My rug was damaged in the process but saved a lot of furniture by absorbing and creating a barrier to keep the water from getting further into my apartment. This occurred in February, I've been calling down the general manager for my building and the insurance claims specialist, whom never responded. I emailed. It's shameful that people have jobs but don't want to do them effectively. Especially when you're serving others and providing services that adhere to their shelter! I have receipts, I won't be chasing, I'll just go to small claims court. Any apartment rentals you see from this management company, keep scrolling. Save yourself the trouble. Terrible service, there are a few good employees in the office and maintenance workers who are helpful, but they are overworked too and don't have all the answers.
