I reached out to Mr. Pittman with the need for a duct cleaning for my rental property. I spoke with…read morea secretary who took my information and said he would call me back. He did, promptly. We were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, which was huge for me. He was respectful, on time, and attentive to any additional spot cleaning needed after cleaning the ducts. He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would use Mr. Pittman again for ductwork cleaning & I would recommend his services to someone else if they needed it. Additionally, I believe it is worth disclosing that he did not ask that I leave a review like many service providers do, I made this review because my experience with his services was worth noting in a review.

Terrible company, terrible employees, terrible management…read more They came to my house to do a steam clean of the carpets and a grout cleaning of my tiles. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. Then just ignored my calls and texts. Classic company using their power to take advantage of the little guy as they got busy with big commercial jobs from hurricane Ida that made them a lot more money. Never using this company again.

After speaking with Tim and Michael at our first meeting, I instantly felt relieved like everything was going to be okay. They walked me step-by-step through the process of what was to come. Luckily, they are also a one stop shop. They handle water mitigation and contractor work, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They worked directly with the insurance company and utilize the same system as well. Gulf Coast Contractors do excellent work and exceeded my expectations by repairing other things in my home for me along the way that needed work. I didn't even ask, they just saw things and offered to fix them for me since they were already doing work in the house. Most importantly, they wanted to help and make things easier for me and all the while did not receive a dime of payment for months. Nonetheless, this did not stop the way they treated me or performed their scope of work. They even found ways to fit things into the budget that were not really there to ensure I got the items I wanted and the look I desired. Just hire Gulf Coast Contractors, you won't be disappointed. My favorites were DJ and Michael France. Great people!
