I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. He falsely offers a year warranty which he has no intentions of fulfilling. He wants money and lots of it but doesn't want to do the work of the money. Which is sad. NEVER AGAIN... They were able to fit me into their schedule so that I could have other repairs completed by a different vendor. They showed up prompt and on time as scheduled. They were well-mannered, very professional and courteous. They were quick in troubleshooting the problem, very knowledgeable about what was causing the problem and fixed all my issues expeditiously and even upgraded my existing equipment to make it more user friendly and safer. When it was time for payment they realized they quoted me an older cheaper price. They did not attempt to coerce me into paying the correct price. They even apologized for misquoting me the incorrect price and stuck to the lower pricing that I was quoted and accepted that payment. I also chose to go with A.R.E. once I found out they were not only a woman owned and minority owned business, but they are also a locally owned company that cares about there customers. During these times it is more important than before that we spend our money locally and keep our economy moving forward.

The crew showed up on time with adequate help to do the job, They adapted to changes due to differences from my old to the new unit. The owner and several supervisors came over to insure all of the work was done properly and they have followed up on the job during this past year to insure all was well. It actually caused a major leak in my ceiling forcing me to cut a huge section out. Keep in mind I was out of town when I found out they didn't do the proper work. I Will Never use their services again unless I get a refund. Horrible people when I told them I just lost a brother and I have to fly to California. It's never fun getting a phone call call stating '' you ceiling is holding water. This could of caused mold . I called a different company and they stated '' they didn't do a Danm thing and you should take legal action'' Not only did I have to pay $700 for the same services but another $3,600 to replace the Sheetrock, insulation, etc. its messed up and as caused hell for me these past two months. Shame on you.
