Insane that this happened to us twice here so beware that these people don't value their customer's time.

We tried the new Blind Tiger room which has a 9/10 difficulty and so far 0% escape rate... we were convinced we'd get on the board LOL. There were 4 of us and the room is probably perfect for a 4-6 people group. Will not spoil anything! Usually I'd complain about the difficulty if we didn't make it through but it was definitely properly scored at 9/10. Still really fun. My one advice would be to PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS! We didn't, so we ended up asking for help again and again agd again... The waiting lounge was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even thew in an extra personal touch that was really cute and very much on point! Let's just say the escape experience is not just limited to your 60 minutes. The only thing I thought was a bit hindering was the lack of timer in the room, so had no idea how long we wasted on a puzzle. Having done literally 90% of their rooms, I would return to do the last couple of rooms!

One is pirate themed (Pieces of Eight), the second is detective themed (Mr. Moody's Ghost) and the third is Witch themed (The Witch.) We have done Pieces of Eight twice and Mr. Moody's Ghost once. The latter is much more challenging. The activities are well thought-out and a little challenging, but totally doable. If you ever get stuck, you can ask for hints. There is no limit on how many hints you can get, but to get on the day's leader board, you should not ask for more than 3 hints. My only complaint is the high price: $33 per person. But if you don't mind splurging, it's time very well spent.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by Will, whom helped us with every aspect of the party planning. He was very helpful and easygoing; such a joy to deal with! On the day of the party, we were able to come in earlier and decorate, while the children played the game. During the game, we had difficulty in solving the puzzles therefore, Will and Fahed came in to assist us without hesitation. They were very helpful with all of the guests in the game room, and took the time to explain everything very well. Overall, this venue was an excellent choice! Will and Fahed went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, while giving us the time to complete the game accurately, and have fun!
