I have never met or experienced such terrible customer service than I did while eating at this location. My family and I occasionally will go to Panda Express and the food here was so bad. I work in customer service and try my hardest to be nice to others working in customer service so my server had no reason to be rude. For the last month they have been out of the food I wanted! First they were out of brown rice so I got super greens. Next I ordered super greens and they were out. Third I ordered super greens and the were out so I ordered brown rice and they were out of that too. Today I ordered honey walnut shrimp and they were sold out so I left without buying anything! Not as good as I thought it might be. Rice was tasteless and dry. One entree was way too over spicy. The other was very bland. I got it to go and I didn't finish it. I was not impressed and I will not be returning unless they make drastic changes. read more

This is my first and hopefully last Yelp review ever. If that doesn't show something, I don't know what does. Since the opening of this Panda, I've gone to eat there about 10 times. It's close to home, and I enjoy the food. I've never had a problem with the actual taste of the food, which is a good thing, and also the only reason why I'm not giving this review a 1 star. BUT, I've experienced bad customer service about 6 or 7 of the visits! Things like... ringing up the order wrong/overcharging, on 3 different occasions. Forgetting to put a certain item (bowl,plate) in the bag to go (2 different occasions). Putting the wrong order/food in the bag to go. I've had to get refunded for the improper price on my order 3 times already, that seems like a lot for a place only been open a couple months. It seems as if the employees who are in a position to have encounters with customers don't respect their manager, or the customers they speak with. read more

Really excited to have a panda. Food was great and I can't speak for all the employees but the individual at the window was extremely rude.

I love panda's food & was thrilled to hear GF would soon have a Panda. However I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Some employees appear to not be suitable for working with the public. A specific incident from this past weekend includes at least one of the girls working who was incredibly disrespectful to me. I've worked in food service and retail- Incidents such as ours on multiple visits are unacceptable. I will elaborate: Upon receiving an incorrect entré plate & forgetting our panda bowl via drive thru, I was told over the phone to return for my correct food after discovering my incorrect order. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:57pm and called to tell them I was in line waiting my turn. A girl answered the phone *rudely* exclaiming that "You were supposed to be here before 10! we threw your food away!" She then told me the cash rap was closed & would be unable to refund me. The manager has been gracious to me trying to make it right, but I feel sorry for him and the complete disrespect his young female employees have for him. I have the strong feeling the employee completely disregarded her manager's instructions, as he had set my order to the side before 10 and knew I was on the way back to retrieve my corrected 2 Entre Plate. I have complete respect for people working in retail, food service, etc., but employees should not get away with treating public this way. I'm a mother of 2, worked in drive through Starbucks in the past, and I know unacceptable work ethic when I see it. The behavior is unacceptable and really shouldn't be breezed over. My husband has been overcharged at this location multiple times. It just seems like something with management and running a team is going wrong. read more

My wife and I love this Panda Express! We travel between Glacier and Billings several times a month, and this is always our go to stop. When you're on a road trip, it usually means burgers or burgers as it's hard to find a drive thru meal that is balanced, quick, and reasonable priced -- except Panda! We love the orange chicken, the steamed vegetables, and those chicken egg rolls. Also, the folks that work there are really friendly and will let you try a sample of any dish, which is awesome. If you want a tasty, fast, and fair priced meal, we'd highly recommend Great Falls PE. read more

Was so excited to finally have our own Panda Express after going to the one in Spokane. I talked it up to my husband and couldn't wait to try it out! First off, I was very sad that it was so small and they didn't seem to have a quarter of the choices they did in Spokane. Secondly, it was so loud with the employees literally yelling at the customers asking what they want. When I finally moved down the line away from the first yelling worker, I couldn't hear the second worker asking me if I wanted anything else because the first lady was so loud. It was very frustrating and annoying. I wanted egg rolls, but you could tell just by looking at them that they were incredibly over cooked, so I passed. I ended up with the honey walnut shrimp, black pepper chicken and chow mein. The shrimp was really good, the chicken was okay and the chow mein was totally tasteless, as was the fried rice my hubby had. I will give them one more chance but if I have the same experience, I won't go back. So broken hearted. I was really looking forward to having it here! read more
