Birthday party review…read more It's crazy from the walk in and non stop until you leave! Parking lot: narrow and limited so line ups will happen. But it's free so be patient. Entrance: Bottle necking traffic due to filling out waivers, and sign in. Rolling clothing carts are labelled for your party to hold gifts and clothes from your party. Rock climbing and harness climbing at the front is extra. The middle before the trampolines is the small arcade. Then it's shoes off before heading on to the trampolines. It's not a great transition for going shoeless here. Sock it to you here: Air riders make it mandatory to buy their neon green socks. Not any old grippy sock will do but their $5 ones. Staff are placed strategically throughout the jump site. Some are not as engaged or maybe the kids cannot hear them over the loud music. There is one tv to play a jump game and there is no one watching the line ups, so kids can be waiting eternally or get bumped from order. We asked to place an attendant here since kids aren't great at advocating. The floor manager tried but the teen moved to this new position was not happy managing this. An hour does go by really quickly. It didn't smell horribly of feet and sweat so that says a lot.

Ugh . . . fun set-up. but very disappointing service!…read more We went in Dec 2023 for a birthday party. glow-in-the-dark style . . . we were promised a party planner that would walk us through everything, but didn't get what was advertised . . . the trampolines and such were fun for the kids no doubt; but no one showed the kids where they could play for their hour or what they were entitled to experience (major miss - parents had to figure it out and show the kids) ... party planner didn't move our coat rack (present holder) to the party room after the first hr; didn't remember that we had ordered the water bottles, and t-shirt for the birthday boy (so the guests that left early didn't get their party gifts and didn't get to sign the shirt), and in general didn't help us out in any meaningful way at all during the party that would lead us to believe that they were taking care of us. In the end, my son had a good time and had fun with the trampolines and climbing park portion . . . but it could have been SO much better with an actual chaperone letting the kids know what they could do and where they could go... Along with people actually doing their job, like giving out the gifts to people that were paid for in advance, etc. And remembering the sharpie marker with the t-shirt so that the kids can sign it, as advertised online . . . as if it was a surprise, ha ha . . . anyways - won't be choosing this place again, and won't be recommending! This was our first return to Putting Edge since they moved into the Colossus plaza after the huge…read morefacility they had near IKEA/Dave and Buster's. We were a bit skeptical of how it would measure up, because it's in a much smaller unit, but we turned out pleasantly impressed. The one obvious improvement is that it's newer than the old facility, but it's been a few years since they moved. Yet, it is still very fresh and clean. We booked our tickets online prior to going, as recommended on their website, to avoid any wait behind others to get started. Sure enough, we only had to wait a couple of minutes once we arrived to get started. In the meantime, we wandered among the arcade amusements you can enjoy. You can purchase ticket packages in bulk if you want to enjoy the arcade machines and games in lieu of or in addition to your mini golf experience. We were handed out putters and able to choose what colour glow-in-dark ball we wanted. We were able to begin right away. Throughout the entire 18 holes, we rarely had to worry about waiting on people ahead of us, or causing delay to anyone behind. It wasn't perfect, but it was a testament to how well they manage to stagger entrants. All of the holes were different, in terms of layout and paint design. Everything was aesthetically pleasing. The challenge level was a good medium so that you don't want to scream with frustration, but not so easy as to make it absolutely boring. I'd say we spent maybe 90 minutes or so in total to complete the course. We were asked if we'd like to have a scorecard to keep track, which we did. It wasn't always easy keeping up, moving along, and writing scores on the fly, but it made it a little more fun to keep the competitive streak running. We dropped our putters off before exiting the course and were done. It was a great family activity, which I'd recommend with any group you might want to play with. They also offer party packages, with a full sized party area to accommodate a celebratory meal. We'll definitely return every so often for a fun, family experience.

The staff were super nice and the price wasn't bad at $16 per person for mini golf. There is an arcade at the entrance that is fun but warning, it's very expensive and the credits are consumed very quickly! We went through $80 worth in about 15 minutes, just waiting for our name to be called, despite that we had a reservation (they tell you to go early, now we know why). The other issue was that they didn't space the groups up enough so we spent a lot of time waiting in line for the next hole, and there's not much room so you feel like you're in the way of the course. We really wanted to like this place, especially for a good rainy day activity. Doubtful that we will be back.

At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!

Unsupervised children run wild across sticky padding that makes you want to immediately throw away your socks. For a steep ticket price, this neglected, run-down play area feels entirely unsafe and overwhelmingly depressing. Save your money. Use to be a good place for kids to come out and enjoy . It's a good place for kids between 3 - 7 years old to burn off their energy. I wish there was an indoor amusement park like this closer up town in like Richmond Hill or Vaughan. I would still consider coming back again just so my kids can enjoy it again.

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!
