I just found out that Mod Pizza does vegan. Kendra, the great server, really helped me wade through my first time at Mod. The pizza? Best vegan pizza I've ever had! Casual, friendly, very clean with caring and very friendly service. Thank you! read more

MOD Pizza - Vegan...gluten free crust with vegan cheese, vegan sausage, sauce, red onion, and spices. - Fast Food Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

Pizza was GOOD, service was beyond SLOWW. They had a few people working, and they were nice, but it really took 15-20 minutes for each in our party to get a personal mini pizza. I do love the concept of building your own, and all the topping choices. Restaurant was freezing inside, but clean. read more

A build-your-own pizza bar, what could sound better than that? The intentions are brilliant. My visit to this MOD pizza location however, could definitely have been better. I loved all of the choices of toppings for your pizza. You can even pick between a couple different marinara bases. BTW- the spicy one is SPICY- like had my eyes watering and I ain't no hot wimp. You could also pick the type of crust you wanted. I think the biggest issue was that my pizza came out pretty burnt. I understand it might not be perfect but none of it really came together for me. They also got my order wrong and it took a loooong time for our pizza to be ready. And I'm a pretty patient person. I don't at all mind a little wait for some good food. But that wasn't this. The inside of the store was cool, modern and clean. They also had specialty lemonades that were sour as heck but for the most part pretty good. I just wish the pizza itself would've hit the mark more. read more

Friendly service, kind of slow process (though we were alerted ahead of time they would take awhile), decent food. We only came here bc it was on our way to the Canadian border. The decor is nice and very positive . There were also Pride-themed cupcakes where MOD donates a portion of the proceeds from the cake to LGBTQ+ organizations, such as The Trevor Project in the U.S. and the Victoria Pride Society in Canada. read more

Very fresh and delicious. Almost too many toppings to consider. I love how they charge for size and let you go crazy with toppings. I need to go back. Little slow and dining room can get messy and loud. read more

MOD Pizza was recommended to us by the hotel we were staying at. The order came quickly and the pizza was very good - though a bit salty. We had ordered a mini gluten free pizza. When the order came we were told they don't do gluten free pizza on the mini size. Would have been good to know before we ordered. Also, the pizza came in two boxes - no napkins or anything else. Napkins should come with an order - especially when delivered to a hotel. Maybe something small - but irritating none the less. read more

If bang for your buck is the goal, this is your pizza. If you're looking for a quality pie, this is not it, friend. Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad... the ingredients are fresh, and you are not charged extra for piling them on. The crust was the downfall for me. Don't again get me wrong... if you like thin, communion wafer like, crunchy crust, you'll love this frisbee. From the review ratings, there are a lot of thin crust lovers out there. For me, no. I know this is personal preference, but I was shocked when my wife said she enjoyed it. If I'd have known her tastes ran in this direction, I'm not sure I'd of said yes when she proposed many years ago. So, if your taste in crust is similar to mine, pile the ingredients high and hopefully you'll hide the crust quality. ***Nancy P.- If you're reading this run to MOD Pizza. It may be your last shot at a wafer fix.. read more

Came here for Veterans Day as they advertised free cookies for service members.. Sad to say our group was fairly disappointed with our overall experience here. Staff was reluctant to make us the free cookie which was weird, the employee said with a poor attitude "I guess." After we asked about it, as if we were completely inconveniencing her.. Pizza itself was good, except one of our friends received the wrong pizza (but he had waited a long time for it as we were almost finished eating ours. So he didn't return it or ask for a remake). Once we opened the cookie boxes, we realized all of our cookies were completely burnt! Pictures for reference. Mod pizza has decent pizza overall, but the staff could definitely care a little more or give a little more effort, especially for veterans. read more

Visited for 1st time. Excellent. Excellent pizza Excellent cleanliness Excellent service. To answer your question: What sets this place apart from others is the attitude of the staff. I travel quite a bit for work. I've eaten at MOD pizzas all over the US. MOD can generally be relied on for a decent quick meal. I have to say that the pizza from this particular MOD in Great Falls was the best MOD pizza I've ever eaten. I had the build your own, which they made exactly as specified. But what's most amazing is that it was cooked perfectly. The crust and toppings were pizza perfection. Of course I also got a no name cake which never ever disappoints. read more

Don't waste your time. Understaffed, under qualified, and snarky. Not a good experience. They advertise "super fast!" This means an hour for a premade pizza. Terrible food. Terrible service and I have eaten at Mods in other cities and they are really good. Big mistake. The floor was literally covered in trash. read more

Love that you get to build your own pizza, and the crust is perfect not to thick not to thin. Tons of options and the Cesear salad is one of our favorites. Everyone gets what they want and no one ever goes away hungry. read more

