Great, friendly service with a smile! Putting the pizza together was easy and quick. Baking the pizza took no time at all. I got the Tristan, and I added red sauce and garlic. Delicious!! $40 bucks and all three in my family had dinner, drinks and dessert! Will definitely be coming back! read more

The young man who helped me who had neck length blond hair, teal hat, and a tattoo of a camera on his forearm; had a very rude and horrid attitude. He seemed to not want to be at work, and threw the fridge doors around and didn't care for the short inventory of sliced tomatoes. The other employee who checked me oit was very nice and respectful. This is 100 times better but it is like a "Subway" for pizza and salads. You are greeted upon entering if they are not crazy busy up to the eyeballs. Tried MOD Pizza for the first time today and was pleasantly pleased!! When you walk in they all welcome you, and are friendly throughout the whole ordering process! Ordered a pizza at 555pm, was told 6:15pm pick up. Waited over 45mins in the store. Still no pizza. Rude staff, no communication at all, watched people walk an order in line get there food first. Will never be back, not my first bad experience. Didn't even get my food an hour of my time is worth more than 8$. Good job owners! read more

After the excitement of the pza I got from Mods in Kalispell, I thought this has to taste just as good. Oh man was I wrong. We ordered 6 pixxas after the hype I gave to the Kalispell Mods. When we go the pizzas home I was so disgusted by them that we had maybe a slice or 2 from each pizza and the rest was thrown out. It must have been a bad day for all the pizzas to be that horrible. They honestly looked like they had been sitting for 2 days and then served. A lover of pizza, there are many other pizza places to go to. The staff is so fun and nice, once I came in with 30 minutes left before they closed. I realize the two staffers were just ready to go home, but they were so nice and attentive that I never would've guessed! Also their pizza is bomb and they have an awesome selection of sauces! Waited in line for 20 minutes. Then no dough was ready when we got up to the front. The employees all seemed to be screwing around. Then one of them mixed up the bbq sauce ladel and the marinara ladel. And then said "oh well" and just left them. Then some manager came out up to the register and with another employee and was looking at something on the register and they started cheering and high fiving. A customer had walked up and the manager guy in what I perceived to be very rude. Told the customer just wait we're doing something here. What the what?! That's when we walked out. Ordered 2 pizzas and Garlic Cheese bread online tonight at 6:40 PM. Paid online. receipt for online order indicated that order would be ready by 6:59 PM. Got to MOD at 7:00 anticipating order to be ready at pickup window. Customer line in MOD at order line long. I let the pickup window know that I had placed online and noted it was to be ready at 6:59. I visited with people I knew that were in MOD as the attendant was looking for my order. It had not even been prepped yet. It was now 7:10 PM. There were other people in line that had the same pickup time as me. Their orders had not even been prepped yet. As people that were in line to order, ordered and got their order, myself and others had been waiting for our online orders, now it is 7:30 and still no order. At 7:35 the pizza artisan call my order and apologized for the time. I quickly asked for a discount as others looked on. He indicated he would comp the whole order. I said thank you. Given the fact that I had paid by credit card online, they were having problems to recredit my card and getting me a receipt to show credit back. After 10 minutes, I finally requested they pay me back in cash as the order was paid for and given the way things were going, I could see this taking longer than it needed to be. They finally paid me in cash after consultation with general manager. I got home and had cold mediocre pizza, that was not so fast as MOD brags about. The service of MOD Pizza is not impressive. You would of thought at the very least they could of mentioned that the order is taking longer than what would be expected. Instead they apologize for the poor service. Mod pizza is very very good. I can't write a 100% unbiased review because I don't like pizza. I got a salad and holy smokes it was good and even the pizza was pretty good. The service is great and I love that you can get practically anything on your food. read more

Ordered off of their app. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes so my husband and I waited outside till the promised pick up time. Went into the store and not a single one of the employees said hello or welcome. I then walked up to the pickup area and still no one said a word to me. Was waiting for nearly half an hour before our order was ready after the promised pickup time. The supervisor, who was expo, was too busy to box any pizzas because she was constantly flirting and chatting with her oven cook. The oven cook finally asked us if we had an online order and looked through the pizza boxes that had been sitting there since before I walked into the store. Low and behold, our order was underneath a separate order. Our pizza was ice cold to the touch. When I had first walked in, the expo was yelling at the rest of the crew to make sure to put salads into the fridge. Wasn't even that busy in there, so I am very unsure why this even happened. But my husband and I will never be returning. If you wanna survive in Great Falls, you better make sure you have some great customer service and obviously you do not. Also nice that you made sure to not give me a receipt so I wouldn't be able to send a review to your company. read more
