They offered slices and a kid's menu, both of which we were pleased to see. I love cheese sticks so when I saw the advertisement for special, hand breaded mozzarella bites, I decided to order them. I also got a side salad, which they were kind enough to change to a Caesar salad. I got pepperoni, green peppers, and olives on a slice of cheese pizza. We also ordered the kids spaghetti and a meat lover's pizza. The spaghetti was a hit with my daughter. She ate nearly all of it surprisingly. The pizza was good too but unlike the whole pizza, the single slice didn't have the toppings baked on. So when I picked it up, everything except the pepperoni fell off. The mozzarella bites looked great but they had no seasoning and were very bland. After eating a couple of them, I was done. The salad was supposed to be a Caesar salad but was topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and no parmesan. Service here was very good and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and welcoming. There were a few execution issues with the food, hence the three stars. Despite this, we would return.

They did have a handful of diners who appeared to be regulars. I just really wanted a pizza, while I worked on something on my laptop. So I sat at the bar, ordered a small combination special pizza. The server checked in on me a good bit of times to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I had a solid dining experience. I ordered calamari for a starter and for the main, I had spaghetti with mushroom sauce and eggplant. I went with the side of soup option instead of salad. It was all quite delicious and actually satiated my cravings for pasta, except the soup was a tad bit too salty for my taste. I did take it home and revamped it as a leftover (we don't waste any food here lol!). Overall, I had a good dining experience and will come back again when I'm in the area!

We only wanted something light because our family is having a BBQ in a little bit but we couldn't wait for the food to be ready. The mozzarella sticks, he described as rather big but yummy. He was accurate. We also split a chicken Philly sub that was good, the potato chips on the side were a home-made different touch, I appreciated but my little sister wasn't a huge fan. Overall, we will be back! I am beyond dissatisfied. Birthday Disaster I placed an order yesterday for my daughter's birthday party: one small pepperoni and two large cheese pizzas. Simple enough. Instead, the order arrived **two hours late**--long after hungry kids were asking where the pizza was. When it finally showed up, it wasn't even my order. They delivered someone else's food entirely. After calling to ask where my actual order was, I was told they could "get it out" to me--but it would take another **hour and a half**. At that point, the party was already ruined. I canceled and demanded a refund. Unbelievable Second Attempt Against my better judgment, I decided to give them one more chance today. I ordered one large, plain cheese pizza. That's it. One pizza. Once again, it took **two full hours** to arrive. And when it did? It had **no cheese**. Just sauce. A $30 sauce pizza. No exaggeration. Completely Unacceptable * Two-hour delays on both days * Wrong order delivered * Missing ingredients * No urgency to fix their mistake * $30 wasted on a pizza with no cheese There is no excuse for this level of incompetence--especially for something as basic as pizza. Delivering the wrong order once is bad. Doing it twice in two days is unacceptable. I will never order from this company again. I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know--my coworkers, my neighbors, and anyone considering ordering from here. A child's birthday should not be ruined over something so simple. This was a complete failure from start to finish.

I was greatly disappointed with my experience at Caesar's Restaurant on June 13. My family and I chose this restaurant expecting a nice dinner, but unfortunately, it was anything but. Our calamari appetizer was overcooked, (which we didn't complain about) and my fried flounder and shrimp dinner was served overly cooked and very hard. After sending it back, the replacement meal came back with undercooked fish and still-overcooked shrimp. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager rudely asked if I wanted to change my order to something else (which would be the third meal!) The most disappointing part was being charged for the salad that came with the meal, even though the entrée had been prepared incorrectly twice. When I questioned it, the manager's response showed little concern for customer satisfaction. Poor food, poor service recovery, and a manager who could benefit from some days of customer service training. What should have been a pleasant dinner with family turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning!!
