Who gives a positive review of a fast food restaurant? This guy.   Ok, this little location is awesome. First off, everyone is incredibly friendly - polite - and service focused. Now the food is the food, it's not prepared by Boddy Flay or anything. But it is always good. Mainly, this review is for the crew of this location. Not once have they gotten an order wrong, made me wait, or neglected to be friendly. This location Unfortunately always seems to disappoint. If you go inside to order food, you will watch about 20 cars go through the drive-through while you sit and wait for your order. On top of being terribly slow, getting orders out, they always somehow seem to miss something that you've ordered. It just feels like they really don't care. read more

I don't typically review fast food places, however, I had a great experience here and felt they deserved the positive feedback. This JITB is connected to a gas station convenience store. This location was my go to during the pandemic. With that came hit or miss experiences due to changing hours, lack of employees and supply issues. Now years later, they are hitting the mark. I decided to order and sit inside for lunch after work. I also had a coupon for a $4 Cluck Sandwich. It took a minute for the friendly young guy to take my order at the counter because he was pulling double duty also working the drive thru window. Took a seat at a table in the clean restaurant awaiting my order. Two other customers inside and a few cars in the drive thru. Acceptable wait time for them to have my order ready. My Cluck sandwich was served in a foil lined bag (like another chicken sandwich chain). It was fresh and hot, on a fluffy bun with pickles and Jacks Secret Sauce! The breaded chicken piece covered the entire bun, was thick and juicy and just really surprised me for a fast food place. I might even go so far as to say, it was better than another well known chicken sandwich chain! Like I said, I don't typically review fast food, but after being wowed and satisfied by this one, I might just start to more often. Great job guys! Great job! read more

Slowest Jack in the box I've ever seen. Don't go here unless you want to wait an eternity.

This Jack in the box location is in a very nice area but it's also the location with the absolute slowest service and the one where they'll get your order completely wrong! I wanted to try the new noggy (egg nog) sweet cream iced coffee and a sourdough grilled cheese. I was literally waiting to order at the drive thru speaker for nearly 10 minutes with a car ahead of me and a car behind me. When I got to the window, I was asked what I ordered so I told her and she replied "you wanted grilled cheese? I thought it was a chicken sandwich?" So they had me waiting another 5-8 minutes to make the grilled cheese and to make matters worse.. she handed me a regular iced coffee. At that point I just took it because I didn't wanted to hold up the line another 10 minutes. I will never go to this particular location again. I waited forever on a simple $7 order and still got the wrong coffee. If you were thinking of coming here, do yourself a favor and just don't! read more

Food here gave me food poisoning. I ordered food last night around 12:04 and ate it but when I woke up this morning i felt really sick.

This Jack in the Box has continuously missed items out of my order the last three times I went. They never give you the receipt either so your not able to go back and ask for the missing items. Extremely frustrating, happened again tonight out of the order they did not give me a large fry and FOUR tacos. Normally I check the bag but this location has long lines and I waited to check to not hold people up. This location needs to do better. This going to be my first and only compliant because I will not return due to multiple terrible visits. I love jack in the box but this location in specific is beyond lazy mesaures. First of all you need to fix your hours online? Open till 2? Lying to customers. I went through at 7:30pm and there is only door dash and mobile orders available to order? Second you guys are always closed literally anytime before 5? If not closed it takes 20 minutes to recive the food that always comes out absolutely wrong and cold by the time we get home. For real I dont understand how you guys are paying people who dont want to work and that stand around doing nothing. Your employees are rude and do nor want to help us. They seem to make it a game to miss something in your order everytime you go there. Always missing something wasting my time and money.

They post hours of operation with a start time of 6:00 a.m. Don't expect to be served at that hour. In fact, it might be 7:00 a.m. before you see anyone. Save your time, go to McDonalds or some place else. The afternoon and evening staff are great, friendly and fast service but the morning staff are lazy and don't give a rip. read more

Always slow. Decide to close on random days and then don't turn off the drive thru or put closed signs out so you are waisting your time waiting for someone to take your order when the restaurant is closed. read more

The workers are so incredibly rude here. Every time I pull up to the drive thru menu I'm greeted by a young woman who it seems has NEVER witnessed manners before. (There's several young female employees here who have close to the same attitude). It is not just one employee. I always get a "go ahead and order" or "what do you want" at the menu right off the bat instead of a hello or anything. God it makes me cringe. So unpolite to greet a customer that way. I say what I would like and they have the nerve to say "K" like I'm annoying them by ordering 1 combo for myself. Then it's "anything else??".... By the time I get to the window I'm annoyed but still trying to be nice. I thank them plenty of times between all the exchanges and never get a response. No acknowledgement that I thanked them 4 times. THE WORST. Learn some god damn customer service if your going to be in the industry of serving people! The manager at this location needs a check in. I stoped by at 11:45 on October 3rd to order a couple taco and was told they were closed by the woman who was working...I was very upset because I live right around the corner and come to this jack in the box quite a but...I work at a resteraunt and I get off very late as well so not only was this inconvenient but I happen to know that you are not supposed to close until you are officially closed! I have been to this Jack in the Box location a handful of times. This location is joined with a gas station and does a great job of still having a drive thru with no traffic problems. With that said, this is a typical Jack in the Box and i do not have too much more to say about this one specifically. I think the loaded fries are the best item and they taste very good. The burgers are decent, but they are a little pricey for an average burger. With that said, the burgers are still great but there is some intense competition from other places. Also, there is often good deals but only for one burger at a time ($5.99 for chicken sandwich meal for example). Oftentimes those deals are for obscure burgers i have no interest in eating. I have encountered a problem where sometimes i will ask for no ice and they will still give me some. I still think this place is a little underrated and if it was a little cheaper this would easily be 5 stars. I understand the location doesn't control prices so that is a Jack in the Box problem all together. read more

Absolutely the worst experience. After being what we felt was over charged for our food we waited for over 10 minutes for our food and we were the only car in line. Food was literally tossed at us . We had to flag her down to request our receipt and wouldn't you know Surprise! Not one, but BOTH receipt printers were down. So we were unable to verify what we were paying for. Got home and of course no napkins and when we opened our roost fries it looked NOTHING like the picture ad. It was a whole chicken tender on top of cold fries and congealed cheese sauce. Jack in the Box used to be our favorite fast food place but we are done. You think paying these kids 13-14 an hour they would be professional, quick and accurate but it feels like the complete opposite read more

Came to get some fries, and the guy at that took our order and greeted us at the window gave amazing customer service. His name was Frisbie, and he told us a quality joke & made a quick yet quality conversation. This may be irrelevant to others reading reviews, If anyone even does, but it was just a really nice change of pace going through a fast food drive through and seeing someone that doesn't make it apparent they hate their life.
