This pizza was better than some I had just out of Manhattan the day before. So good. My husband with gluten and lactose intolerance caved and it didn't give him as much problems as I was expecting. Randomly found myself here when I was looking for lunch after driving a family member to buy a car from Bennington Subaru. I'd say this is the best Pizza I've ever had. I ordered Garlic Bread as well and it was like they rolled out a Pizza Crust, and just smothered it with Butter and spices picked right from Heaven. It wasn't want I expected to see, but it proved to be so much better that what I'm used to. It ruined me, because I live over an hour a way and can't make that drive just for Pizza. But the next time I find myself in Bennington, I'm making a special trip here for lunch. And maybe Dinner too. And a snack for the ride home. read more

Didn't even have a chance to try the food due to the horrible customer service. I was with a group of four and we walked in at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The hours posted on the door and online stated they were open until 10pm. When we walked in the woman behind the counter had a horrible stank face and didn't even greet us. I said hello to her and she didn't respond. She then turned to someone else working behind the counter and angrily and loudly said "since when have we started being open past 9?" to which he responded "it's Saturday, we're open until 10." We stop now and then, and never had a bad experience. I have tried the pizza & gyro. My partner likes the spanokopita and greek salad, and the eggplant parmesan was rated good by two others. Lots more on the menu than the downloadable one. The staff has always been attentive and serves our table after ordering at the kitchen. Ohhh.. the baklava on the counter is quite large, and good. Nothing excellent, but just good, and that is good enough! Prices are reasonable, just check the menu. read more

I hate to only give 2 stars to a place with the best pizza around, but the rest of the food is embarrassing. Excellent Greek style pizza, perfect crust and enough cheese for a 70s Travolta movie. But the rest. A total waste. Last visit I ordered a Greek salad and Buffalo chicken tenders. I actually thought before I ordered that this may have been the place with the bad other foods but talked myself out of it. The salad was a salad. It had weak romaine lettuce which does not scream Greek to me, the olives and other veggies were fine. The feta was sparce and lacking flavor, in fact it may have been mozzarella. The dressing was disgraceful. I am mostly sure it was olive oil with Italian seasoning in it. In the end I ate it to get my serving of greens but was very disappointed. The tenders? These are the debacle choice I recall from bringing my family here. I'm certain these were dropped in the fryer frozen for 5 minutes. They were soggy, rubbery, and bland. Also served half tossed in Buffalo sauce with no dipping sauce.. just horrible. Without a doubt if I had bought frozen tenders at Walmart and microwaved them they would have been far better. Bottom line? Order your pizza here and go literally anywhere else for the rest. read more

The crust is thin and crusty and delicious. This is not, however, a good place to go if you're on a tight schedule. The staff is very small, and orders take especially long when they're busy. I've had to wait for an hour before to get my pizza. If you've got the time (and it's not a weekend, when they're super busy), it's a good idea to stop in. read more

This is phenomenal pizza! First time we ordered it we got pepperoni pizza and garlic cheesy bread. The bread was covered in gooey delicious cheese. Starving on 4th of July and this was one of the only places open and we were so happy to try it. The chicken wings had a great sauce that was crispy as if they baked them. Delicious! After three tries, we're done. Each time, they have screwed up our take-out order. The other night, it cost us 17.44. We ordered a gyro and a Greek salad with grilled chicken. I received a tossed salad with TWO ounces of chicken (there was so little that I had to know how much it was). The gyro was $6.75, so I paid about ten bucks for a terrible salad (reheated chicken, horrible lettuce). They obviously had no difficulty figuring the order out so they could charge us for it, they just couldn't manage to actually give it to us. NEVER going back, and will make a point of telling people not to go there. A big waste of money. The good reviews must have confused this place with somewhere else, or they are plants by owners' friends. read more
