He had me come in to choose new flooring at Level Flooring Solutiand told me he had ordered it. After that, every time I followed up, I was told he would contact me when the flooring arrived. Despite months of repeated calls, messages, and follow-ups, I never received a resolution or meaningful update. From my experience, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I reported the issue almost immediately after purchasing my home and made every effort to work directly with him before sharing my experience publicly. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend doing business with Justin, whether you are considering purchasing a home he has built or buying flooring through any business that he owns or operates.
