It has never been a let down for me at Pizza Guys. Service is timely and great. The ambiance for a takeout place isn't bad either. I

I am so pleased that Pizza Guys came to Vtown. My husband cannot have gluten and that really put a damper on our weekend pizza splurge as the other local places are either not stocked or not good at Gluten free. The pizza was not only delicious but extremely fast for delivery and friendly service. The wings were just as delicious. My only regret was that I did not order more of the wings as they were delicious! We will be calling next weekend for a repeat only this time MORE WiNGS! read more

Pizza guys was one of my favorite places to eat back in my hometown. When I found out that there was a location up here I knew I had to go back. It was like being reunited with an old friend and man I was not disappointed in what I had. A perfectly done Tuscan chicken was all I needed in my life. If you haven't been you need to go plain and read more

Bomb pizza! Fresh ingredients, crust has a nice texture, and at a convenient location. Clean and friendly spot! Stop by and ask for them coupon prices to get a deal. They gonna hook u up. The garlic lover is my go-to. White sauce with that cheddar and green onions will make u feel some type of way. Trust me. Get half the pizza garlic lover if u ain't sure. read more

Had a bit of an issue with the delivery, although super fast, the pizza was clearly transported at an angle so the cheese had partially moved to one side of the pizza and the shape was no longer round. However, the pizza was delivered piping hot, and the flavor was great. Will definitely order again. read more

It was koo, I did curbside pick up and they were helpful. Didn't get the employee name but they were speedy and smooth. Thanks

They decided to close early on Halloween and not honor their regular business hours which is not acceptable never had their pizza and won't be because I don't patronize businesses that don't keep their regular hours. read more

The only consistant great pizza delivery. Good pizza, efficient delivery, hot, not sure what else you can ask for.

Good pizza, crust is satisfactory, baked to a good consistency, meats and veggies always seem fresh and tasty, sauce is seasoned lightly, could be more generous with the cheese. I've only used the delivery service for the past three years, pies arrive in a timely manner, and for the pandemic, saftey sealed from the store. Salads and wings are slightly above average but definitely worth the price. read more

UPDATE: Since my initial review, I was contacted by two separate people at Pizza Guys. Their effort to attempt to rectify the situation is commendable, as most places would not care about quality control. I might have to give them a 2nd shot in the future. Original post: Plain and simple - not good. Edible, but not worth the cost. Had it delivered and it got cold super fast. I was really trying to like this because I'm a Sacramento Kings fan...but it's safe to say I am NOT a pizza guy/gal. read more

6/2/18 - This pizza joint never, ever disappoints me. My cousin ordered a large combination and a large Hawaiian. They were both good, but the Hawaiian was the bomb. com. My first bite of their juicy pineapple and ham exploded in my mouth and the cheese was hot and gooey. We had enough pizza left over for our lunch on Sunday. I see why my cousin always orders her pizzas from here. read more

Can never complain about this pizza place They always come through... Unlike pizza hut always drama with them read more

So I decided to try Pizza Guy's for the first time a couple of weeks ago the order was spot on was pleased I was thinking right on :) So last night I ordered again I asked for thin crust and got thick crust I always have given any restaurants 3 chances so let's hope the get ot right next time lol read more

I have been a fan of this establishment for 20 years. The delivery driver drops off wrong order and comes back to blame me! WTH! I don't eat the type of food he dropped off!!! And when I called to complain how he treated me, the Manager took his side and said he would never talk to someone like that, he just wanted the pizza back that was accidentally delivered! What! To deliver to someone else after it's been in my house?! Grosss!!! Disgusting just lost a loyal customer read more

Greatest service I ever experience in my life, this pizza guys has to be the best establishment in Vallejo the pizza even taste so good crispy and cheesy it will melt in your mouth with every bite I thank the front cashier Celeste for taking my order, giving me and my family the best welcome, making us feel like home I enjoyed my time waiting for my pizza Thank you Pizza Guys I give u 5 stars and Celeste I give you 10 stars for your polite service read more

Ordered tonight and food Was so good! We got 2 pizzas, cheese bread, wings, pasta, & churros. All was amazing! My only complaint is I didn't get my ranch but that's okay because it was all really good. read more

Pizza was amazing! Fresh ingredients and their crust was was super fresh and it tasted like it came just got out of the oven! Moreover, I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great job pizza dudes! read more

Great job with the pizza and staff! I did an online order for my kids birthday at school so I had to purchase plenty of pies. Let me start by saying how great the deals were and how little I paid for some delicious extra large pizza's. My kids class were tearing these slices up. Will be using you guys more often and recommending you guys. Especially for large orders. read more

