Gave a very reasonable quote to replace a few missing shingles on my roof. Employee did his job well and quickly. I will definitely use them again for anything else I may need skilled workers for that's above my pay grade. THANK YOU, CLAYTON! read more

I found myself in need of a new roof since the one I had was 24 yrs. old and showing several signs of leakage. I contacted Clayton Construction and Jason came out a few days later to check things out and work up an estimate. He got back with me in a couple days with 2 estimates, one for repair and one for replacement. I found the replacement price too good to pass up. I OK'd the work for replacement due to the roofs age and requested about 2 weeks into the future to start----weather permitting. His crew showed up on the appointed date and began work. I have nothing but praise for his roofers and their work ethic. This roof was torn off, some repairs made to the decking and then buttoning things up with the underlayment, drip edge and nailing down the shingles and ridge venting. All this done in the heat of late June 2025 and the only breaks his crew took was lunch and a late afternoon break to cool down a bit----------then back on the roof to finish the job. Cleanup was great with everything going into a big dump trailer in my driveway and following up with the rolling magnet to pick up any nails they may have missed on the initial cleanup. I would highly recommend this company if you have any roofing needs. read more

I'm very happy with my new roof and the price. The team seemed very efficient and professional.

I had an issue with a leaking roof. I contacted several roofers via Yelp, for a quote. Jason responded to my request, and came out to the property. He was polite and punctual. He also provided a photo of the roof where the issue was. The quote offered was in range with the other quotes that I had also received. read more

Very helpful. Clayton Construction repaired a leak from previous work done by another contractor.

Joan S Jason replaced our roof and I have never been more impressed. Jason came out to look at the roof and gave a very fair quote. His communications was excellent. The work began exactly when he said it would and his communications throughout the process was amazing. I was very worried when I found that I needed a new roof, but he made the whole process so simple. The work was completed in 2 days and was high quality excellent work. I would highly recommend Clayton Constructions for any work. read more

Jason is a good communicator and the team is easy to work with. We had a leak around the fireplace and the old chimney cap was damaged. Clayton Construction was the first to respond and continued to followfollowed through until the job was done. When the time comes for a whole new roof, we'll call them again. read more

Jason came out to investigate a leak in the roof of my 2-story apartment building. Upon noticing a nail starting to protrude from one of the shingles right above the area of the leak, he sent his guy up there and replaced the shingle. I asked how much and he said no charge, it was quick and easy! He only asked for this well deserved review and for consideration on future projects. Well sir, you earned both! I highly recommend Claytin Construction as they are prompt, friendly and will take the small job to get repeat customers! read more

Jason was thorough, knowledgeable, and very honest about the work that needed to be done. I will, definitely , recommend this company to family and friends. read more

The crew showed up when Jason said they would. They worked from morning to night. They did excellent work and did excellent cleanup. Would highly recommend. read more

The first stand out characteristic of Clayton Construction was the value for service in the estimate they provided. Next, the crew showed up precisely when I was told they would. Then, they did something I have never had a crew do before - they covered my swimming pool with a tarp before they did any work. In every past experience, the workers would start work, and I was left to deal with whatever fell in the pool. My roof came out perfect, and any issues that arose were brought to my attention and explained thoroughly. The clean up was just as extensive - I haven't found a single nail, or any other debris since they left. I highly recommend Clayton Construction Service, and will certainly use them again. read more

Great speedy roofing job using top quality made in US products. I was so impressed by other jobs they did (they also do sheetrock), I had them replace my roof. Jason, the owner even came out to introduce himself days before they started. Highly commend! They cleaned up all debris well too! read more

We needed a roof after Hurricane Zeta and these guys were hands down the most competitive and professional. Very fast estimate and had our roof on in one day. I cannot say enough good things about them. We will definitely be calling them again for other projects. They left our property cleaner than they found it as well. Not a scrap of refuse to be seen. read more

I am writing this for my in laws who are 84 and 90 years old. They live in River ridge and needed a roof replacement. My father in law called called 2 roofing companies based in River Ridge. They came out and quoted him prices. One was $7,400.00 and the other was $7, 600.00. They needed 20 squares on the small house they rent. A friend was floored at how high the quotes were. He told me about Jason Clayton with Clayton Construction. Jason came out, gave a quote of $5,500.00 for the same roof apples to apples. They have been in business for nearly 2 decades and have full insurance and gave us a warranty on the job. Little did I know, a few of my friends have used Clayton Construction or have heard great things about them. The job was done within a week and was flawless and looks incredible. I am attaching some pictures. I am so happy to have found Jason. He truly cares about his customers and the quality of the job. If you have any issue, he will make it right. I found out Clayton Construction does work for Tulane University's roof and Loyola. That was more than enough to sell me. I would recommend Jason to anyone. If you are looking to replace a roof or need any construction. Call him first. You will not regret it! Clifford Kloesel River Ridge, Louisiana read more

