Litteraly cold everything every time. Usually missing stuff as well. Not the type to complain but after giving this place a few chances, I'll just drive to the west side for better service, quality, and customer service! read more

Chicken nugget layout was superb. Cash register lady was nice and Hunter is the best employee mcdonald's has seen in 84 years. I mean absolutely amazed by his quickness to clean up after the customers and make sure they're doing well. No words could explain how happy I was to have Hunter working there when we ate. The End. read more

The smoothie that i paid 5 bucks for was also a medium. like wth i would like my money back for not getting a large. yelp doesn't specify which McD's is which but the 10th Ave Walmart gave me a tiny drizzle of sauce and a single pickle on my Spicy McCrispy. and I ain't got no condiments, zilch. I call up and get told it's on door dash but my DD driver doesn't make my food they just pick it up. so no it's on the restaurant for being lazy, can't look at an order, and make it correctly. pay attention to what you're doing dawg this is not okay, how am I gonna spend extra for condiments and a sandwitch with sauce and get the quite opposite. I never review on Yelp bc I personally think it's dumb. but this is outragous. house are you gonna cost people money and then blame it on the delivery service you dumb f***s read more

I got food poisoning. Either you guys need to retake or in general take food safety classes. The managers should be making sure they see what they serve. Not sure what could've happened with my meal, as i didn't see anything wrong visually when eating it. So hopefully you guys are practicing safe food precautionarvys. Which i highly doubt knowing you hire anyone. If you eat here good luck. As a fast food chain that great falls looks highly to this SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. read more

The food is disgusting and they messed up the order multiple times then proceeded to put salt in the "new" order they gave us. Customer service isn't the greatest they'll have you waiting around for 30 minutes. Would not recommend at all! read more

Ordered two meals and an extra quarter pounder with no onions for my mom. Quarter pounder was not only decimated with onions, but the food was ice cold. Like the fries were so cold it's like they cooked them in the morning then set them aside just for us to grab 12 hours later. And my girlfriends nuggets had a bone in it. A cardboard paste nugget. Had a bone. Neat. read more

If you have a large order with 6 sandwiches or more I do not recommend, unless you want to walk in and out of that place. The second time I went in because they gave me a wrong sandwich the two front end girls seen me coming then looked at each other and grinned, one ran away the other put her back towards me so I said to her back that my nephew can eat onions. I asked for no onions 3 different times. I left their sandwich on the counter and walked out, I will never go back to that place ever again. I'll also let everyone know how awful of an experience I had there. Very disappointing because the food it good 95% of the time. read more

McDonald's - i like food - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

Went to this McDonalds about 3 weeks ago, during a road trip. My Big Mac was absolutely awful! Meat was way over-cooked, patty was insanely thin and barely warm. (It was likely sitting on the back of the grill for an hour or so.) I tried to give a piece of the burger to my dog, but the meat patty wouldn't tear - it was just too tough and dried-up. Total garbage. Anyway, the dog took one sniff, and he rejected the meat. (You know it's bad when the dog won't gobble down some burger meat.) The over-all taste of the BigMac was terrible. Not the BigMac that they used to sell. This was a BigMac from some bizarre parallel universe! Really, really bad! After two bites, I tossed it out. My last BigMac at McDonalds, was my last BigMac and my last visit to McDonalds. This Great Falls, MT McDonalds is ruining the reputation of McDonalds' everywhere. read more

McDonald's - Busy but still slow... - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

Sometimes you want a comfort food-a taste that takes you back to a simpler time when you were a child and somebody else paid for your meals! That is my relationship with the McDonalds Filet-o-fish sandich. I love the warm bun, the tangy tartar sauce and the hot, crispy fried fish. When I am "feeling it', I hit the drive thru for a taste of old times...except then the filet came wrapped in paper and not a box. Maybe the size has changed, too, I'm not sure. The cost sure has. As far as decor goes, mcDonalds is not a welcoming place (unless your 6). They want you to eat amd get out to make room for the next person with money and an ankle biter wanting a happy meal. I wish all McDonalds were more inviting, the decor more like a Red Robins or an Applebees...interesting. I think kids would like it better, too. So, until that comes about i will make the occasional trip to a drive thru for a fish sandwich. You really can't go totally home again, but you can always get a filet-o-fish at mcDonalds. read more

If we are going to pay are money and wait 10 mins or more, no big deal to having to wait! But at least give us our money's worth. Not impressed. read more