First off, the Web Site. Kudos to the Pizza Guys for updating their website to something that actually works. It is still a little clunky and needs some work, but it is leaps ahead of where it was. It's too bad you cannot create your own user-name / password for the site without giving up your email information. If you trust companies with your mail and don't mind the Spam or potential sale of your information to other companies go ahead, however I suggest calling in if possible. The website appears to be compatible with Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer without many issues. Next, the call in to Pizza Guys. I called 4 times broken in 5minute intervals, each time leading me to an answering system that was full. This was between 5:30pm and 5:50pm. On the 5th try I finally got through to Pizza Guys and it took 5min 26sec wait on the phone before I was assisted. My order for the evening was the Buffalo Chicken Pizza with a 6pc order of Hot Wings and a 2 litre bottle of Sierra Mist. I noticed while on the phone the lady whom took my order applied a coupon to my order to bring the price down, without me asking. (Thank you) The total cost for my order was 29.93 which means she saved me approx. 4-5 dollars. The Pizza Delivery person arrived in approx 40minutes. It was still nice and hot. The pizza was delicious. The pizza had a very small amount of grease which is nice, I included a picture of the box with 2 slices missing so you can see how little clings to the box. It has a slight bend to the slices of the pizza which to me is just perfect. The cheese is of a medium quality, doesn't really stretch apart, however do to all the flavours of the toppings this is easily acceptable. The chicken and other toppings were seasoned and moist, all of which complemented each other. The Hot wings I ordered were mediocre. The sauce was delicious and I felt like my mouth was on fire without a nasty blast of vinegar. YUM. However the chicken itself was overdone to the point of being dry and a little stringy. To be fair, most places I've ordered from aren't too consistent in Vallejo with the quality of the Hot Wings so I will have to order several more times to see if this is the norm or a fluke. Sierra Mist was cold and tasted good :P Time to enter a sleep coma from eating too much. Thanks for taking the time to read, I hope it helps! read more

Today was the first time coming here and we ordered two large pizzas and were very impressed. The parking lot is terrible FYI. But the pizza was really good! And I'm not sure why but it came with a free 2 liter or ice cream so we picked the soda. Everyone loved it. We will definitely return! read more

Seriously? Am I being punked right now? I come in and wait patiently for the customer ahead of me to finish their transaction. While waiting another customer who clearly has been here before comes in and the lady just completely ignores me and takes the guy after me. I literally stood back in awe and asked her, "what am I, chopped liver?" Another associate (who happened to be a manager and the one who took my phone order) knew exactly who I was and even joked with me not knowing what the other lady had cluelessly done. Long story short, she made my frown turn upside down and I got free ice cream and 2 liter soda. By the time I left we were all smiles and giggles and somehow managed to make me happy enough to change their 3 star rating into a 5 star almost instantaneously. I'll be back y'all! read more

Great service. Kevin the owner gave us a free pizza because our delivery was 5 min late. Not something was asked for but seems like he really cares for his customers. Never have have a late delivery since. read more

Super disappointed with Pizza Guys that they don't do contactless delivery during a pandemic like EVERY OTHER place that I have had delivery from since March. They don't care for the safety of the employees or customers. I will not be ordering from them again for that reason. Also their quality has gone down, Domino's pizza is better than them at this point. read more

Sunday. Didn't feel like cooking. Didn't feel like going anywhere. This was the only place around that would deliver so we thought we'd give it a try. Ordered online and in 20 minutes our meal had arrived. Unheard of! Plus we could take care of the tip online. Yessss! No trip to the ATM was needed. Pizza's not life changing, but it was good. The antipasto salad was good too, although a bit smaller than I expected. This will definitely be our "go to" pizza joint. read more

I went to pick up the pizza and the person ringing me up overcharged my debit card by $800.00!!!!!!!! I caught the mistake and asked them to fix it, but they would not!!!! Due to it being a debit transaction, I went through hell getting the funds back into my account. I went through way to much trouble just for a simple mistake. The pizza was decent, but the experience was awful and I will never go there again. They treated this as if it were no big deal, but it was almost a thousand dollars for a $10 pizza@!!!!!!! how do you make a mistake like that!!!!!!!! read more

So I usually order from here and there was nothing ever wrong with the Pizza it's usually good the only problem I have is when I use my card to pay they take forever to get to me, I noticed when I use cash they get there a lot quicker? Not sure why but yeah. Then this past order I got, I paid for green onions on the pizza and it never came with it, tried calling their store a million times to let them know but no answer and someone kept hanging up. So yeah poor service I put a star there because their food is usually pretty good but I was disappointed this last time. Next time answer your phones cause y'all be charging for extra topping you didn't even put on there. read more

Ordered through Door Dash. Medium pepperoni, flamin hot wings, garlic bread, antipasto salad and a calzone. You forgot our salad and all of the dipping sauces. The food we did get was okay. Nothing special. The food containers were nicely sealed with safety stickers which was cool but super disappointed that we had no sauces or a salad. read more

