Buyer requested that small amount of stucco be repaired, we agreed and both parties signed off. The contractor agreed to quote on the invoice JUST the stucco repair. Instead he sent us an invoice listing all these other repairs ON THE DAY OF THE CLOSING. We had tried to follow up with him for 4 weeks leading up to the closing. Then buyer comes back and says we have to pay it all or he isn't buying the house. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Do not recommend.

Still waiting as of February 7, 2022 for Ultimate Siding to put 2 strips of J Channeling on. I was cancelled twice on this issue, then when I called, I was not even on the list. The bottom sidings on the sides of the house are wavey and unattractive. The laborers seemed to have not put the boards underneath flush. The secretaries were so nice and tried to help that I would rate them 5 for professionalism and responsiveness.

My reason for the new roof was due to my aging roof and better insurance coverage. I was interested in a fortified roof and he walked me thru everything. He helped with the roof choice and I just love the results! The roof is now on house on and the whole process could have not been any better from start to finish! His entire operation is a well run machine and the final result is above and beyond anything I could have expected. As Ryan says his price is not the highest or the cheapest but I always would go with a local operation that understands the conditions of Louisiana. I have recommended this operation to several people and cannot say enough about Cypress Gulf Coast Roofing Gutters. Give Ryan a call!
