One bad experience, but they made up for it today. Mid-January, we placed a pretty basic order- One cheese and one Snowy Alps. Our pizzas showed up over an hour late (after we had to call back) and when they did show up, something was off with the Snowy Alps. Couldn't tell if it was the wrong sauce or something else and it was definitely missing toppings. We called back and the manager (can't remember his name), was very apologetic and told us next time we order he'll make sure everything goes smoothly. Just got off the phone with Jordan at this location. He was EXTREMELY helpful with our large order (it's Super Bowl Sunday) and, after explaining what happened last time, he made sure to take his time with the order, applying points from our account , and even making sure we're taking advantage of any current specials - Very helpful. Came in for their "lunch" buffet. There were 3 of us currently inside the restaurant, and all they had out was half of a Hawaiian pizza. All the chairs were still up on the tables so I sat at a booth. Waited about an hour before they finally put out a second pizza. One lonely pepperoni pizza. The pizza itself also tasted like cleaning supplies, and I can hear people using cleaning tools in the back. Sad to see how much their quality has dropped. My review is overdue by about 2 months. I ate there one Sunday afternoon with my mom and friend, and met the brand new young owner. She wanted to own a Mountain Mike's pizza restaurant ever since she was a little girl and first ate their pizza, so her fiance bought the restaurant! The pizza was fresh, hot and tasty and the salad was also fresh. The inside is not as nice as she would like it to be but still welcoming. Since they're just getting started they are short staffed but doing their best to get it booming. I hope you'll give their restaurant a visit. read more

I placed an order at 2:24pm , I called Them at 3:39 to check the status of the order . The lady that answered said the delivery driver was nearby and she would call me back with an ETA. I didn't get a call back so I called again at 3:55 and the lady told me that the driver was rear ended and the the pizza got damaged because it was in the trunk so they were going to make me a new order. I asked if I could just get a refund because my kids were hungry and they said yes but that they would make me a new order anyway. The lady arrived with the "new order" at 4:35 and the food was COLD ! The pizza had no cheese in it . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. Dined in for the first time in years, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. To start, the soda fountain wasn't dispensing soda at all--only clear liquid with a brown tint. The salad bar looked neglected and unappealing. When we asked for fresh lettuce, the staff stared at us and ignored the request. About 10 minutes later, new lettuce was finally brought out. Throughout the visit, every time we needed assistance, the staff seemed visibly bothered by having to help. To make matters worse, the restroom was disgusting--there was no toilet paper and no toilet seat covers available. Typically I order online, the wait times are accurate and the points accumulate quickly enough if you have an account. The pizzas are exactly what they say on the tin, and reheat fine. The wingsssss... I got those once, and probably won't again. Hella soggy for my tastes. The service is usually friendly, with the cashiers taking time to suggest deals or options. I am begging them to get that soda fountain fixed-- I understand that spills can happen, but it seems like the floor over there STAYS wet. Ambiance-wise, this spot could use some oomph, some energy. Like, can a pizza place be "listless"? That's what this spot feels like. Needs some music or for the TV to be on, so that even when you come in during a lull in customers, it feels alive instead of empty/barren/like they're about to go out of business. Just went to pizza buffet lunch. This Mountain Mike's is my new favorite location! The location (restrooms included) were clean! The customer service was excellent! The woman who took our order was kind and cheerful, she allowed us to make some requests (very nice personal touch), she checked on us regularly and let us know when the pizzas we liked were out. The pizzas came out fresh and hot, the salad bar was vibrant, the ingredients were fresh, and had many options including several proteins like salami and pepperoni (great for kids or just a really good salad!). Ordered a pizza online around 5pm, PAID and completed my order. When I arrived to pick up my pizza around 5:30pm, the doors were locked, lights on saying open - but no one in the restaurant. No one answered the phone. I was charged for a pizza, and never received it because there is no one at the restaurant! The most unprofessional experience. I tried to order our pizza online, but the website did not accept our order, but my credit card still got charged, which I get notified about immediately. So I called the restaurant and it rang for a long time until somebody picked up. I said I was checking to see if my order went through. He said "yes it went through" without even asking who I was or what my order was, and then HUNG UP! I called again and it rang forever until the guy answered again but then hung up mid sentence. I called a THIRD time and waited a long time for them to answer. After at least a minute of ringing (which I timed), the same guy answered again and said he would check my order by putting me on hold. I am CURRENTLY on hold for 12 minutes and 30 seconds as I am writing this review. This is sadly not the first time this has happened where ordering online and via phone to this location has been a disaster. PLEASE order from ANY other location, not this one! read more
