I'm so upset!!!! I went to change my broken iphone screen and did that. He also recommended to change the battery of my iPhone, so I agreed to do it with my other (non working ) iphone that he said himself has a much better battery. After doing so, my iPhone battery is terrible and even iPhone mentions that. I went back to him about that, and he told me he recommends to get a new battery because he massed up with the past battery saying "I rushed into doing the work so i massed up the battery!!!, so i reccomend you to get a new battery. I had a mini iPad that was in awful shape and completely broken. It had been smooshed in our recliner chair and was actually bent. It was a gift from my mother-in-law to my daughter and so it had sentimental value as well as having videos and games from years past. I had been told by 2 different repair shops that there was a minimal chance to fix it but I was referred to Cell Phone Factory through some friends and called Ari to explain my situation. He promised to do his best to repair it and met me in a city that was convenient for both of us. He was prompt and professional, and felt that he could fix it. So he took it and a couple weeks later, he called saying it was ready. And it was working perfectly! I don't know why I didn't think to take a before photo. It was a mess-you could see the unevenness and the bend in the screen. I had almost no real faith that it would ever be salvaged. But my 13 year old daughter was really hoping for the best. We could not believe that he was able to fix it- we were both beyond amazed at the outcome. The office is in LA but Ari will drive just about anywhere to meet up with you.
