My reason for the new roof was due to my aging roof and better insurance coverage. I was interested in a fortified roof and he walked me thru everything. Santi and his crew arrived on time for the installation, and were very professional. They double-checked the corner placement and perimeter, gate location and swing, ensured the lines were straight, and got to work. When they were finished, Santi and I noticed that one gate wasn't exactly level. He offered several options for resolving the problem, took care of it, and it looks great. The quality of the workmanship in the installation was excellent. The materials are high-quality and look great. It was more expensive than a wood fence, but not when replacement costs for rotting wood are taken into account.
