I have taken at least 3 different vehicles over the years to Pitcock. Steve always take care of me. Sometimes it takes longer than we'd like when parts are involved but Steve always looks for ways to solve the issue and keep the budget as low as possible. He recently went above and beyond: I had an issue passing inspection with an older car that I didn't want to put any more money into... the issue turned out to be faulty connections wires that were preventing the on-board computer from connecting to the diagnostic system used by the inspector. My family used Pitcock for years and were extremely pleased. But after the father turned the business over to his sons the quality and service went straight to HELL. They put a new carb in my truck, it never ran properly! I tried to work with them, bringing it back 4 times to get it right with no results. When I picked it up the last time, they brought the car from there yard, it was covered with bird s**t....they seemed to think it was funny and refused to have it cleaned!
