Pizza was good, and the service was great. Friendly staffs, made us feel really welcome.

Came in for their "lunch" buffet. There were 3 of us currently inside the restaurant, and all they had out was half of a Hawaiian pizza. All the chairs were still up on the tables so I sat at a booth. Waited about an hour before they finally put out a second pizza. One lonely pepperoni pizza. The pizza itself also tasted like cleaning supplies, and I can hear people using cleaning tools in the back. Sad to see how much their quality has dropped. Giving two stars because the staff was at least decent and not rude. Still a poor experience overall. read more

They used to be ok but lately they don't care. Pizza missing toppings- no acknowledgement or concern that pizza was not as advertised. When I asked about the garlic herb sauce and the parmesean cheese that was supposed to be dusted on the stuffed crust the guy at the counter acted as if I had asked if there was air outside. He just said we don't have that. Basically the stuffed crust was just dry bread with cheese. I also saw my pizza i ordered- Zesty Aloha pizza with Mango didnt have the mango that it was suposed to have and there was no mention of it online when i ordered. I won't be coming back to this location. I've tried to give them second chances but I've come to the conclusion that they simply do not care. I just won't give my money to them anymore. Benicia or the location on Sonoma is better. read more

$25 for a small Everest pizza that's barely bigger than a paper plate is crazy work. I understand prices have gone up, but the portion size just didn't justify the cost. For that price, I expected a much larger pizza or better overall value. read more

I'm going to get straight to the point.. I went in today with good intentions I am not one to nitpick, but today when I walked into this location they started off with the system was not working which was inconvenient. Then NOT ONE OF THE SODAS was working we had to get can sodas that they had in the freezer with like one selection. Paper plates.. Then here is the kicker I'm just like everyone else when it comes to parmesan cheese, I love it! But this time after pouring a healthy amount of it on my pizza come to find out it is filled with MOLD!!!! take a look at the pictures and it speaks a thousand words. SUPER DIRTY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... SMH. read more

Sunday afternoon at 1pm. Took 40 mins to get our mountain sized pizza. I ordered a salad bar and it was not worth the money. Every topping looked slimy and spoiled or dry and inedible. They at least replaced the browning lettuce for something fresher, but didn't replace anything else. Disappointed and changed our order from dine in to takeout. read more

Delicious Hawaiian With Jalapeños pizza. Great place for family dinner. Highly recommend

Was here with the kiddos once years ago and it was so so. Just give it another shot couple days ago and found out is under new management now! Staffs and especially new owner Preet is super nice and friendly. Food was so good /fresh and came in a timely manner. I also heard the new remodeling will be coming soon. I can't wait to see it! Always thought this place has so much potential. And finally, it's going to the right directions! Good job and keep it up! Definitely coming more often. read more

I placed an order at 2:24pm , I called Them at 3:39 to check the status of the order . The lady that answered said the delivery driver was nearby and she would call me back with an ETA. I didn't get a call back so I called again at 3:55 and the lady told me that the driver was rear ended and the the pizza got damaged because it was in the trunk so they were going to make me a new order. I asked if I could just get a refund because my kids were hungry and they said yes but that they would make me a new order anyway. The lady arrived with the "new order" at 4:35 and the food was COLD ! The pizza had no cheese in it . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I am sure they made up the story about the driver being rear ended because the "new order" was definitely not freshly baked. It was cold and cheeseless. read more

One bad experience, but they made up for it today. Mid-January, we placed a pretty basic order- One cheese and one Snowy Alps. Our pizzas showed up over an hour late (after we had to call back) and when they did show up, something was off with the Snowy Alps. Couldn't tell if it was the wrong sauce or something else and it was definitely missing toppings. We called back and the manager (can't remember his name), was very apologetic and told us next time we order he'll make sure everything goes smoothly. Just got off the phone with Jordan at this location. He was EXTREMELY helpful with our large order (it's Super Bowl Sunday) and, after explaining what happened last time, he made sure to take his time with the order, applying points from our account , and even making sure we're taking advantage of any current specials - Very helpful. Now with that said, the pizzas were just ordered. So if you don't see an update, assume everything went smoothly! Otherwise, I'll let everyone know. Thanks Jordan. read more

My review is overdue by about 2 months. I ate there one Sunday afternoon with my mom and friend, and met the brand new young owner. She wanted to own a Mountain Mike's pizza restaurant ever since she was a little girl and first ate their pizza, so her fiance bought the restaurant! The pizza was fresh, hot and tasty and the salad was also fresh. The inside is not as nice as she would like it to be but still welcoming. Since they're just getting started they are short staffed but doing their best to get it booming. I hope you'll give their restaurant a visit. read more

Great pizza and great service! The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust was perfectly crispy, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was cooked just right. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my order was ready on time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. If you're looking for quality pizza and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Mountain Mike's Pizza. Preet is one of the best guy at Mountain Mike's Pizza read more

First the young lady opening up was super kind and very nice and doing all the preps and opening herself. The group efforts as a team is just not in this store! * Had to pick from different tables to complete my table.. * Salad bar in-person looks dehydrated, old, and some things tasted sour! * No pizza for all you can eat... * Had to order one with a 15 min wait * No variety of pizza to choose from. * Bathroom did not have no toilet paper. * Soda machine broken/zero carbonation * Offered bottled soda.. eek... flat! * Not many napkin dispensers * No parm cheese to pair with dried peppers at tables * Not all tables had dried peppers * Kitchen dirty read more

The pizza looked adorable and was perfectly crafted into a lovely heart shape-that made it even more special for the occasion. The crust was crispy and flavorful, topped with generous amounts of delicious cheese and premium toppings. It was not only visually impressive but also tasted amazing! Hello Brittany, Although I appreciate your response, I did already reach out to Corporate via the website. They can only offer a gift card, and said to get reimbursed, I have to deal with the franchise owner directly. He is now completely unresponsive and untrustworthy. I will be forced to report Mountain Mike's pizza to the Better Business Bureau as my next move. Super frustrated!! read more

Dined in for the first time in years, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. To start, the soda fountain wasn't dispensing soda at all--only clear liquid with a brown tint. The salad bar looked neglected and unappealing. When we asked for fresh lettuce, the staff stared at us and ignored the request. About 10 minutes later, new lettuce was finally brought out. Throughout the visit, every time we needed assistance, the staff seemed visibly bothered by having to help. To make matters worse, the restroom was disgusting--there was no toilet paper and no toilet seat covers available. It's sad to see how much this place has gone downhill and how little care seems to be given to the overall customer experience. read more

Love the service here. Very friendly, food is very good, and the owner Preet is very welcoming and nice.

Out of habit, I hit this place up when I'm in Vallejo. Reminds me of ye olde high school Best Buddies and soccer fundraisers. Typically I order online, the wait times are accurate and the points accumulate quickly enough if you have an account. The pizzas are exactly what they say on the tin, and reheat fine. The wingsssss... I got those once, and probably won't again. Hella soggy for my tastes. The service is usually friendly, with the cashiers taking time to suggest deals or options. I am begging them to get that soda fountain fixed-- I understand that spills can happen, but it seems like the floor over there STAYS wet. Ambiance-wise, this spot could use some oomph, some energy. Like, can a pizza place be "listless"? That's what this spot feels like. Needs some music or for the TV to be on, so that even when you come in during a lull in customers, it feels alive instead of empty/barren/like they're about to go out of business. Cause ykw, I'd actually be upset if they did. I def appreciate that they're open late! read more
