Their team performed admirably and we couldn't be happier with the results. Communication was easy, even though I was in Virginia coordinating this for a house in Louisiana. You can see from the before and after pictures how well the exterior painting job turned out. They cleaned the bricks and made repairs of rotten fascia. The job-site was kept clean, neat, and safe during the project. Minor errors were made right immediately with no argument from the team. After everything we went through due to Hurricane Ida damage (2 years of travails!), this was the final project and we are so gratified that we were able to find Quillen Construction to finish the job. It was certainly the smoothest project of the whole ordeal. Shout out to Davis for being so available and helpful during the process!

I wanted to paint them, but I needed somebody to do a good job. Agape Home Remodeling caught my attention. Shaimon, the owner, had also replaced my front columns in the past, and I was very happy with the results. So, this time Shaimon did an excellent job. He took his time because he was very detailed. He first cleaned the cabinets, then he sanded them, and finally he painted them twice. The result was superb. Now my cabinets look brand new. They are awesome. I recommend him for just about any job. In our first meeting, Pete took the…read moretime to explain every part of the roofing process with my wife and I, from technical stuff down to which shingles would best suit our needs. He was transparent, friendly and patient. What I was really impressed with, was how he kept referring to the shingles as "our" shingles (Ex. "We want to remove anything that can damage our shingles.") To me, it really highlighted the sense of ownership and accountability Pete dedicates to projects. He wants to deliver lasting quality to his clients. Pete ordered the materials we requested and his team went to work about a week later. While they were working, it began to rain heavily and we thought for sure the job would have to be postponed. But to our surprise, the crew waited out the rain under our carport and once it stopped, they climbed back up and started working again. They completed our main roof and garage in ONE day. Wow! I can't recommend Above All Construction enough. They treated our property with the utmost care, safely removing and disposing of multiple satellite dishes left on the roof by the previous owners, trimming branches that could harm our new shingles, reinstalling our string lights after they were finished, and even blowing our driveway clean. If it weren't for the new roof, it would be hard to tell that they were even there. That's how small a footprint they left.

I was appreciative that they were insured (just in case) and that information was listed on the quote. The company sanded, pressure washed, repaired and painted all the things. Felix was a great communicator and made sure that I was happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.

0 Stars. A floor job for removal of subfloor, floors, as well as install of subfloor and pine wood…read morefloors was started by 2 Spanish speaking workers from Classic Hardwood Floors for 2 rooms in our home. The first day Steven, the supervisor did not come to the site till 11:30am. At the end of 1st day we reported that trash was left all over the jobsite, nails sticking out of wood, damage to joists, walls, and baseboards. Steven said that the 2 workers were "his best team." The next day, 3 different Spanish speaking workers installed the subfloor, which had terrible cuts that left gaps where you could see the ground through the cracks and/or 1/2" or greater gaps between subfloor boards. When we showed this to Steven, only 1 bad subfloor cut was corrected; the remaining cracks and gaps were sealed with canned foam. For the floors, single boards were cut with 1/2" or greater spaces from the walls where the shoe molding barely coverd. After the install, Steven said "we had to move out of our house for 5 days because of the chemicals from the stains." We were not told this in the beginning. When we asked if there was another product with less VOC chemicals, Steven said there was "a Bona water-based product with 1/2 the VOCs"; but that "product was not available in LA." We called Bona and was told you could order their product and receive it in 2 days. Overall, the job took about 2 months for 2 rooms. The whole job was completed by "untrained and unskilled workers" with very little if any supervision. We paid the total bid; however, we are COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED and would NOT recommend Classic Hardwood Floors or hire them again. See photos.
