What in the heck! This place use to be amazing. We use to come here all the time. We would drive from Los Banos just for this pizza. However never again. Bread sticks were not cut into "sticks" and half was so thin it crumbled when you took a bite. Looks like they tried to cover it with Parmesan cheese. The pizza was extremely thin and over cooked. Very crisp and hard. The crust was not soft enough to eat. The calzone had entirely way too much pizza sauce. I feel like every corner was cut. The restaurant itself was filthy, every single table was dirty. The game room had trash and filthy floors. This owner absolutely does not care about this restaurant. read more

I don't recommend working at this place unless you want the employee Blanca harassing you all the time and management does nothing about it. Blanca would take the phones from you, wouldn't let you help customers, and wouldn't let you cut the pizzas that are ready to be cut, and wouldn't let you work in general, but is quick to text management that you ain't helping her. Of course management knows how she is and still keeps her around knowing she makes the place a Hostile environment. Plus they don't clean the pizza trays either. They will toss them to the ground and walk all over them. One the management thinks it's okay to make fun of coworkers that have panic attacks and picks on them for it. Management also likes to give out free food to their friends and because of that when employees work they get negative responses from customers, because they ain't getting what they want when management ain't working there. Management also gives out free beer and also let's their family/friends walk in the cooking area to take what they want anytime. Also there been hair in the pizza lately so yeah that didn't surprise me. This is basically a playground how they run it. Also look out for prices on the menu, because Blanca will overcharge you. For Fathers Day my hubby wanted pizza factory. So we went ahead and ordered the deal that they send in the mail, a large pizza with the stix. I also ordered a medium all meat pizza. When asked if I wanted cheesy or regular stix, I said regular. The girl told us it was going to be an hour wait. I'm a patient person so I was fine with this. We got there an hour and 10 minutes later, my hubby went inside and came out empty handed. They told him that they voided our order because it had already been 2 hours since we had placed our order. I was upset because it was literally only a little over an hour like we were told, it's in my call log. They told him it would be ready in about 20 minutes. So we drove around town to kill time. We picked up our order and they gave him a fountain drink for the inconvenience. We get home and the large pepperoni pizza had little to no sauce. I don't know if they go lighter on the pizzas you get as a deal or what.. and our "all meat" pizza literally had only a lot of pepperoni and chunks of ham. The ham kept falling off the pizza, which wasn't enjoyable. There was no sausage, Canadian bacon, or real bacon on our pizza. They also gave me cheesy stix instead of regular but this I honestly didn't mind because it was the best part of our meal. I'm not usually one to complain or leave bad reviews but it was the second bad experience I had with takeout. I had a really good experience dining in before, so I'll give them that. But after yesterday I think I would rather make the drive to mendota pizza factory. read more

Pizza Factory - "All meat" pizza - Pizza Near Me - Firebaugh, California

I've been coming here as far back as I can remember and nowhere (NYC, Chicago, New Jersey, LA, the Bay Area...) have I had pizza that tastes better. Although Pizza Factory is a chain with many locations, the dough and sauce are the best here and in the Mendota locations. The food isn't the cheapest, but those pizzas, sandwiches, calzones, and bread sticks are well worth it. My favorites are the canadian bacon and bacon pizza or the roast beef sandwiches. The lunch specials are cheap and they also have a salad bar. There is an arcade room for the kids and a big room you can rent for parties. This is also a good place to go watch football games with a group because nothing beats awesome pizza and pitchers. read more

I hit this place up whenever I'm in town, which is not that often. One of the only places that is open past 9 on the weekends! They hand toss the pizza which is always cool to see, dying art for sure. Pizza is usually really good with high quality ingredients. You can only find Pizza Factories in small out of the way towns, so if you happen to spot one, make sure to give it a try. read more

Went back and had a calzone here, definatly your moneys worth on on flavor. the large calzone is about 10 dollars and feeds two people. combo comes with lots of veggies and meats. and they have Dance Dance Revolution there now. Definately big redeeming points there for me on these two things. read more

The Pizza Factory in Firebaugh gets 2 thumbs up. They moved to a new location which is ok but personally i liked the old location better. The new location is bigger but inside the pizza factory it just doesnt feel like a pizza place. They need to ad curtains and dim the lights a little like it was at the old location. That is the only reason i dont give it 5 stars. The pizza though is just as great as always! if your driving through, you must stop and pick up a pizza pie!! delish! you wont regret it! it sure beats, roundtable, me n eds, pizza hut, or dominos. I celebrated a birthday a couple of years back and the theme was pizza. We had everyone bring pizzas from all over. We had all the major players there and including the Pizza Factory. After trying them all, I would have to say that the Pizza Factory has the best taste in their pizza by far overall. The atmosphere is always great. There is plenty of room to sit with the entire family and enjoy your meal. The pizza doesn't take very long to cook either in their new state of the art pizza oven. I am still a fan of the old pizza oven they used to have but hey, as long as the pizza is great. They also have some killer sub sandwiches along with some other side foods. I haven't had a chance to try their lasagna but I heard it is delicious. I will have to try someday. The only thing that is bad about this place is probably the price of the pizza. I think that they should lower their prices a little and have some better specials. The other thing they need is a larger room for arcades. They have all these machines jammed up in one area and it gets kind of crowded in there. read more

This is the worst pizza ever! First we were the only ones in the dining room and waited nearly an hour for a large pepperoni pizza. When it came it was horrible. The cheese was so salty and rubbery we couldn't eat it for fear of choking on it. $32.00 for pizza and 4 drinks and one person a single trip to the salad bar was a total waste. This place is usually really good but recently has gone down hill. Do not ask for minced garlic unless you like 5 pounds of it on your calzone. They were out of a certain pasta and said they called but they didn't get an answer back so apparently they can't call more than once. The bread sticks are also different than before but not in a good way, a thinner dough and burnt of the bottom. Very disappointed read more
