Delicious home style cooking with very large portions. Located in a very easy to miss tiny parking lot that provides parking in the rear but the main entrance and the complete other side of the building it can be easy to miss this spot. Once inside there are a few seats right at the bar countertop then the remaining ones tucked in the back. The service was too notch. Our way was very attentive even though she was the only person to service the entire dining area. Our food was absolutely delicious. Definitely give this place a try if you are looking for some of the best bacon gravy.

A friend recommended this place. If youre not careful you can easily pass it on by. Cute little diner with great customer service. Prices are reasonable and good is good. I had bacon and eggs with white toast and a hot chocolate. Hit the spot.

My husband and I had a day off together and some time to burn so we wanted to go to breakfast. I've wanted to try this breakfast diner, so today was the day! I ordered a cheese omelette with hash-browns and white toast. I wish the hash-browns were crispy - I know to ask next time! Also, the toast had a margarine spread that pretty thick and tasteless- next time I will ask for real butter. My husband's colossal of a meal was the big guy omelette just loaded with everything you could imagine. He was in heaven with its' wonder and accompaniment of home fries and biscuit with gravy. The food overall was great! The diner is a dive, it is cute and quant. The bathrooms are located outside, they were dingy, dusky, and so small - more like an outhouse almost. The staff were very friendly and professional!

Great little hole in the wall spot! We have lived just a couple miles away for almost 10 years but this was our first time in. We sat at the counter and had friendly service and a great breakfast. I was excited to order a veggie omelette and actually get lots of fresh veggies inside! Our coffee cups were always kept full, too.

They're CLOSED Wednesday and Thursdays. I love this place so much, the owner is sweet. Her granddaughter is a server here , she's just as nice . It's clean little restaurant right across the Goodwill Bins and shares a building with a tire shop. Once I came and my car died, they gave me a jump . Another time I came and brought a friend they forgot to hold the mushrooms and once the server realized that, they made her a new one. I loved how it wasn't awkward after lol.

Another lovely Sunday breakfast with Scout at the Pitt Stop. We took our neighbor Emily, seen hugging Scout. Please note the Buddy and Scout magnets on the coffee cups on the wall. Included are a picture of Keisha with her daughter Samantha, and her mother Dee, the owner, in the background.

Once again we were treated to an amazing breakfast at the Pitt Stop! Amazing food and service for a better than fair price! Don't miss out!

I've eaten breakfast here twice now, and I'm already hooked. Don't let the unassuming storefront fool you - the offerings inside are pure gold! I don't know much about this joint, other than the counter was full with what looked like "regulars" last time I came in; you definitely get the feeling this is a local institution! Pitt's serves down-home breakfasts with pretty much all the standard options you can imagine (eggs, hash browns, country potatoes, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, omelets, etc.), as well as daily specials. Last time I got my plate with spam as the protein - I was in HEAVEN. The service is superb, too. Our servers have been friendly and attentive, and this place passes the "vibe check" for sure. Don't pass it up - give it a try if you haven't already. I bet you'll be hooked ;)

At the end, we ended up seating outside and all the time wasted could have been to help other people. Our server was friendly, but since we were outside she would take awhile to come outside. The meatloaf was a big plate and my husband could not finish it. He did say it was a bit salty. The shrimp and grits were great (would recommend). My son's chicken tenders were great as well and looked homemade and not like it came from a frozen bag. There is paid parking around the area. It was a 60 degree day but with jackets on, the weather felt amazing. When we had stepped into the restaurant it had felt too stuffy, so I am glad we got to seat outside.

Do make sure to make reservations before coming in, luckily a table opened up and the host was able to get us seated promptly. The seats we were given were near the bar and it was only the one bartender taking care of his bar and the tables which lead to not having the best service. Again we get it was the bartenders area but you would think since it's the weekend you would have two bartenders working that area. When it comes to the food, my wife's brisket Benedict was pretty solid nothing crazy but my meal was probably the worst one.... When I hear the words " anything scramble" i think of a bunch of ingredients mixed together as a scramble. This was more of just scrambled eggs with some fried avocados on top. These breakfast "potatoes" were also dissatisfying and flavorless. I've worked in the restaurant business and can tell you that I hated when people sent plates back so I'm not one to send my plates back and make complaints, but this one was very close to me breaking that personal rule. Personally I don't think I'll ever come back at least not for their breakfast hours.

We got our drinks fairly quickly, but it took 25 minutes for us to get our salad with no meat. That was a little disappointing given that it was just a salad and also, someone else ordered after us but received their food before we did. We ran out of time and ended up having to take our salads to go. My friend really liked her mocha latte, but my lavender latte did not really have the lavender flavor in it and the salads were just OK. I'm not sure if they were shortstaffed and things were rushed, but I can't say that I was impressed. It's a super cute spot, but the energy was different. The customer service was just OK. Not super friendly, but not rude either. It gave the energy of "tired". Our experience was pretty mediocre, but I do plan on checking it out again. We talk about first impressions being important but sometimes it takes a second visit to really get the true feel of a place so I will definitely try it again and make an overall decision at that time.

I ordered a Guinness and we moved to the back area as our group grew too large to have at the small front tables. They have breakfast and lunch available and had an impressive menu for what I thought was just a bar. We asked our server what she recommended and she said the waffle fries and French toast are great. While we passed on the French Toast (this time- I'm more of a savory breakfast person) we did get waffle fries ($7) and their Zebra Special ($15.50) that comes with two eggs, meat (ham, bacon or sausage), hash browns, and choice of toast. We paid a little extra to get a biscuit with gravy instead of toast. We also ordered jello shots for the group and it was very fun having morning jello shots with breakfast. They have a lot of televisions here and seem to serve as a watch party destination for a lot of sports fans. They also have an outdoor area, which is great for groups, but we also noticed that the small of people smoking wafted into the inner dining area from outside which was a drawback for me.
