The crust is incredibly light and crispy, with an artisan style that I don't see in the Bay Area. The toppings are fresh, generously portioned (burrata... yum!), and everything feels thoughtfully put together without being fussy. Both halves were good, but the pepperoni was our favorite. You order at the counter, either for takeout or to eat there. Watching the open kitchen is part of the fun. You can see the whole process, and it runs like a well-oiled assembly line. They were surprisingly busy for a Monday night, but pizzas came out fast and piping hot. The atmosphere is lively and fun. There's a fridge stocked with bottles of beer, wine, and soda, plus red and white wine by the glass (and genuinely good!). There's a small parking lot, but it fills up, so you may need to park on the street. There's plenty of street parking around, although the area can feel a little iffy depending on where you end up.

Soppresata - an OG item on the menu and one of my favorites. Simple classic pizza with soppresata topped with scallions and honey. Savory, sweet. The honey is perfect on this pizza. Longanisa - Filipino inspired with longanisa, baked egg, and tomato. Savory and sweet. Heaviest of the three pizzas. Comes with a side of sweet vinegar to drizzle on top. All three of these pizzas easily are favorites for me. They're super large and best to share with 2-3 people. This pie was a Frankenstein pie; half of it tasted like it had been sitting under the lamp all day. A telltale sign is how stiff the cheese is; the old dough feels as if I'm chewing on rubber, and the slices are stiff and salty overall, though some slices taste a bit fresher and crunchier. I was disappointed. If you're going to overcharge for mediocre pizza, the least you could do is give people what they are paying for. If I wanted old, stale pizza, I would've asked for the slices that sit under the lamp all day. Moving forward, if we order from this place, I will walk over, place the order, and wait for it, so we don't get cheated again. This place is a reminder of why certain restaurants often fail. The food is overpriced, and they are inconsistent with their service, if not disrespectful, in how they sometimes treat and feed their customers. I've been here a few times before to watch a warriors game. They've got tons of seating and of course they stream all of the games. I recently visited a this pizza guys place and had a great experience. The pizza was fantastic - the crust was crispy and chewy and the sauce was flavorful. The toppings were fresh and plentiful The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and energetic, with a fun and casual vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal specially (Abhi) . i try to eat not to eat out so much but usually when i'm in the mood for pizza, i come here. It always taste good. Delivery is a hit and miss but i usually only order delivery on game nights. when they're late though it was no more than 10-15 mins. As long as the pizza is still hot, I don't mind too much. when i do pick ups, i usually get a free drink or ice cream which is great. The staff is really friendly and i never had issues with them .Ordering online is a breeze! Their pizza is a little on the pricier side but it taste good so its not too bad if you don't eat pizza everyday! i would def order from them again next time i get a pizza craving. read more

This branch attracts big crowd, including plenty of tourists, which I guess includes my party. It was crowded on a saturday night around 730 and we were told it would be 30-40 minute late, but ended up just being half that. I had an appetizer which was tasty, though they didn't have the beer on the menu that I wanted. The place was very loud, which is understandable with so many people there. read more

Everytime I come here (very often) the pizza is hot & fresh with a beautiful presentation.. I've only ever had 1 complaint and it was my fault because I forgot to pick up my pizza so I was cold by the time I picked it up but the cashier had no problem making me another one free of charge and got to keep the first pie.. win - win great service great pizza read more

Chose a pepperoni pizza (which had the pepperoni coins curled upwards into the perfect cup shape and texture) and a spinach pizza which I sprinkled some oregano flakes on top for extra seasoning. Online coupons are available and can easily be applied to your order on their website. There's also a February special for heart-shaped pizzas too. What I also noticed is they have a weekday lunch buffet special for all you can eat pizza, breadsticks, and a salad bar for $15.99. Seems like a pretty good deal for lunch that I may have to try the next time I'm in the area. Additional Note: they are a franchise and from what I understand, the owner is an Alameda resident too. FYI: Jingletown Eats is a food prep facility with cloud kitchens. A cloud kitchen is a restaurant with no dining room. All transactions are done thru apps like Grubhub or Seamless. Some of it wasn't the greatest, but this place is known for it's pizza and that's all that really matters. All together we ordered: a combo pizza, jalapeno poppers, fish n chips, and garlic bread. Ok, first off....the Jalapeno poppers and garlic bread get a Grade (5/5) for being hellya good sides. A "Popper" should be a whole or half a jalapeno pepper, dipped in batter, and deep fried. It should be juicy when you eat it. These were made right! The garlic bread was molten cheese on toasted bread. When you pull it apart, you see streams of cheese. The medium combo pizza gets a Grade (4/5). Great toppings and cheese, but the crust was a little chewy. The crazy thing is, it was great as "day old" or leftover pizza the next day. Sprinkle a little water on it and zap it in the microwave, and it came out perfect and easy to eat. The Fish n Chips, Grade (3/5). I thought this was going to be like fish sticks and fries. But no, it's 2 big pieces of real fish, and a big helping of fries. The problem is the fried fish has no flavor. I'm guessing it's frozen. But it's not bad for a pizza place. Next time, order a cheeseburger. This is a good restaurant if you're not sure what you want to eat. They got pizza, burgers, fries, wings and fish n chips.
