Tried this place for the first time last night, after looking forward to it for months. Unfortunately, my wife, my brother-in-law, and I are all disappointed with the taste and value for what we bought. It's not that there was anything truly bad with the food - there was just nothing special about it. My pizza didn't have much sauce, and just not much taste overall. They also messed up with putting some toppings on only once side of the pizza, which is a minor thing, but just seems odd when they seemed to have it right at the counter. Factory and Express fit the name of this place, as the pizza seemed mass produced and hurried together. There's better pizza for a similar or cheaper price in Royse City. I made my order at the counter and waited to pick up my food. While there, it seemed busy, but even moreso disorganized. When my order was ready, no one came to get me - my brother-in-law saw them put it up in the waiting area and had to ask if that was my order. I understand good help is hard to find these days, especially in a small town, so I don't fault them for some of that. It's also a relatively new business, so their could be training aspects still being worked. We just won't be coming back for a while. read more

They are very plentiful on their toppings, and the dough is cooked to perfection. We called ahead and ordered, but you can also order inside or on their website or app. Download the app for $5 off your first purchase!! The owner was very nice because they accidentally made our pizza with red onion instead of pineapple, so they quickly made us a new one and gave us the first one for free! We had a large pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeño pizza with a side of ranch. The pizza was so flavorful it didn't even need the ranch. It was more like 2.5 stars. This was our first time ordering. I ordered online, thinking there would be less opportunity to mess up the order. All meat pizza with olives,on half add mushrooms and spinach. What we received...Meat only on 1/2 the pizza, spinach and olives only on the other half. No mushrooms. The pizza was pretty good. The sauce could have used some help, though. The Alfredo came with a nice layer of mozzarella cheese. The noodles lacked salt, and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar. I cannot comment on the antipasto salad. I did not receive that. Even though I paid for it. My grandson enjoyed the wings, he said they were really good. This was a pick up order. I called to tell them how incorrect my order was, that there were things I paid for that were not recieved. They really did not seem to concerned. They did offer to remake the pizza...but I was home on a cold, rainy night and did not want to go out again. read more

Not a fan. First off, it's pretty pricey for what you get. Cheese was literally twice as thick as the crust and never got to taste the sauce because of it. I'd say it's VERY similar to Costco pizza, but not as good. read more

First time ordering from The Pizza Factory and nothing short of AWESOME! Ordered a Chicken-Garlic with Pesto Sauce on a thin crust, which was a bit thicker than others but zero complaints. There's several good pizza joints in the Rockwall/Royse City area but IMHO is at the top when it comes to a good pie. I reserve the right to reevaluate my rating. We ordered through Yelp, which is associated with Grub hub, and requested at 6:30pm delivery. Bad choice. At 7pm I received a 'problem with your order' tried to reach Grub hud, no luck there, and called the restaurant myself. Seems that required delivery services suck and the restaurant has no control of the delivery dynamics. The manager suggested I order directly from them, they do delivery, at a cheaper price, and have ultimate product quality. We did get out pizza, an hour later, and stone cold. I originally gave this a one star because I did not feel that paying 50 bucks for 2 pizzas was adequate but I should not of gave them a 1 without trying it. I decided to purchase 1 large meat lovers pizza with extra cheese and even though it was a little pricey (25 bucks) it was worth it. I wish I took a picture of it because it looked perfect. There was just enough cheese and it was loaded with meat. The meat and cheese was evenly spread out and it was not chintzy at all. The bacon topped it all. They put the bacon on the top which made it nice and crispy. The owner knows what he is doing so go ahead and try them out. You won't be disappointed! read more

I stopped in for pizza for the first time since the opening, and I must say I LOVED my pizza and Greek salad! I got the veggie pizza and it was loaded with lots of fresh veggies, I wish I had taken a picture but it was so good we ate it too quickly!! I will definitely be ordering from them again soon! Dough is well done and their breadsticks are really good with the provided ranch sauce. Needs more ranch though. This place puts all the toppings on top of the cheese which is fine for a couple like a Hawaiian, but for a Meat Lovers like I get, everything just falls off the damn thing. It's like there's no cheese on it, just sauce and toppings. Please start putting the cheese on top so it melts onto the meat and the excess sodium is absorbed onto the sauce, dough, and cheese. read more

Sorry to say, my first experience here today wasn't great. I ordered two calzones (one large, one regular) online. The online ordering process is really easy. I was driving in from Rowlett and the estimated time to be ready was 4:57. So I arrived at 5:00. A young girl was at the front and she checked and told me that my order wasn't ready. So I asked about how much longer. She went to the back and checked and came back and said that mine should be next. Since that really didn't tell me a time, I went to go sit in my car. I came back in about 10 mins later and she checked again and they were boxing mine up. Great! When I looked in the boxes, there was no marinara sauce on the side. So I asked her if I could get some. She said it would be an extra $1.60. Really?? Since I only had my car keys, I went back out to my car to get some cash. Came back in and paid and she handed me the boxes. I get back to my car and NO marinara sauce. So I go back inside and said, "I just paid you but you still didn't include it" So she goes to the carry out side and starts filling 2 tiny cups. The spoon she's using is bigger than the cups so the sauce is getting all over the outside of the containers, ugh. And she pops a lid on them and hands them to me like that. Both her hands and mine now have red marinara sauce on them. So I ask for a napkin and she hands me a packet with a knife, fork and napkin. At this point I'm just looking around for any adult. But I don't see any. Everyone is a teenager within my sight. And I think that's the problem. There needs to be some more training, or at the very least someone experienced running the front. As for the calzones, they were good. We really liked the crust. Don't think they were worth the frustration I experienced though. read more

Just moved into this city, so my girlfriend and I decided to try out all of the restaurants around here. When we tried this out we had a great experience! The employees were all very nice they great you with a "welcome in" and a smile each time you enter. I ordered the meal deal (was an XL 2 topping with bread sticks and a 2 Liter drink) for just under $30. The pizza was great we ate as much as we could and barely got through half. The bread sticks were delicious especially with the homemade ranch. Overall my experience with this pizza joint was great definitely some of the best pizza I've had in a while! 10/10 recommend!! read more

Decided to try first time. Pizza is just okay. All meat pizza was loaded with meat pretty good, but veggie pizza, crust was soggy, made it undesirable. Tried it once, will not go back.
