Wendys does not care about Doordash customers, they move the orders to the back and are rude to delivery drivers. My deli very driver has been waiting for 30 minutes at the NW Bypass location. The restaurant itself is always dingy, like everything is covered in a layer of grease, from the counters and floor to the tables and chairs. But usually I only get deliveries from here on Doordash. They can't get anything right, even simple drink orders. The last time I ordered I got a burger that was still half frozen and fries that were rocks (and my delivery driver made it to me in record time so it was how the items left the restaurant). They can't respect food allergies. They randomly give you diet coke or coffee instead of whatever drink you order (even if it's something you pay extra for like a Frosty). I don't usually complain, and I know it's fast food, but the quality here is far below the already mediocre quality you expect from such a place. read more

I called Wendy's late the other night, regarding a question I was deeply concerned about, and was answered by a very kind employee. He did not ignore my well being and pressure me for an order, nor did he hang up on me, but he patiently answered my questions. His customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this Wendy's at 806 10th Ave. South, Great Falls, MT, their service is exceptional, and I am greatly gratified to the young man who brought me great mental relief!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!! Two employees watched me park my motorcycle right in front of the restaurant at 8:33pm, take off my helmet, sunglasses, gloves, jacket and never bothered to motion that the lobby was locked up. Jeri was soooo rude. Wouldn't even let us finish our sentences when ordering. I understand efficiancy, but this was aggressive and unnecessary. In addition she looked straight at us, about 10 feet away and yelled our name twice in a row, before we could even stand up. This Wendy's has gotten over 20 of my orders wrong over the past year. At first I thought it was because the orders were too big but now they can't get small orders right either. If great falls had more restaurants I would stop going. Only go if you don't mind not getting what you order. read more

Came in, there were no tables clean, trash cans over flowing, personal standing behind the counter laughing and joking. We wouldn't come here but it's the only one in town. I'm noticing a trend here in Great Falls, this is where restaurants come to die, cause no one seems to care. They think they deserve $15an hour, what a joke. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location. One time they did put mustard on my JBC but I believe it was an honest mistake! I have only dined in the restaurant a handful of times, the drive thru is where it's at. Always quick and I've never had a mistake in my order which is no small feat for fast food restaurants! I would definitely recommend this location if you are in need of a Wendy's fix. read more

Always check your order before you leave the store. I did not and had to drive 8 miles round trip to get the order right. I used the app and they still put pickles on the burger and did not include the extra tomato, extra onion and extra lettuce that I had requested. I cannot prove it but I think they just used the same two patties that I returned. Anyway the burger was overcooked and I know it was not cooked fresh, it had burnt edges. I am done with Wendy's, they will not be getting any more of my money. I wish I would of checked Yelp before going to Wendy's 2.5 stars tells it all. read more

I would like to recognize Mylee for her awesome customer service!!!! She was very friendly and courteous form the moment we walked in and got up to the counter to order. She realized I was hard of hearing in one ear and she spoke up so I could hear her and she was very patient with me. She also spoke plain and slow enough to where I could understand what she was saying. My husband and I ordered our food she was very sweet about us trying to decide and waited patiently for us to order. She took the time to make sure our order was right and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She was just a wonderful person to us and gave top notch excellent customer service. I was totally surprised with their breakfast I go to work at 4 in the morning so by 10 seems like lunch so I stopped for a burger but they told me they were still serving breakfast so I figured I would try it. OMG I never ever finish my breakfast potatoes not a huge potato fan but their breakfast wedges were the best ever I actually finished them. And the breakfast sandwich was also very good and definitely a real egg not that funky stuff that you get at most fast food places that they call an egg but I think it comes out of a box. Best salads in town as far as fast food goes. Lobby and store looks clean but it has a smell kind of like a daycare...little kids and urine. Use bleach and get that smell out of there Wendy's. It's gross. read more

This location is very hit or miss, and mostly misses. Large orders often have mistakes like missing items or have things mixed up. Today our order was all correct but the fries are undercooked. No excuse for this at lunchtime with a line of cars. We love Wendy's and with only one in town it's not worth driving across town for. read more

This location has gone to Hell. Service seems to always be friendly!! But the food is now only consistantly dry, obviously under a heat lamp for a while, they forget to fill your COMPLETE order and its usually wrong.
