Don't eat here, as a previous worker you don't want any of these people making your food. Not only do they not pay attention to orders coming in. Supervisors will leave hours at a time while unqualified people are left on shift. Rarely anybody washes their hands and everyone smokes weed in the back. Surprised it's still open :) read more

Although this Pita Pit wasn't as good as the one in Helena and Missoula, I take my hat off to these folks. They have fresh ingredients, a friendly staff, and this place is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or the late night snack! I asked them if I could buy some of their pita bread and they said "no." This is my favorite lunch stop in town. It does depend on who makes your pita on the fullness, but the flavor is always so good! Only had a couple of weird experiences with employees, but Christine has some long time staff who are amazing!! read more

I've eaten here quite a bit and just decided I won't be back. I like the food but there have been some issues that may be my issues. I always order the same thing and today it was a dollar fifty more expensive for no apparent reason. The lady told me I must just always eat here on Wednesday when the price is different. The last two times I've been in an employees kids are camped out like a daycare. I guess I understand situations happen but they are camped and one decided to stare at me the entire time both times I've been in recently. So that was comfortable. Prior to Pita Pit closing I really enjoyed their food. It was totally worth every penny. I just had it again since their opening, though the food still tastes great, my pita was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller and I had multiple bites of all bread with no filling. The service was slower, which I understand since they hired a bunch of new people. However, if you're going to do it slowly then execute it properly otherwise it's not worth the wait or the money. read more

I was in Great Falls and the young lady making my pita wiped her nose with her hand immediately after putting her glove on. Then just a "what do you want on it" So, I asked for my condiments...and at the end requested mayo. After adding half the bottle, I kind of laughed, thinking it was an accident she pit that much on. I wasn't trying to be rude but maybe thought she would just grab a knife or something to remove it. She rolled her eyes, grabbed a napkin and proceeded to just scoop it out with this gross freaking napkin! I couldn't believe it. She then told me next time I should tell her I didn't want that much. I had the worst experience I have ever had on the fast food industry. We came into the location on 10th Ave s in Great Falls Mt. Felt like all the employees wanted to shut the store down. They were pissed we were there,. It was 7:20 on Friday night, I don't think we were intferining with closing. It was bar none the worst service I have ever had, I have traveled almost all 50 states, Mexico, and Canada and I will never drive 4 blocks to your shit hole ever again. It was the worst I have ever been treated. You need to train people better or shut your damn doors. You suck. You should even get a damn star at all have no choice. read more

I loved Pita Pit but haven't eaten there in a long time. I remember it being a great go-to for late night food on the weekends. Yelp lied to me last night and said they were open til 3am. Your average Pita Pit with a few less toppings and service in my case. I've only been to the joint 3 maybe 4 times but here's my observations The "meh:" the young gal helping me was obviously new but couldn't answer questions about sauce, toppings etc. Not a big deal everyone trains new employees, you just have to train them to ask when they don't know. The toppings were the most scant I've had in my 20+ Pita Pit stops at different places in the chain. ~ 80% of the sandwiches are $6.99 FYI that's the price range - The place was nearly empty at 1130 and nearly full at 1215 The Good: "The Local" is a good choice = prime rib w/ BBQ sauce. Even if it is a chain they have some healthier options if your careful. I'll swing by again with a friend because it's fairly inexpensive, quick, and more healthy than similarly priced options. read more

The hours are horrible here, I use to look forward to having a healthy option when getting off of work between 9-10pm and now they are closed by 10, 9 on sun, leaving us in great falls with only taco places and burger joints to choose from for a late night dinner. They also seem to be a little saltier in flavor compared to the helena and missoula locations (maybe they are not preparing things the same). I love pita pit and while they have lost a few of my favorite pita toppings they always have friendly staff! I called to see if I could order for a delivery and the employee on the other side told me they delivered for 13 more minutes I told him thank you anyways and he stopped me and let me order with an energetic tone in his voice. Even though he may have been irritated with me (which I most likely would have been) he never let me know it. He was very friendly and professional. Now I'm eagerly awaiting my pita! read more
