I drove 20 miles from the other side of belt Montana to come to the Great Falls 10th Ave. panda express says that it's open till 10 PM. I got there at 9:35 and they were already closed their portions on their food. Last time I went was really low. I was hoping to get my food and for a better chance, but closing early any restaurant that's bad karma thanks for wasting my gas to come all the way there for nothing I wish this place would just shut down the one on the northwest bypass is way better, but this manager at this store has got some issues. Not only did they get my order wrong, they didn't put my son in laws order in our bag. The food I did receive was horrible. The chicken was fatty, rubbery and tasted old and reheated. The rice was clumped up and dry. The person that took our order said they wouldn't have brown rice for 10 min and then charged me extra for white rice! I ate As much as I could stand, about 6 bites. Walked up 5 minutes after the dining room closed. Lady said place an app order. Tried to place an app order and they already shut down app order for the night. Called back and explained to the person on the phone that we couldn't do drive through because of being in a large vehicle that could go through drive through. Refused to allow us to place a phone order and also refused to allow us to place an in person drive through order. Horrible customer service. read more

Food is great bc i mean it's Panda, but the line is always too long. That isn't the issue tho! It's the fact they always close the lobby. Never seen a business do this outside of covid. This causes the lines to reach into the streets and also i do door dash so whenever i get a request from here i have to sit in that line. Simply won't be door dashing from this location anymore. We went for the first time today after finding out from some friends that it was finally open for business. I ordered the Mongolian steak, I believe, which is a premium item ($1.25 add on), fried rice, orange chicken a side of the cream cheese wontons. The steak item was very tasty and served with mushrooms, asparagus and onion. The orange chicken was dry and mostly flavorless. Total bummer. The cream cheese wontons were overdone and the sweet and sour dipping sauce tasted like orange Shasta cooked down. It was cloyingly sweet. They get you in and out within minutes which is nice because the lines are long but it has a drive through you could use instead. Not really impressed. The food is rushed and with the doors constantly opening and closing, the dining area is cold. read more