Complete roof replacement project on main house, breezeway, and garage. Highest quality materials offered including a latest technology moisture barrier underlayment. Project was accomplished in 2 days after the insurance process was complete. Roof replacement is a messy affair anyway you look at it. Care was taken to control litter and damage to landscaping. Cleanup is obviously important due to the abundance of sharp pointy things - roofing nails. In addition to collecting the usual chunks of old roofing are multiple passes with large magnets to capture the old roofing's nails. They even came back the next day to run the magnet again after the grass had been cut. One landscape lighting fixture was inadvertently damaged and it was replaced including the installation. Recommend you consider Jason and his team if roofing is needed. Clayton demonstrates excellent customer communications in all phases of the project which is as key as using high quality materials and workmanship. read more

After not receiving timely responses from other roofing companies and having a bad experience with another, Clayton was a breath of fresh air. Jason came out to inspect my roof just a couple days after I called, and we had the new roof installation scheduled shortly after. He always responded quickly to my emails and provided a very competitive price. I was also very happy with the crew who did the installation. They were efficient and did a great job with the cleanup, leaving my yard in the same condition in which they found it. I would recommend Clayton to anyone in the New Orleans area. read more

Jason was suggested to me by a friend. Fast friendly services, reasonable price. Had his guys out a day or two after the quote and they were done quickly. I would deff. call Jason again. YOU SHOULD TOO! read more

I have not contracted work with Jason-Clayton construction so my review is based on first impressions and follow up contact. Jason qas on time, friendly and explained the process. Had sample roofing material with him as well. Within 24 hours he had a quote for me. I'm still waiting here back from others so the fact that he stood by his word and followed through says a lot. I've asked for an itemized quote and im sure he will deliver in a timely manner just as he has with any questions I've had. read more

I contracted Jason to cleaned and recover my flat roof. The price was reasonable, but more importantly, I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating he was to my busy schedule. I have trouble taking time away from work, so he worked with me through phone and email. When weather delayed the work, he kept me updated, which I really appreciated. The job only took a couple of days, and other than the newly redone roof, I could barely tell anyone had been in my yard (they cleaned up any mess left by the project). From my end, it was probably the easiest work I've had done on my house. read more

I never write reviews for construction work because I am usually let down. This company was fantastic - from coming out immediately to give a bid (which was lower than most) to the finished roof. Can't recommend enough. read more

Hired Clayton to repair some siding and seal a window on the side of my house that was creating a leak. They were very responsive, professional and prompt. Very high quality repair work and Jason followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I'd highly recommend using and I will use again if needed in the future. read more

Clayton Construction did an all-around awesome job on my new gutters and downspouts! Jason and Alex were very responsive, always getting back to me within a few hours or less. They worked well with my schedule to schedule a day and time. Luis and his crew were very professional and they did top-quality work! Working on 40ft ladders in 90 degree heat didn't seem to bother them. I was very impressed! And they were relatively quick. Less than 6 hours for a 3-story house. The gutters look great! I only wish I had the gutters installed when I moved in 2 years ago! I can't wait for it to rain. read more

Called Jason and he actually answered the phone! He came out to give me a quote the next day. My insurance company told me I had to have the roof repaired right away (or else). My architect said that putting an addition on the building without adding a new roof would be like getting a new suit and wearing old shoes so when Jason gave me a reasonable bid on the beautiful new roof I told him to go ahead with it. Much to my surprise he told me he could squeeze me in this week! He did it on a Saturday 4 days later!! Absolutely BeeUteeFull!! We are so pleased. I highly recommend this company. They'll be giving us a quote for the addition as well. read more

Fast and friendly! He came out to our home ASAP. He provided us with great advice. Super helpful and affordable service. Will definitely use this company again. read more

What can I say, they are great! I contacted the company after I found them on Yelp and spoke with Jason. He was easy to deal with and offered a good price after visiting my husband and I at our home. He was very knowledgeable and was not a pushy sales person (which we loved) but rather gave us the facts, brought up potential issues with our gate (if we did not do something with the gate the gate could swing and damage the soon to be installed downspout) and offered us a few options. We agreed and moved forward and within 2 weeks we had brand new gutters, downspouts, and trim. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the team. Unfortunately, we had our windows done by another company about a year earlier and we only wished we would have contacted Clayton Construction then. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof, gutters, siding or windows . . . definitely a top notch company. Thank you for the great service and even better gutters. read more
