I've been living in the other half of her double as I repair my home. I've been using these windows while I've been here almost a year. I had 4 companies come out and quote me for the 4 identical windows I needed in the rear of my home. Window World was the best fit for me. I like the lifetime , transferrable warranty. I had an issue with one of the windows and WW handled it like they said they would. My installers were very respectful of my home and did a FANTASTIC job on my home. They truly take pride in their work and I genuinely appreciated that. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with WW and my beautiful new windows.

They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows.

Direct Source Renovations installed siding on my home in March 2022. On April 10, 2024, a few…read morepieces of siding blew off my home. I called Direct Source and was told that it would cost $750 to make the repairs. I just signed the contract in April of 2023 for payment on the loan. I made several complaints to the Production supervisors when they were installing my siding and they corrected some of the issues that I could see. I sent emails, texts, and calls. It was stated in my emails I did not feel the work would hold up. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I called a contractor to make the repairs and was informed that they nailed the siding to my vents and the siding was cut too long. He also said there were several other pieces cut wrong. Dear Y'all, Today I am happy, but a little bit sad too…read more Today David and Dave Lauricella...AKA the Dynamic Duo...are putting the finishing touches to my house renovations. The sad bit is I won't be seeing them every day. They've just finished doing major repairs on my front porch, siding and ceilings. Until they started the repairs (caused by termite and water damage I didn't know I had), my porch had been held up by the hand of God. Then He handed it over to the Dynamic Duo to fix. It was almost a shame to put the siding back on over the studs and insulation because Lauricella and Son are seasoned craftsmen of the highest order. Oh, and my beautiful put-back-together-again, re-beautified front door! I could digress and go on about how delightful David and Dave are, or how they go out of their way to do what you want done, or how I gave them a key to my now beautiful front door when I was out of town, or how I never had to sweep up after them.
