This happened 4 times in a row, each time requiring me to call back a week later to re-request it. Then it'd slip his mind again. I called today (too lazy to find another source for this product), explained my past difficulties and asked to deal with Noel directly, Noel promised to call me back with a quote. I receive a call back - not from Noel, but from the hapless salesperson who delayed my DIY project a month. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said ok, goodbye. Guess he's heard it all before. There are better flooring companies around. I'd avoid this one.

Andrew gave me a quote over the phone, but when he came to my house and assessed the project was able to knock quite a bit off the price. He was fast, efficient and very respectful of my home. He gave me proper aftercare instructions (dry time, frequency of cleaning, etc.) and was on his way in an hour. I had him do a six seater sectional and two area rugs. The cream colored sectional was starting to smell sweaty and had a coffee stain and he was able to get all of that out. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
