I just moved to the area and thought I'd give pizza guys a shot, at first I was a little timid because of the homeless lady yelling but when I entered I was greeted by a young lady I believe her name was Celeste, she was super sweet the customer service she displayed was so impeccable when I left it felt like I walk out of a 5 star restaurant. read more

Thankful to know there is still people that truly care about customers in this wold being in the restaurant business I definitely can understand the stress it can put on someone but pizza guys is blessed to have such an amazing employee thank you to Celeste for for making one of my darkest days better and her pizza skills wow thank you so much! read more

The pizza is delicious here, the one of the workers named Valerie is extremely rude. I called to see what deal they had and she goes "you could check online but I guess I'll tell you" and after I said ok thank you she goes "mhmm and hung up" stupid bitch read more

Good pizza but better salads. Love the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. However the employees that take phone orders are not that familiar with all menu items. They've given us the wrong salads a few times. read more

Got there daily deal for $19.99. Not bad for the price, wished the put little bit more topping on the pizza. read more

Ok YUM!! I love me some Pizza Guys. If you are looking for delivery in Vallejo Pizza Guys is bar far the best. I started ordering Dominios for a minute when they "changed" their pizza but it only was good the first time I got it. Sorry I ever doubted you Pizza Guys you are way better than Dominos, hands down. Keep on keepin' me happy! read more

Soo I have passed by so many times and finally decided to give the a try. They have an online special, two med specialty pizzas with a free 2liter or pint of ice cream! So we get a meaty and a garlic special and it was soo soo good, I have picky eaters and omg this was the best ! We are in love with the garlic specialty! And we are in love with the service, they were fast, polite, and got right! Because of the location I honestly didn't know what to expect. You you haven't tried pizza guys in vallejo pls make sure you do! read more

Update. The manager of this company really made me feel like my business mattered. He did everything in his power to make my boyfriend and I want to return. It was nice to have a company take initiative to make things right. Alberto, you were very sincere and still continue to make us a priority. Thanks again for your kindness! We will definitely return :) read more

Tonight we ordered online. I Iove munchies with my pizza but we got a phone call after the order was placed the card charged that they were out of munchies. They asked if we wanted to substitute so we asked for jalapeño cheesy bread. The girl told us that because it was a dollar more they could only give us regular garlic bread, not the jalapeño bread. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and got Celeste who was obviously aware of the situation as she immediately reiterated before she even introduced herself. We explained the order was placed online, our card was charged, it was not our fault that the online inventory doesn't reflect correctly and we don't want regular bread. She then asked if my husband was a ma'am or sir, and proceeded to tell us that normally they don't do it but they will this time and that next time we need to understand that they can't. 1)Your margins on pizza are huge, a dollar isn't gong to break you. 2)Your website took my money under no circumstances should you be holding it hostage over a dollar difference in product, that's basic customer service. 3)Don't tell me you're going to mistreat me in the future if your website malfunctions on me, it makes me very hesitant to order in the future with you period. 4)Please learn how to react appropriately to situations like this because what I experienced tonight was not right. read more

A while back I had ordered a pizza to be delivered. I live on the border of Vallejo and AC, but in Vallejo. They took my order charged my CC and said it would take about 45 min. After an hour and no pizza yet I called and someone else picked up the phone and I asked about my pizza, he told me that they don't deliver to my area! WTHeck?!? He said he would refund my $ back to my CC, it took about a week. No, Apologies or anything. TERRIBLE customer service... read more

Just moved to vallejo and we decided to get pizza after a long day of unpacking. Pizza guys came highly recommended so we stopped at the nearest location. We were helped by a friendly young lady named celeste. She was very professional and inviting. Not only did she make our experience delightful, but the pizza was delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back and I recommend you ask for celeste. read more

Ordered an X-large half ham, pineapple and jalepeno and half triple pep and reg garlic breadsticks. Picked it up down the street and I get a free soda or ice cream for $21.00. It took 20 min and it was ready when I got there on the dot. I get leery of service at night establishments in Vallejo and they are really courteous, professional and really fast!. The pizza sauce, cheese is great and the crust is crunchy. read more

SooooooOo good! Best places to order delivery from. always have good deals

So we were visiting a friend, whose vegetarian wife was out of town and we ordered a very meaty pizza for us guys. We gave them a call and since we hadn't ordered there before, we had questions before ordering. I think it was Heidi I was speaking to and she was very patient, answered all the questions and the delivery was 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The pizza was good (we ordered an extra large and the three of us finished it) with some hot wings - just what the doctor ordered. Price was o.k., staff was great, pizza was yum. Call with abandon. read more

There really is no good pizza in Vallejo so this is our go to because of convenience. Every time we receive our order there is something wrong. Even though they do try to "compensate" and make things right the better thing would be to get the dang order correct. I mean that is what you are in business to do. It's time for real pizza to come to Vallejo!! read more

We started off on Friday evening with a few glasses of champagne and decided we were not within legal limits of driving We ordered an all meat pizza for take out. Being in American Canyon there's not too many places we can order from. So I researched and found this place, given the reviews I determined it was worth a shot. I called hoping they delivered to American Canyon and much to my surprise they did. Well the pizza arrived 5 minutes early, they told me it would take 45 to 60 minutes to deliver and we received it in 40 minutes, much to my surprise as I often receive deliveries on the latter part of expectations. The pizza was fresh hot and exactly what we ordered including the anchovies on the side. I will order from them again and hope for the same experience. read more

Their pizza is a great mix of traditional Italian and American. Non-pretentious and yummy. Def a bang for your buck!

