Normally we break out the Grills and cook up a storm for Football or Concerts at the Meadowlands Met Life Stadium events but with limited time and doing this all on my own, I decided the easiest way to do this would have some casual catering done. Recommended highly by family and friends I gave Michael a call and asked for some trays to feed 25 to 30 people. What I received was nothing short from Spectacular. Ended up with 3 Trays of Sandwiches an 1 platter of appetizers. Appetizer platter was All fresh cheeses, Mozzerella, peppers, hot peppers, pepperoni, soppersata, etc presented nicely. Everything was plentiful, fresh and the Hot Peppers if you like that thing was to die for. Trays were 1 Each of Italian Subs, Turkey / Roast Beef Subs / and fresh chicken cutlets with fresh arugula, roasted peppers and olive oil. All the bread was fresh, the sandwiches over stuffed and fresh cold cuts while the Chicken Cutlets were such a big hit it looked like a pack of wolves went through that tray. All and all more than enough food for 30 Plus people, with stuff left over. Price points are unsurpassed. I've experienced some of their Hot Tray's at family events and can say that these are equal to the quality and presentation presented for my order.