The owner emailed me today and also called me apologizing and offering me a free xl pizza. This makes my experience better. I will update once I try the pizza and comment about the food. ** got my free xl pizza. Was delicious. We got the garlic lovers pizza and it was super hot and fresh. Loved the white garlic sauce. It was delivered very fast. The owner definitely made my experience better. He obviously cares about his customers. Super happy with the issue getting fixed and him taking the appropriate action. Also very happy with the food I got. It was so yummy and I will definitely order there again now. read more

Pizza Guys is the go-to pizza place for us. In all the years that we've been ordering from them, we've never had a bad experience. The pizzas are always fresh and hot, the customer service is great, and the delivery times are quick even during peak hours. read more

Pizza Guys is cool. The employees are decent , they answer the phone promptly when I call usually . They're probably the cheapest pizza you can get in town besides little Caesars . With that being said , quality wise it's like a small step up from little Caesars but I wouldn't say it's the most best pizza in the world . I order here when I'm on a budget but too lazy to pick up a pizza from little Caesars . My main complaint is that I wish their crust was a little thicker . The crust is like super thin!!!! But other than that I would recommend here to anyone who was curious about the place . read more

I absolutely LOVE Pizza Guys!!! The pizza, the wings, and the salads are soooooo good!!! The service is AWESOME, and the prices are right!!! I only order pizza from Pizza Guys...the best in Vallejo!!! read more

We are always happy with our orders. Flavor is supreme. Delivery time is reasonable. Pizza guys is pretty much our favorite pizza.

Five star pizza but four overall for a receptionist who should at least try to sound like she is grateful for her job. Maybe pretend to be happy? Mountain mikes quoted a nearly two hr delivery wait, and they came in under the hour quoted. The 2 topping 2 large pizzas for 20 bucks won me over and glad it did!! My daughter said it was best crust ever. Hot, awesome proportions and perfectly done. read more

I use to frequent the location in Walnut Creek since I worked close by, and when I found out there's a place in Vallejo, I had to try them out. Nevertheless, service is superb. I have yet to get their combination pizzas and go straight for the 2 for $20; which is a bang for your buck (2 topping large pizzas). They're quite generous with their toppings and doesn't count the sauce as a 'topping' unlike their competitors. If you're able to, pick up the pizza. You'd get a free drink or ice cream. Delivery is inconsistent and if you're dying of hunger, you most likely won't make it alive. read more

Pizza places are always hit or miss. My first delivery order here was very good. 2 medium specialty pizzas, wings, garlic bread and some doughnuts filled with nutella. Ordered online and they came within 45 mins. Definitely will use them again for my pizza cravings. Derrick read more

I ordered online a small one topping pizza with light sauce, a chicken salad, and a house salad. I ticked the box for dressings. 45 minutes later my pizza arrived, it looked good. The salads looked good, but the chicken salad had about 6 chucks, each about 1/4 inch square. There was no dressing in the bag, so I immediately called and asked them to have the driver swing back by. The surly girl on the phone told me I had not checked the boxes and it would be 45 minutes before they could get back around to me. I said it was unacceptable and she said she'd give me a store credit for $0.90. Thanks. Thanks a lot. The pizza had a good amount of topping, but almost no sauce (light sauce is not NO sauce) and tasted funky. The salad tasted fresh, but it went right through me. (sorry, that's gross, but I think these bagged salad must have chemicals added because they are hard on the tummy) Would not recommend. read more

I ordered pizza from this company as a new customer; I've haven't ordered from this place before but I heard great things about them.. The pizza I ordered was a create your own pizza. Half Pepperoni and Half Tuscan Garlic Chicken Pizza. I must say the order delivery arrived pretty fast, the delivery guy Eric was very nice and he made to the destination fast. I enjoyed my pizza; my son and his friend loved the Pepperoni pizza too, and it was delicious. I definitely will order from them again. The Tuscan Garlic Chicken Pizza is my favorite now. Thank you Pizza Guys. You have a new customer!!! read more

Pizza Guys - Tuscan Garlic Chicken Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Vallejo, California

I've ordered over the past few years. It was bad and got better, but now it has gone downhill again. Multiple times I've ordered extra tomatoes and got the minimal. Other times it arrives cold. This time tonight I ordered delivery and I get a message that my order is ready for pick up. Why would I tip online to pick up the pizza myself? Now I get to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza which I'm sure will be cold. I'm done. Going to BBB and reporting this crap. Never again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! What a joke. read more

My husband and I ordered the California Garlic Chicken online after a long day of work. We didn't want anything fancy- we just didn't want to cook or deal with dishes. The garlic sauce and onions and everything was just what we needed. And it only took maybe 20 - 30 minutes for them to deliver. The only downside is the price - with the delivery fee and tip it was almost $30 for a large pizza. I'll still probably order from them again anyway. read more
