say fries, the girl says some random order and we say no. When we finally said a small order nacho fries, cheese sauce, and a large fountain drink, the total added up to $8. We were confused but payed anyway, blaming inflation. She gave us our receipt and we went to fill up our cup. Our order comes out and we leave to go home. We walked there to when we got to the edge of the parking lot, we checked the bag. The bag had a large order of KFC fries and nacho cheese. We brushed it off because we assumed it was a mistake and my friend goes in to ask about the mistake and I offered just to pay for more fries because it didn't matter much to me. She comes out after a few minutes with nothing in hand. She said that when she went in there was nobody to serve anyone once again. One of the kids the teen workers were hanging out with yelled, "Front Counter!!". Then the blonde teenage girl walks over roller her eyes and says, "what?". My friend apologizes for the mishap and says that we ordered Taco Bell nacho fries, not the KFC fries. Then the blonde girl snaps, "We don't have that here, I gave you what we had,". My friend says she remembers getting them there but she's sorry if she's mistaken. The blonde girl looks at her and just says, "No." and looks at her ordering tablet and says sassily, "no that wasn't us." My friend again apologizes by saying, "Oh, okay. I'm sorry". Annoyed, the blonde girl rolls her eyes and mumbles, "have a good day," and walks away. We're not upset that they didn't have what we wanted, but it was uncalled for how the stoned teenage worker with fried hair spoke to us. Left an even worse taste in our mouths than the cold fries. read more

This taco bell is in desperate need of a face lift. They do good work however, its very run down and the tables and any part of the interior needs to be replaced and refreshed. I have been a Taco Bell customer for years. But not at this location. the restaurant was old and unclean looking. I should have walked out. When I went there today the woman at the counter was unfriendly. I asked for a Nacho Bellgrande, no meat and extra beans. What I received was stale nachos, and maybe a tablespoon of beans that were watery. I will not go to this location again. We had hard time finding a clean table. read more

Went in and ordered a menu item advertised on their wall as Item # 6 which was 2 chalupas and 1 Taco and drink. I chose the steak and the woman behind the register rang it up for $9.00 and change. I looked at the receipt is was for 8.19 plus a dollar for Steak. I said I did not want the sour cream and the receipt charged me .60 for something I did not want. Finally realising , that she was wrong, after I had pointed out the mistake a number of times, call the manager over to correct it. His name was Bob/Robert and he gave me my money back and rerung up the order. As he was walking away I looked at the bill and told him that it was still wrong. The advertised price was $779 for Steak or chicken and he charged me $819. He said that the price on the wall behind him was not the real price and it was $7.19 + 1.00 for steak. I said to him I would like it at the advertised price of $7.79 and Bob told me I would not be eating at his establishment today. I asked for the name of his supervisor and he told me He was it. I been eating at TB for years and never was told I need to pay more that what was advertised and I was never told to take my business somewhere else. They did not even give me a senior citizen discount. If it did not happen to me I would not of believed it. Their allowing kids to manage a business establishment. "Your dinning area in the Bennington location was filthy, with garbage/food on the floors and tables in the dinning area and the bathroom. Our meal was not edible. The food was cold and also had a tomato stem in my chalupa. I have supported your stores for years and have NEVER had this horrible of an experience. When I went to ask for the manager's name for this report, the assistant manager, Lydia was polite and gave me her name but let me know she was not the manager in charge of the shift but she was the only one to look into the report of their dinning area. As soon as we left we could see Lydia coming to look at the dinning area. she was the only employee to address this issue and did apologize for our experience. I did not believe there was any reason for the dinning area to be filthy being that two of the employees were out on break when we got there, so clearly not so busy the couldn't have swept the floor at least. I appreciate your time and efforts to prevent another customer from having this experience with your company." Good stuff! I know Taco Bell isn't like, the best thing for ya, but sometimes you just have that craving for this stuff! They do a good job here - I was able to try the Doritos Taco here - it's good. I wasn't amazed by it but it was good. I actually really liked the Volcano taco - it has this creamy-spicy sauce on it which I thought was great. Goofy kids work here, but what do you expect? My boyfriend took me on a romantic weekend getaway to Bennington. After the four-hour drive, with an unexpected stop for a flat tire in NJ, we arrived close to 11pm and hungry. This Taco Bell was the only place that was still open. Why not try a Doritos Taco Loco, we thought, so we went through the drive through and placed an order. We got one of each of the Tacos Locos. Cool Ranch was the standout of the three. The grilled, stuffed something burrito was acceptable and the seven layer burrito was a winner. I recommend eating your tacos as soon as possible after they are assembled. We waited until we got to the house and they had become a little soggy. Immediate consumption is probably preferable. The seven layer burrito is the exception from that rule. Great job by the guy who seemed to be manning the drive through and kitchen solo that night. We will definitely be back (if it's almost 11pm and we are in Bennington). read more
