Chuck's Oriental Palace - Fried shrimp to doughy

Updated review, four years later! I am so glad and thankful…read moreChuck's Oriental Palace is still open amongst all of the crazy events in the world, over the past four years. The Special Combination plates price has only increased by $1.00, which you honestly can't beat for the price. At $8.95 you get your entree, steamed white rice, and then the options of Fried Rice or Chow Mein, Egg Roll or Wonton, and Soup or Iced Tea. The portion-to-price ratio is tremendous and are unheard of in today's times. Some of the Special Combination entrees rotate every other day, but our favorites are the rotating Kung Pao Chicken (served Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri) and Hot and Spicy Chicken (served Tues, Thurs, Sat) and staple-ideas General Chicken or Sweet & Sour Chicken. The fried rice has much improved, it tastes on par with Kobe Steakhouse fried rice. I always order the wontons, and end up eating them on my ride home. The egg drop soup still isn't my favorite, but the unsweetened iced tea is always refreshing. Chuck's no longer offers a dine in option, but is the type of food you just want to sit at home and pig-out to anyways. The owners are so incredibly nice and hardworking folks, and are so thankful for the business.

I stopped in here for dinner to go based on other reviews and they do give you a lot of food, but…read morethere's so much better on the sweet-and-sour pork and the fried shrimp that you can't even eat it cause it's so doughy

This Panda Express on 3rd St. NW has way better service then the one on 10th ave. South Great…read moreFalls, Montana., food always seems to be fresh and they give you better proportions, staff is really friendly and always welcomes me in, and they always make sure I have all my sauces, everyone in this store deserves a raise. I live close to the one on 10th Ave., South and I will never eat there again. Once again, thank you for taking the time to make sure everything is in the bag and for not shorting me on food literally I went to the one on 10th and they only gave me four shrimp and the manager told them to give me four more because we pay an up charge of $1.50 and the manager says they are supposed to give at least seven shrimp and I believe this store on 3rd NW gave me nine shrimp I mean I never used to have to worry about this, were you guys good work? I am giving you a five star rating and I will recommend this store over 10th Ave., South every time.

We love Panda Express but had a horrible experience today. We ordered online a plate and a bowl. We…read morewalked in and were never greeted or spoken to once. We tried moving all over the restaurant and nobody spoke to us or asked how to help us. There were two other girls waiting that had clearly been waiting for a while. Brittany and serenity were the two workers we saw that were moving slowly and laughing when a family in line to ordered walked out because they were taking so long and not greeting any customers as they came in. After a long uncomfortable wait with customers piling in the restaurant, Brittany bagged our order then was just fiddling with the strings before chatting with her coworker and still not addressing any of the waiting customers. So I asked for the order once I realized she wasn't taking her job seriously and we left. Food was delicious service was disappointing.