Ordered two of their gluten free pizzas for some visitors and they were really enjoyed. Lots of gluten free options and you can build any pizza you like, not always the case when ordering gluten free from other places. Only 12" available in gluten free which is why I ordered two. They use rice flour which is perfect for my guests. Delivery was ahead of the 45 minute window and the delivery guy was very nice and careful with our pizzas. I'd diff order from them again when someone has special dietary needs. The online ordering process was really easy and allows you to add or remove any toppings. I registered and already the free coupons are being emailed to me. Enjoy! read more

Great pizza, really good prices and the staff is friendly! Very convenient to where live, definitely recommend this place.

I really like this place! They are so much better than round table or Pizza Hut! I don't usually have to wait that long! My favorite pizza is the Mexican taco pizza! It is super yummy! The cheese bread is amazing as we'll and is fresh everytime! They are usually supper nice on the phone as well! I believe you can also do online ordering too which makes it easier to look at the menu and take your time to decide! It is really worth the time and money for this pizza! read more

My go to Pizza place. It's near my house for an easy and quick pick up. Not only do they have great pizzas, but their pastas and salads are also pretty good. Never had a bad pizza from them. read more

Their all meat pizza is the best. Staff is always friendly and our pizzas are always good. Going to try their salads next.

I had a great experience with these guys! Usually I order from Nujos, but I figured I'd give these guys a shot. I ordered a medium 3-topping pizza for delivery, which they said would be about 50 minutes. They ended up being 20 minutes early (which is always awesome, especially when waiting for pizza) and it was loaded with toppings! The delivery guy was nice and the pizza was delicious. It was a little pricey, but what do you expect when ordering delivery and adding a tip? Overall, a great experience. Definitely in the same league as Nujos in terms of quality, and one step above in terms of fast service! I will definitely be ordering from these guys again. read more

I read all the raving reviews so I decided this place was worth a shot. Turns out that I am not a fan. The pizza was not the best tasting I have ever had, infact, i was disappointed because I spent so much for my order. I will say the the bacon cheese bread was good. I won't go here again though. Some people like it, I am just not one of them read more

NICKOLAS NICHOLAS IS A PIZZA ANGEL. This place is fantastic, they always get the order right, and Nickolas Nicholas is a professional, wonderful pizza fairy godmother. Why? Because I called close to the time they stop delivering and I told him I'm stuck at home, starving to death, with a broken ankle and to please deliver; and guess what? Nick came through with the utmost gentlemanly professionalism and now I'm a happy, well fed, (current) cripple. I literally could not ask for more from a pizza place. read more

Take out online order. Had to change pickup time, was not a problem. Good pizza, good customer service and good value.

This is a redemption review. After the negative review I posted about a week ago management contacted me. They were awesome! They really listened and they apologized for my bad experience. I went back, had great service and the pizza was yummy. I will definitely be back. read more

Ordering pizza online is really cool. I picked out a salad, a large pizza with custom toppings, and paid all online. A short while later we were enjoying delicious salad and pizza. The Mediterranean salad was fresh, and came with plentiful packets of Ken's dressing, and Ken's croutons. The pizza was really great, hot and plenty of cheese and sauce, and lots of toppings. During checkout, there's even a tip calculator, so you can put the tip on your credit card too. It is super nice to have it all paid for when dinner arrives, and all you have to do is rush it to the table. Check out their coupons on the website before you order. We found a deal! My only regret is that I waited this long to try Pizza Guys. read more

Delivery. Pizza is always fresh and delivered fast! Thank you pizza guys! Large 2-topping 12.99 X-Large 1-topping 13.99 Delish!!

Excellent pizza. I ordered the vegetarian and the artichoke fiesta, and they do NOT skimp on toppings. I chose to pick up the order and the lady behind the counter was very nice. Even offered a free 2-liter with the deal. If you can get one of their flyers, they have some good deals. Otherwise they can be rather pricey, so forewarned is forearmed. However, this beats Mountain Mike's all the way. Much tastier pizza and a bit more worth the money. read more

Usually the pizza is always amazing but once in awhile, it is so greasy I can't even eat it. Still giving Pizza Guys 4 stars for their normally awesome quality pizza. read more
