Cautious about which company to use, I was pleased to learn that Lauricella and Sons has been a…read morefamily-owned foundation/shoring business for more than 100 years. They are "old school" and contemporary in their approach to any issues including structural damage, rotten wood, decaying piers and other challenges. I would not hesitate to use them again with complete confidence.

Dear Y'all, Today I am happy, but a little bit sad too…read more Today David and Dave Lauricella...AKA the Dynamic Duo...are putting the finishing touches to my house renovations. The sad bit is I won't be seeing them every day. They've just finished doing major repairs on my front porch, siding and ceilings. Until they started the repairs (caused by termite and water damage I didn't know I had), my porch had been held up by the hand of God. Then He handed it over to the Dynamic Duo to fix. It was almost a shame to put the siding back on over the studs and insulation because Lauricella and Son are seasoned craftsmen of the highest order. Oh, and my beautiful put-back-together-again, re-beautified front door! I could digress and go on about how delightful David and Dave are, or how they go out of their way to do what you want done, or how I gave them a key to my now beautiful front door when I was out of town, or how I never had to sweep up after them. Honest. Suffice it to say, I am thrilled to bits with their work and work ethic. Cheers, Kathleen Langan

We could not be more impressed and pleased with Hernandez Stucco…read more We had multiple stucco contractors give quotes on work for our entirely stucco home. We even paid 5k to fix stucco issues that ultimately Did not fix the problem. He provided a drastically different opinion than the others and ultimately was correct that we had more issues with our stucco construction than what can be seen on the outside. Aside from his accurate judgment on what needed to be done he provided: -Impeccable work, high quality -Fair and honest pricing -Ability to make adjustments to plans as we decided to make some cosmetic changes -accurate timing on the length of time it would take to complete the project - He and his crew are efficient and clean. they are respectful of surroundings and worked to avoid excessive damage to our landscaping. - Julio is patient and has attention to detail.