I'd almost give this 4 stars as they did nothing wrong, it just is what it is, fast food. I've eaten here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and it's the same story...it's fast, friendly, clean, and inexpensive. If you go expecting high end dining, you'd be slightly disappointed, but honestly, it's really good Chinese food. The Best Wok has no competition. Employees were yelling at us and rushing us to make a decision. The two Asian ladies were being rude while the other employees seemed to stand back and apologetically look at us in understanding. Horrible food. Hands down. It wasn't busy today when we went, but the guy taking our order acted like he had 100 folks behind us. We were basically rushed through and the guy was hyper as hell like he was on speed. Im sure he was just being upbeat....but we basically blinked and we were done. Hardly had a chance to think over our choices. The noodles were dry and mostly vegetables. They were somewhat undercooked as well. The rice is basically white rice with a few veggies tossed in. Its also kind of unappealing to see them deep frying the stuff right there. Had relatives come to stay from out of state the week of Thanksgiving. My sister's husband and son went here for lunch and liked the food. They both had rice and chicken dishes. They were home about 30 mins before they both grew violently ill. They were so severely sick, it lasted a whole day. They slept the entire next day from being up all night ill. Normally I enjoy eating at a Panda Express; however, the one here in Great Falls is definitely not up to standard. Went in today during lunch hour and once again no veggies were done, both bathrooms were out of order so no place to wash our hands. Employees said they have a place in the back to wash their hands??? Not sure I believe that. These people don't have a clue what good customer service is. They must have poor management because that's usually the breeding ground for such awful workers. This is the third time in a row I have had problems with these guys, and each time it has gotten worse. Three strikes you're out! I don't expect much when I go to fast food but I do expect politeness in return and if you screw something I am more than understanding if it's acknowledged and handled. Let's just say McDonalds has dealt with problems better than these guys. I went last Friday to get a mobile pickup order for my family and it said it would be ready by 4:28. I purposely got there about 5 minutes after that time because they don't usually have the order ready at that time which has always been fine with me, it's a family order. So I pull up to the pickup window and tell them I'm there for a pickup order. The guy tells me it's not ready just yet but they can give me my drinks and they will tell me where to go at the window. Cool, I had no problem with this. I pull forward, girl at the window gives me my drinks and tells me to go park. I asked if I needed to park in a specific drive thru pickup spot and she said no, just park as close to the building as you can. So I did. While I'm waiting for my food, I was going through my emails and before I knew it it's 4:50 and no food. So at this point I'm thinking no biggie, it's probably on the pick up table inside. I go in and check and no order. There was nobody dining inside at this point and I tried to get the attention of one of the 7 employees that were there asking if someone could help me please. She looks up at me, doesn't say one word and turns to go back to what she was doing. That is not okay. I have worked service industry and even if you can't help you should at least acknowledge the customer and tell them someone will be right with them. I think to myself how rude but maybe she's new. I ask again if someone could please help me and this time three of them look at me but continue doing their jobs, not one of them said someone will help you, nothing. At this point, I'm super frustrated because I've already paid for this order, it's almost 5 and no one will help me figure out what is going on with my order. I ask again and this time my mom voice comes out. Again, two of them look at me and say nothing and FINALLY one of them comes to help. He appears clueless when I show him the order on my phone so he goes and looks at receipts and can't seem to find the one for my order. He asks another guy and nothing. So I tell them just refund the food and charge for the drinks because this is ridiculous, my food isn't even in the process of being put together. I then had to wait for a manager so it was about 5:15 before I got out of there. No one ever told me what happened to my order by the time I left. That whole situation would've turned out a lot differently had they at least practiced very basic customer service. Having worked in the service industry I am very familiar with being short staffed and the hiccups that all too often pop up BUT those are not reasons to stop being professional! I suspect it started at the pickup window and something happened to the slip for the rest of the order and I would have been more than happy to wait for the food. A simple "someone will be right with you" would've changed the whole situation. This is the WORST customer service I have seen but not a first for this Panda. It's a shame because the food is usually good but I won't be back. Like I said before, pretty sad when even MCDONALDS has better customer service! Moral of the story: "How can I help you?" and "Someone will be right with you." Give them a try, they just might improve your business! read more

The atmosphere and customer service was overall nice, however, the food was not hot and the serving size for the price was not rational. The Kung Pao Chicken was not spicy and the Chow Mein has huge chunks of hard vegetables that were not properly cooked. We went here shortly after the restaurant opened. I have never been to Panda Express before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The women who greeted us shouted our order back at us, so loudly I couldn't hear the other people working the line. The balance of entree to rice ratio was way off (3/4 of the container was rice) and all the food that both my husband and I ordered was flavorless. I grabbed us both unsweetened tea, and it was in fact sweetened. I am not sure if they were working out the kinks or if this is how it always is? Okay so I'm not a fan of panda but it beats having to cook on some nights so we were excited to finally have another fast option in town especially with drive thru. Wellllll.... It may have tasted like any panda Express and was decent BUT we've tried it 3 times since it opened and have had tummy aches EVERY single time we have eaten there. I typically don't after eating at other pandas. Maybe because it's new and they are still getting the hang of things but won't be coming back here for a while or I'm desperate and don't want to walk out of the car in the snow for food lol its more of a convenience than anything. We work for door dash and the orders are never ready and they are rude to the dashers everytime and it took us and hour to get an order today bc they kept lying and saying they would bring out the order every ten mins till. Foods great, staff is friendly, and always clean. I come here pretty regularly and have had very little to complain about. I'm giving a four star only because I've gone through the drive thru twice and they have forgotten one of my entrees. I will never go back! The menu indicates at least 6 choices for sides. All they had was chow mein noodles and fried rice. The rice was cold and bland . . . no flavor. I got the broccoli chicken, not much flavor and only 3 pieces of bite sized chicken. We already had our food when my husband noticed that the food service workers were NOT wearing gloves while dishing up the food. I saw 2 employees at the garbage bins changing the bags without wearing gloves. The water in the ladies room was very, very cold when I washed my hands, making my hands hurt.