I would give no stars if I could. By law in Montana, hamburger has to be cooked all the way through unless a customer asks for different and EVEN THEN, there has got to be a disclaimer on their menu. I will absolutely not eat here again. The other two locations are 10x better, and as someone who is very involved in the restaurant industry, I would think even a fast food place would know better. I'd rather have it sit under a heat lamp all day, then a half arsed job of meal. This was the quarter pounder I got today, I even called them and told them about it, just so no one thinks I'm complaining to complain. This is a real issue, god forbid someone else gets food poisoning. read more

This place is such a disappointment every time I go there. The manager must be stingy and tell the employees to be as well because they never give sauces out that go with anything. Three times now I've ordered chicken nuggets and they never give me anything to go with it, even though they ask which kind I would like. My order is always messed up and now I've learned to never drive off without going through everything. Because something is always wrong. And when I get out of the car and go back in for the sauce they have denied me in treated with a rolling of eyes and have one, for a 20 piece nugget tossed at me. Very rude and disappointing. I won't go here anymore. read more

Ya know I RARELY take the time to leave a review, but i've had it with you guys. It's like you purposely don't put an order together correctly. I had to rebuild my whole Big Mac because it was completely falling apart when I opened the box. I door dash McDonalds quite often for me or my kids, and tell my why the fuck I never get my sauce or a straw? Oh but today I get a straw for the most disgusting and flat Coke i've ever drank, that had no ice in it anyways so it was warm. I'm a server and when I prepare to go orders, it's no different then an in house order where you make sure they have everything they could possibly need or want even if they don't use it anyways, they still have it. & I would NEVER let an order go out with out double checking it and making sure the food is presentable or anything was missing from the bag. But then again, my orders always missing something when I go through the drive thru and you guys always get pissy that I sit and wait for you to come back & fix your mistake. But I shouldn't have to pull around & walk in side every time or deal with shitty attitude employees when I ask for my order to be DONE CORRECTLY. Obviously you're just there for a paycheck and don't really care, because these issues have been on going for months. No more for me, tired of spending money here and never being satisfied. read more

10th avenue Macdonald's in Great falls MT Worst service ever.. 8:00 pm on a Wednesday night, 20 minutes parked waiting for food, ordered the "New" Double quarter-pounder with cheese, and medium fries, having learned my lesson about this Macdonald's in the past I made sure to check my order before leaving. The fries were old and cold, the burger was cold, overdone and greasy. When i went to speak with the " Manager" about my order I was "Grilled" about every part of the order (nearly as long, it felt, as my burger), then the manager had the Gall to tell me " of course the food is cold this was ordered 20 minutes ago" and proceeded to add various colorful adjectives to the discussion when I attempted to explain that I had JUST gotten my food, And my car was still parked in their drive-thru (wait forever) spot.. Then the " Manager" told me to " Leave or i'm calling the cops" This "manager" has absolutely no idea of the meaning of " Customer service" and for no reason will I EVER order Anything at this particular Macdonald's again, besides there are two other mickey-ds here, and i will Gladly drive the extra 10 minutes in order to avoid this nightmare of a "Manager" read more

I have never eaten here and not gotten sick. Maybe the special sauce has gone bad, whatever it is, I'm not eating here again.

Just moved here and decided to them out last night around 930pm. This was one of the nicest looking McDonalds I have seen, but was not kept clean and just was a mess( Ice cream all over the floor literally). As for our order we are the type of people that understand mistakes happen and usually don't say anything, but our order was wrong initially and therefore I took it inside to have it corrected. I get back to the car and its wrong once again with actually more things missing off the burgers then before, so we just gave up. Got home to indulge in the one thing I have never had a bad at McDonalds (Fries) and rather enjoy the most and these things looked like they where frozen but weren't which was weird. They where something in between cooked and cold. Honestly soggy or burnt would have been better. Overall it was just a let down and we will not return to this location. read more

It's Friday at 4:02pm. Just spent 17 minutes sitting in the can-you-park-and-wait-here-spot-even-though-you-went-through-the-drive-thru. Like what is that shit? Hey, it'll be just a minute, pull forward. A minute? Try 17!!!! 9 cars got served behind me before I got my monstrous order of 3 burgers and 3 fries. No sodas, no desserts! Just 3 burgers and 3 fries. And the 17 minutes ONLY ended when I went inside to complain. The manager handed me the bag and had nothing to say about my long wait or the fact that 9 people behind me got their food before I did. No apology, no comment. Nothing. And of course, the kicker...I get home and my order is wrong. SMH! This drive-thru is so damn slow now. I'm not going back. I used to come here because it was faster than BK, but hell BK could run to the grocery store for burger and be back and have it cooked before you get your order from McDumps. Who has the energy for this shit? read more
