The App sucks and the manager doesn't care. Would not honer discounts on the app. so I won't go to Sonic anymore. Kiss my donkey Sonic

Not the best fast food. Don't care for it for the most part. Their Classic Strawberry Shake, however is wonderful. Thick, tasty, and satisfying, it always hits the spot. Couple it with a Corn Dog and you have a great afternoon snack. read more

Their ranch dressing packets are horrible no matter what flavor they try to change them too absolutely horrible but they do have a lot of other things that are OK there to say I wish there were shakes were not the same texture when frozen or thawed. Let me know that there's a lot of fat lol in their ice cream. read more

Paid extra for nerds, yet didn't get any, but cherry limeade is gas tho. Pretty quick as well so not that bad. I like the way you can just drive into as well feels like it's the 60's or something. (i have no idea im like 15) read more

Josh is an amazing and sweet sweet boy high key recommend it's great for late night and after the gym or work

Sebastian was seriously so kind to my friend and I, he gave us chicken tenders that had just come out of the fryer and he warned us to be careful not to burn our mouth and that was something small and simple but the act of kindness really resonates with me because just knowing he was looking out for us was really sweet. He is a great employee and goes the extra mile for the customers and that is review worthy in my opinion! Hallelujah! Thank you Sebastian! read more

The one positive I have for this place is at least I didn't eat my arm. But even still I think I would've wanted the arm. We got a chicken dinner, which is SUPPOSED to come with chicken tenders, tots, onion ringS (plural), and toast. When we went, we got: paper thin chicken tenders (maybe fried paper would've been thicker!), UBER salty tots (it was like licking a salt lick!), onion ring (singular, ONE. SINGULAR. ONION RING.) and burnt toast. For 10.95!!! At least the arm I could've eaten would've had more meat, been less salty, and I have TWO. read more

The Chophouse burger (limited time only?) and cherry slush, really hit the spot yesterday, for an early lunch. And, about 11:15 AM (kinda early) yesterday morning, there was ONLY one car ahead of me! Many times, previously, I've just driven by, and just "nope", I'm not going to wait behind six, or more cars lined up. (Damn, it can just get so BUSY along 10th.!) And, they can be kind of "pokey" in taking orders--and filling them. Photos "next time". Hope this review helps some GFers out there! read more

Our go to guilty fast food pleasure in the states. Good burgers or other options (chicken, hot dogs). Lots of sides.. fries, taters, onion rings. The best part is the milkshakes. So good! read more

Was bummed to see the ice cream machine was down..... AGAIN.... but our order came out quickly and we were repeated the correct order information. When we went to eat, my chili cheese tot had 7 tots in it. The onion rings were burnt and tasted like bitter 3 week old vegetable oil. And the super sonic double cheeseburger was a super sonic double dissapointment, with only one beef patty. Also had a watered down slushee. Had to go home and get my blender out and actually 'turn it into' a slushee. I will never go to this location again. read more

If you're hungry and have errands to run this might be the best place to eat. Drive up to the teller, place your order, and go somewhere else for 30 minutes. By the time you get back there's a good chance your food is still being prepared. Probably not a bad place to go if you have a DD and you've been day drinking. Their wait will feel like an eternity while yours will go by fairly quick. I give one out of five Gordon Ramsey's. Slow service, idgaf employee attitude, and bad restaurant presentation. Alcohol intoxication is a must. read more

Slowest place in town. Food is expensive for the shitty quality. I ordered popcorn chicken and it was half full, ordered a sonic blast and there was 5 pieces of cookie dough and nothing blended inside told the carhop and he said he would need to take my ice cream back inside and add cookie dough and re blend it but it would take about 20 minutes. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money read more

Horrible customer experience, ordered the cheeseburger with No onion. 2 times they gave us burgers with onions. Both times showed them the proof. The manager didn't care, didn't say any sorry, With angry face just threw a burger in the trash can in front of me. read more

I ordered from there and barely got what I asked for. I ordered 3 sauces and didn't get any I ordered jumbo sauced chicke and there's barely any sauce on them I ordered I medium fry and got a small I ordered a sonic blast and somebody blended it too far down to the point where there was a hole in the bottom of my cup and nobody bothered to add another cup to it. I ordered everything as a combo and I got charged individually for each item. I don't know who's back ther but they clearly don't care and clearly there's no manager or something watching over. Unbelievable. read more

When we first started frequenting this Sonic 3 years ago it was great. Since then however, especially since the owners changed within the past year it has hit rock bottom. The food is still good but the service is ALWAYS SLOW and frequently there are mistakes on our order. Even today when there was no one ahead of us in line it took 5 minutes for the woman working to come to the window to collect my payment. Of course there was an item mix up so then we had to wait even longer for the right item. It's too bad no one else make limeades and tots as good as Sonic because we will have to put up with the poor service and long waits to satisfy those cravings. And don't forget to ask if you want condiments, this place never has voluntarily offered them like others I have been to. Service is pretty bad at most restaurants in town but Sonic is the worst of all the fast food places. read more

a,s,s, didn't get my penut butter shi on my milkshake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! terrible service they were so rude and made me never wanna come back to sonic again!!!!!!!!!!!! get your shit together read more

