Crust was fluffy and not chewy and definitely not oily. Can't stand oily crust. I also ordered the spinach salad. Disappointed! We bought a deep dish and it was not at all Close to a deep dish. It was really thick crust pizza with a thick layer of cheese. So it was a normal pizza with really really thick crust.
