Best pita I've ever had! I asked for the workers favorite pita and I've never tasted something so good in my life. The service was amazing, and the employees are super nice and friendly. read more

This place really seems like a little mom & pop, and not a franchise or chain location, as they seem to do everything their own little way. I ordered through the app a gyro salad and selected 'curbside' pickup, then proceeded to drive to the location. As. I was parking. I got a call from an older woman, who asked if I wanted lettuce on my salad. She said that I did not select a greens option when I chose the salad, and I said that I thought it automatically comes with a base of lettuce, because it is called a 'salad' and I was able to complete the order without making that selection. I told her that I would prefer shredded lettuce and that I was already sitting in the parking lot, but there was no rush. I waited in my car 30 minutes after this phone call, and there was no order, so I called back the same number that I received, and a young girl answered with just "hello". This threw me off, so I asked if I was actually calling Pita Pit? She said, "oh yeah". I inquired about my curbside order, and she told me that they do not have curbside even though it is an option on the app and that I would have to come inside. Why was this not mentioned when the older woman had called me previously? I entered inside and there is no posted pickup location, so I have to stand in line behind a family who is taking a very long time to order while the older woman was in the back, chopping onions and making eye contact with me but never came out to assist. I finally was able to pick up my order, as the young girl gave me a bright, sweet, innocent, and clueless smile and said thank you. read more

Pulled up to this establishment and all the lights are off with the open sign off with a sign that says will now be closing at 6:30. The employee turned everything off by 6:25. She had brown curly hair in a ponytail with a black shirt. Absolutely ridiculous. OPE found another employee that was sitting in the back for 5 minutes until 6:30 to go lock the door. This is horrible. read more

girls working were rude and actively were eating/drinking at the register while they rung us up, and they assumed that our group wasn't paying together and charged us individually (not a big deal but annoying). then they were eating the food on the line and on their phones in full view of us and other customers and went back to work without washing hands. read more

We sent in an order for 8 different wraps. There was a 35 minute wait time, totally fine! I showed up to pick up our order. They said the order was never sent through. I showed the receipt verifying that there was an order placed and the card was charged. The younger girls who initially helped me were so sweet and kind trying to figure out what was going on. The older gal with short gray hair came over to me and said "I have a cater that is due at 12:15, it's now 12:04 and in store customers, then i can get to you. It'll be about 30mins before I can start your order." I was the only one in line, and said okay then left. Found out about 40mins later our order was canceled with NO NOTIFICATION. We went to Qdoba instead. Never ordering here again! read more

I love pita pit! Great Customer service, delicious options, and convenient location. My guy thought his pita was dry and I would agree our pitas needed more sauce. Overall I get the crave for the chicken souvlaki and bam pita pit satisfies every time. They also made our pups their own feast. Super great place! I didn't get pics of our pitas but we had the limited time BBQ brisket, the club, and chicken souvlaki. My personal fav is the chicken souvlaki. read more

If I could do a 0 I would. We pulled up to get lunch. The open sign wasn't even on and it should have been. The two young boys were standing in the lobby eating chips and VAPING. VAPING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE. We couldn't believe it, we will not return. read more

Delicious! Love all the customization options! Fast and fresh!!

The service was good and my pita was stuffed with veggies. Not really sold on the new menu but most of the ingredients remain the same.

I'm honestly surprised no one has gotten sick from this place. I decided to stop by tonight to try this place for the first time and boy was it unsightly. The kitchen was absolutely filthy. All of the produce in the pita prep area was rotting. Cheese was turning brown. Lettuce was black and gooey. Hummus looked so old, the top layer was a different color than the bottom. There were tons of different things mushed into the cutting boards, turning them a mix of brown and black instead of the white color they should be. All of the sauce bottles were filthy and had a crust on the top of them. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Spatulas and grill utensils were slimy. Grease covered walls. Trash all over the floor. The kids behind the counter would handle money, touch the register, touch the the fridge, touch the pita, then all the condiments that go in your pita, without changing their gloves once. It was gross and screamed of cross contamination. I think the health department needs to pay a visit to this place before someone becomes seriously ill. read more

Pita Pit is a great change of pace from typical fast food, burgers or sandwiches. We hadn't been there in quite a while, and decided we needed to try it again. Tonight my wife had the Chicken Souvlaki, and I had the Buffalo Chicken. The Tzatziki Sauce was pretty good, and was very interesting combined with the Buffalo sauce flavor. So when you feel like something a little different, Pita Pit is a great choice. [ I made a belt out of watches once... ...It was a complete waist of time. ] read more

I got a chicken cesear wrap and almost all of the chicken in the wrap was bad. It was grisly and barely cooked enough. It also came with bacon which I was excited about but that was also undercooked. I literally pulled almost all of the chicken out of the wrap and didn't finish it because my appetite was ruined after continually biting into fatty gross chicken. read more

Where have all the adults gone? This is the second business I've been today with a very young person at the register, under-trained and without a clue. And here it was causing all kinds of trouble for the 10 people waiting for food in the lobby. The two people making food kept calling people up asking what they had ordered and how they wanted it prepared. How are you losing orders in the 10 feet between the register and the grill? Took 20 minutes to get our order. Pitas were good but not worth all the hassle. Order ahead and online if you want to skip all this I guess. read more

The pitas are great. I had the chicken with pesto. Seasoned perfectly. My wife and I split one and was plenty.