Walked in to your restaurant wanting to do something nice for my employees. 5 pizzas and one salad to go.Upon me saying this the female employee working the line let out a huge sigh and started to "throw a fit." She was incredibly put off by my desire to spend money at your restaurant. Not to mention there were some off the menu pizzas with a few BYOB pizzas involved..and God forbid two cauliflower crusts . Yikes. I understand rough days and being short staffed. I don't understand blatent rudeness. The restaurant was not packed or even visably busy.. read more

MOD pizza was delicious the first time we tried it, I literally went the very next day again. They have a huge variety of toppings!!! There are a lot of healthy options... And so many choices for veggies .. also it's the same price no matter how many toppings you choose You get to make your pizza exactly how you want, and it's super cheap. It was only around 8$ for an 11 inch pizza! Definitely would recommend MOD. What a great addition to the city read more

MOD Pizza - Build your own pizza, mushrooms, jalapenos, roasted peppers, roasted garlic - Fast Food Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

Horrific customer service. I had a pick up order, walked in 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready but they were pretty busy and there was nothing on the designated order pick up table. So I sat directly in front of the counter where an employee was preparing orders. 13 minutes later I walked up to said Employee (douche we can call him) and asked for a time frame on my order. He reaches back behind the oven and grabs my two cold pizza boxes. I understand things happen- I'm a reasonable person. But when I pick my jaw up off the floor and start to ask why in Gods name they have a pick up order table when he has a little hidy hole to stash the pizzas in he walks away from me and never looks back. Sorry but not impressed. read more

Place is new and staff friendly and outgoing during soft opening. Price seems to be very good for what you get. Can pick as many toppings as you want to. Got myself a garlic sauce, sausage, mushroom, diced tomatoe, bacon and whole roasted garlic pizza. This is a good spot from what I can see for a lunch and dinner pizza. Better than "Fire" downtown and a better price as well. I will be back and will tell others the say. 5 out of 5. read more

I love the build your own concept. Everyone who works here is super friendly and personable. The salads are great too. I love the sauces too

Gave it 2 stars because the pizza is good, but the staff can be a turn off. I told the one young man at checkout that as someone handling my food, I didn't want to see his exposed rear end. Seriously, he might have just worked in his underwear. His response was that it wasn't sanitary for him to keep pulling his pants up! I said, "Then wear a belt, or buy pants that fit." As a former food service manager, I never would have tolerated an employee dressing this way. read more

Wow, what a disorganized mess. The only thing this place has going for it is the cheap price. They had lots of help on the line, but no one seemed to know what the other was doing...no flow. They were out of BBQ sauce, out of white sauce, napkins dispensers were empty, tables needed washing. And it was FREEZING in there. We ate here a month ago and it was the same story. I assumed it was new and working the bugs out, but most likely won't be back. Suggestions to management: if you see everyone huddled shivering and hoodies up, maybe it's too cold? I also think using the prime located booth for the help to build boxes is bad business. Aprons for the people making dough would clean up the look. read more

MOD Pizza - Build your own - all the veggies with a little bacon, mozzarella, Asiago, topped with pesto omg so good - Fast Food Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

I must have been to a different MOD pizza in Great Falls. I have been there 12 times. I like pizza, ok. I have never had good service, but the pizza price is good. At some point, the staff needs to be trained and to speed up. I know it takes time, but, you have 1 opportunity to make a first impression. (Well, 12 times for me). The pizza is good, but, please train the staff to get faster and not goof around and play grab A.. while making food. One of the guys touched the garbage can and someone told him he had to change gloves now. He said "yeah" and went back to making the pizza. I left. I was there at 4:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Only 2 people in line and I waited 15 minutes before I left. MOD Pizza is a great addition to Great Falls, but, will not survive if they don't fix some of these issues with training. I believe everyone can be a great employee, if the training and expectations are there. Let's hope this doesn't go the way of Hoagieville. read more

The pizza was good. It had a nice crisp crust, the meat, pepperoni, sausage and ground beef was spiced nicely and was very filling and you can have it customized. I added Ricotta cheese to my pizza. I chose the Italian dressing, Romaine lettuce with shredded Swiss cheese and it was a large bowl. read more

So glad MOD pizza opened a spot in Great Falls, was waiting either for MOD or Blaze to open a spot here for the longest time. The crew is still not fully trained so they mess up things pretty frequently but that is forgivable since it officially opened just a few days back. Hope the quality doesn't go down the drain over time. read more

I love mod pizza but their service is horrible. It always takes forever to get your pizza. I had an order to get picked up at 5:45 pm and it's now 6:30 with no pizza. This is not the first time it's happened. The employees tell you it's almost ready and it's no where near ready. Very frustrating. Food is delicious but not worth the service you receive. read more
