We were at a friend's house and they're super awesome and decided we needed dinner. Pizza Boli's has one of those menus where there's something for everyone, even people who aren't in the mood for pizza. Our friends absolutely adore the crab pizza, and even though I got my own chicken parmesan sub, I couldn't resist a slice of the pizza. Its a thick, rich, creamy, crab experience. The chicken parmesan sub was just chicken tenders on a sub roll with Marinara and cheese, but it was very satisfying. Jeremy got a cheesesteak, of course, cuz cheese sauce (I love how many places offer this now) and seemed to enjoy it. Our friend's seven-year-old son adores pineapple pizza. And I adore a child who favors the underdog. Pizza Bolis has a good pineapple pizza. Personally I like my pineapple pizza with some jalapeños but the kid is wary about spice. Maybe some day. I tend to shy away from chain pizza places, but when it comes to friends paying, I'm down for whatever. It's always nice to find a chain with a large menu and the ability to cook all those things properly. read more

We came in town for vacation, and we always like to try the local restaurants. Pizza was great, and the service was prompt. Pizza arrived in a timely fashion and was still at a good temperature. Perfect experience tonight! The pizza was super fresh and HOT; definitely hit the spot! We used DoorDash and ordered a ten inch pepperoni pizza, cheesesteak fries, and old bay dry rub wings. The food was very hot and tasted amazing, the delivery time was reasonable and showed up within the designated time. I didn't know I would love pizza Boli's pizza so much! I was definitely not happy with my order. I decided on delivery and ordered a wrap and onion rings. When I called in I was told it would take 30-40 minutes. An hour goes by and I called and was told that the delivery guy was 2 minutes away, well another 10 minutes and my food finally is delivered. My wrap was border line cold, thank goodness I ordered onion rings instead of fries because they would have been a soggy mess. My onion rings surprisingly kept there crispness. This is my favorite pizza place in town. Their cheese and white pizzas are to die for. I haven't been a fan of their subs or pastas so I just stick to pizza, fries or mozzarella sticks and it never disappoints. I've been a loyal customer for over a year now. the food here is great. However i never get the correct order. Something is always wrong. I order a simple meal. Wings dry, sauce on the side and its wrong every single time. Its not a difficult order. But its wrong every single time. One time i ordered a chicken sandwich with ham and cheese . It was wrong. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 1XL white pizza from the Pasadena MD location. I got it home and notice it wasn't a white pizza but with red sauce. Not a huge deal, I ate a couple pieces and saved the rest. The next day I went to eat another piece and notice a BANDAID ON MY PIZZA!!!! I was horrified! For this location to 1 not do a quality check before boxing, 2 to not be wearing gloves while making food is one thing but to not be wearing gloves during our countries pandemic is horrific! I like this place a lot, out of all the places local around here they are my favorite. I got a chef salad tonight and it was so fresh and delicious yummy!! I love their pizza, their subs are the best because they actually use seasoning and the acceptable amount of toppings, they don't over do it like Pizza Ravens they suck pretty bad actually. Probably one of the best pizza places in the area in my eyes. The pizza is always real cheesy and always hot. People complain that your pizza took along time to come but they are always busy and and most say you are right around the corner so why don't you just pick your food up?? Owner and staff are always friendly and if you got something bad you should of called they would of taken care of you they value their customers especially return customers. This place gets a bad wrap sometimes from the surrounding stores. But I've ordered pizza from pizza boli several times from the annapolis location as well as this one in pasadena. The crab pizza on special (at the time of publishing) is amazing!! creamy white sauce w/ crab meat and seasonings. The Greek pizza is also amazing! The cheese bread is essentially a cheese pizza w/ thick crust and double cheese, excellent! I think 5 stars if for the friendly staff, excellent pizza choices, and the fact that they LOAD their pizzas w/ toppings and lots of cheese. This was my first time eating at a Pizza Boli's. The food was overpriced, and was so gross that we didn't eat more than two bites. $40 spent on inedible food. I'd give this place zero stars, if possible. I'm shocked that they're still in business. If I had to choose between eating here or eating a dead opossum, I'd eat the roadkill. Food did not arrive until a hour and 10 minutes later, and all I ordered was a sub and salad!! Food was okay, but it was not worth the wait. I will order from somewhere else next time. read more

Absolute garbage I can't believe the arrogance of this place. I ordered a x-large with 3 topping special for $14.99 that cost $17.89 and was delivered to the wrong address and was only a 14 inch which is not an x-large, and the toppings weren't right either... So I call and ask what size is an x-large after measuring it at 14 inches and the say 16 inches and I tell them my pizza is the wrong size as well as my toppings and they just argued that I got what I ordered with a big fuck you attitude... It's completely childisd. I wouldn't reckamend this crap hole to a person dying of starvation. read more
