We took our car here, for brakes and an inspection. The day after I dropped it off, I called multiple times and got no answer. 3 days after that I got a call from Kishan stating that he had brought my car across the street to a friend because he had identified an electrical problem that he couldn't fix. He said we needed a rear caliper to stop the brake fluid from leaking, and possibly 2 coils. By the time my husband got involved, and called, he was also told that we would need 2 coils and $3000 worth of "electrical work," on the car with no identified parts that required repair. Finally, we asked to just pick it up. It was a Saturday (day 6 of no car, no communication, and expensive Ubers to and from work), he had quoted me a price of $560 for the caliper and 2 coil packs, with no clarity as to what the mystery electrical problem was, and refused to pass the car on the inspection. When I went to pick up the car, he informed me that he had not changed the caliper, and instead, was able to fix the brake problem by changing one of the brake lines. Funny, because it took some detective work to get him to admit that he hadn't changed the most expensive part- and to prompt him to come down in price. Essentially, I left with a new brake line, and supposedly a new set of 4 coils, with a promise for thousands of more dollars of work down the line and an expired inspection. It felt like he made it all up on the spot, and the price was $509 (arbitrarily) Fast forward to today- we took the car to a friend who says he can fix it with 4 spark plugs and an ignition coil pack.
I would never, ever go back. I was disgusted with the disorganized nature of the entire business, and felt truly taken advantage of. They took my money and didn't fix my car at all! They probably didn't even replace the coils. Creeps. read more