I'll update my review to reflect new management/ownership So far the food has been way better and so hasn't the service. I don't see any of the old employees, or I just happen to get lucky and they're not there but I feel like they fired all of them basically. No more waiting 40min for a drink in the drive through with two cars. All the signs outside have been replaced and updated and they have the fancy new screens outside. Overall experience has been 100% better read more

My family had a poor experience at this location on March 15th and we will not be returning after this. We come for the Tots and Slushies so it was upsetting when the large Tot I paid for came cold. We pushed the button and asked someone about it, they weren't even fake warm they were actually cold which is unappetizing to say the least. A young man who absolutely reeked of beer came out and took the tots, he came back after a minute and handed us a bag of cold tots. It appeared to be the same container of food but it was inedible and we were sorely disappointed. It was clear that no one cared if we were satisfied customers so instead of asking for assistance yet again we just left. We purchased $30 dollars worth of food and most of it was substandard. read more

We spent over 20 minutes waiting for our food. Service is extremely slow!! Once we got our food, the fries were semi hard and not warm. They use styrofoam cups which is t environmentally friendly. The food attendant handed us our food without saying anything or even offering any condiments then slammed the window/door shut. Disappointing to say the least! read more

Give our local Sonic another try... We did and were happy we did. The service was great from order to carside. Food was fondly as I remembered from Sonics visited in other places. Fast food but fresh and I was truly there for the shake. All in all ,super fast n good..hope they keep machines working so we can look forward to enjoying all this summer.. read more

Make sure you don't pay up front! This is literally the slowest Sonic in the world. Super bummed because living in Zoo, this is the closest Sonic to me, but whenever I'm in Great Falls I don't have 45 minutes to wait for my food. read more

waitiver 30 minutes to order than40 minutes just for drinks - no carjops either!!!

Went there for an ice cream this evening. Didn't even get to order. We were told they had a 10 minute wait time to even put in the order. We waited and after 25 minutes there still was no response. Decided to finally leave and there wasn't any cars ahead of us in the drive through. read more

Every time we go here there's horrible service and the carhops always have attitudes. Our food is always dry and almost cold by the time we get it. They even gave us watered down slushies. I can't even with this Sonic. How awful can it get? We hope to see this chain succeed, but we doubt it will happen. read more

The worst customer service ever. It was like we were inconveniencing the guy that was "taking" our order. Had to make a change to the order and it turned out to be a big deal for him to do his job. Give me a break! Would not recommend or come here again. read more

Our second visit was not so great. Ordered ultimate chicken, onion rings, and pop corn chicken. Everything was fine except there were only 5 onion rings in the medium order. The bag looked half full. I should have taken a picture but no time. The staff was still helpful and friendly. Got a refund on the rings. read more

Foods not bad when I come here but I've been here for about 30 min and they haven't even taken my order. Meanwhile people in the drive through are flying out. Don't come here unless you've got about an hour to wait for your food. Damn Sonic, hire some folks read more

Decided to give another shot tonight. Just wanted a shake, which is advertised as half priced after 8 for happy hour. Ice cream machine is down and according to an employee, it had been for days. Very poor management and ownership. read more

Great drinks. Terrible experience. The drive-thru window is harder to hear than the drive-in lanes across the parking lot- from the drive-thru lane! The screen did not display my order so not only could I not get a clear understanding of the employee, I couldn't confirm my order with certainty. Of course when I got there it was wrong. And it was very slow! I could tell that they had to make some of the drinks multiple times because they messed them up. Another thing-- I noticed that the menu boards at several of the drive-in stalls were missing making those spots basically worthless. Clearly, there is a lack of leadership, maintenance and attention to detail at this Sonic. Very frustrating because I love their drinks and food. read more

I am visiting Great Falls for the week and needed a late night shake. I went through the drive thru and the speaker to order through was very hard to listen to. The girl who gave us our shakes was not happy that I asked to not have whipped cream, we were most definitely an inconvenience to her! Please hire employees that care about their job. (But my cookie dough shake was very good) read more

Seriously been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now with only 1 car in front of us. Then I witnessed something crazy. If a cup hits the floor, you seriously should throw it away. Waiting for 30 minutes for our food today. May 10 2018. No way ever coming here another time. And no ice machine so warm sida.

This is the the worst tasting onion rings I have ever ate they some how tasted like greasy Ice cream. Do not recomend eating at this Sonic as its the worst ive ever had read more

Drive thru not super busy but took almost an hour to get our shakes after ordering! Two cars ahead of us. Noticed that the car just ahead of had an issue with getting their full order. When I ordered our shakes I told the girl that we did not want whipped topping on the small vanilla shake only, whipped topping on the 2 large shakes. Finally got up to the window. Everyone was running around like a chicken without its heads. After nearly 10 minutes she comes take our money. Another 10 minutes went by before she came with out shakes. Only one large shake had whipped cream. Had to tell them to put whipped cream on the other large shake. That took another 5 minutes! Not happy with the service. The vanilla shakes were fine but my chocolate shake tasted like peanutbutter had been added. read more

Took over a half hour to get our food, when we received our order 2 items were wrong, asked for no Mayo both had extra Mayo. Food was okay. Unfortunately my wife also ordered shakes from outside while waiting for our food. The shakes took another 25 minutes. Got to DQ up the street read more

Not only did it take 30 minutes in the drive thru to get one meal (burger and fries) when we got to the window we noticed none of the workers were wearing gloves.