I've never tried this place before looked really good was surprised SO GOOD!!! I'm pretty picky so that means a lot coming from me but that's just based off what I ordered. Only reason I Gave a 4 star is when I got there girl working didn't seem welcoming. read more

.I was hungry, and needed a quickie. I didn't see anything wrong with the dining area, yet I would not want come here to sit down and eat. .Had a BLT in a whole wheat pita, to go. They build it to your order, similar to Subway. No cheese, just thousand island dressing. The 'artist' ripped off the top paper wrap for me so I could immediately start eating. .Flour tortillas don't appeal to me, and things that looklike a soft shell burrito might scare me off. This pita thing was yummy, without any pasty gluey aftertaste. it was a bit dry, but I will experiment with some other dressings. read more

Reviewer #19 I am a fan of Pita Pit and this location is pretty consistent. It's an international healthier lifestyle living. If you don't want the pita bread, you can get anything fork style (salad) and is very good. You can pay a little more and get double the meat. My kids usually go for the breakfast pitas (awaken with Bacon) and I get the chicken souvlaki which is super low in calories. You then add your veggies, fruits (pineapple mostly) and sauces. Many different sauces to chose from. This location can be somewhat hidden if you don't know it's there. It's on the corner of Overland and Eagle behind Qdoba next to Big Juds No. 2 read more

Pretty incompetent. It was my first visit to a pita pit, because we just moved into the area. Every time I asked a question, the girl behind the counter answered like I was stupid and wasting her time. I ordered three vegan falafel pitas. We cannot have milk and do not eat meat. I made it very clear they needed to be vegan. I didn't think I needed to bay sit her while she made my food, but I must have been wrong. After I got home I found all three of the pitas were wraps instead of pitas and every single one had some sort of sour cream or dairy sauce in them. We couldn't even eat them. What an incompetent putz. read more

I went in for lunch pictures on menus look good but when I order the Philly I took a bite out of it lettuce tasted weird and the Vegas in it tasted soggy and ripe couldn't even take another bite threw it out I did not recommend my co workers to go I mean I wanted to go back but my lunch was over I can't recommend to others read more

The food was good and the service was awesome. Very friendly. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs a little work. I couldn't tell if I was in an established restroom with running water, or a porta potty on the 3rd day of Woodstock '99 read more

The worst attempt at a gyro I've ever had. the smallest amount of Rock hard "meat" smooshed in one corner, a pound of spinach and a few tiny pieces of tomato & cucumber in another corner, all the sauce and cheese at the bottom, zero flavor, soggy yet also hard "pita". Seriously, was it made by a drunk monkey a month ago? Seriously the worst quality, like mind blowingly awful. 0/10 stars do not reccommend. read more

My husband and I stopped in tonight at about 8:40 to grab a quick dinner. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked with hours clearly starting they are open until 10. When we walked in the girl behind the front counter informed us they were closing early today and everything was already shut down so they couldn't serve us. There was nothing posted with changed hours and as I stated above the open sign was on so nothing would have indicated they were closing early. We both love pita pit and I come to this location quite often but this has changed my mind. We will be finding our pita fix somewhere else from now on. read more

Daughter's turkey bacon was good.i had the Buffalo chicken.... Very disappointing experience, buffalo chicken should be served with blue cheese with blue cheese dressing yet neither were available the way they build the pitas you can have either all the veggies in your bite or all meat in you your bite. I do have to say they were very polite and accommodating read more

One of my favorite places to eat. Build your own pita, subway style. Portions are big, very filling and satisfying.

This place sucks, they never deliver and 8/10 times they get the order wrong or deliver to the wrong address. The girls that work there have attitudes as well. read more

Little kids "running" this place. Called in an order one night well in advanced. I show up to see the children playing in the back and when I asked for my order, they told me they just started it. So I decided to try placing an online order to see if maybe that will make it more reliable. Show up 5 minutes after my order said it would be done and guess what? It wasn't done. It wasn't even started. Again, the kids were just in the back playing around so there's no reason it shouldn't have been done. Not to mention they all have their little friends come hangout there. I watched a kid clock in, then go sit down at a table with his friends. What a sh** show. read more

My husband and I got to the restaurant 30 minutes before close just wanting a quick bite to eat. We got there and all of the lights were off and two employees were cleaning up, I knocked on the window, Because the door was locked the guy working looked up and acted as if he didn't see me then he walked into the back laughing. We sat in our truck waiting for a just a second as another customer showed up and asked why they were closed so early. Then both employees were in the back room peaking through the kitchen window laughing at all of us. They were VERY VERY VERY IMMATURE for closing early and laughing at us as we stood outside. read more

This facility is disgusting. The food was alright, but the eating area is atrocious. This place has not been cleaned in months from the looks of it. Every single table had food crumbs on and under the tables, the floors period have gunk built up along the walls, the chairs have never been wiped (again from the looks of it), along with the trash receptacle...and don't get me started on the disgusting build up on & in the soda machine. There was dust on top of the napkin dispenser on the table I ate at. I can't believe a DAILY cleaning protocol isn't put into place. I get some places are not up to date but at least keep it clean. People eat here. On top of it all as I contemplated getting a hold of some ownership to inform of my experience, I asked if this location was corporate or franchised owned. The gal responded with "I don't know I just work here". You tell me if that is acceptable anywhere. read more

I ordered a regular Philly and a small Prime Rib. They came out the same size. When I asked if there had been a mistake in size, they argued that it all depends on how much you put it in. The regular Philly had double the filling and came out the same size as the small Prime. She had to ask me which one was supposed to be a regular. No apologies. I like Pita Pit, but don't like being lied to when it's pretty obvious. Bad customer service. Probably won't be back to this location. read more
