Starting with our first visit from Aaron, he was very professional, informative, detailed, and friendly. He explained everything well and offered his guidance for anything we needed. Yesterday, Jerson and his crew showed up on time and looking professional. He walked through the house looking at the job, and then immediately went to work. These guys (3 in the crew) worked efficiently and were very pleasant to deal with. At the end of the job, I was very impressed with the clean up they performed before leaving. Jerson took the time to explain how everything worked & what to do in case we had any issues with our windows. The team at Relief Windows lived up to the hype. I was completely pleased with the entire process. I needed to replace a nearly 9'x7' sliding glass door that was original to my 60 year old home. The salesman, Aaron, came to my house for a consultation. We talked about the existing door, the process to replace it, and my options. I never felt rushed, and he was very informative. We scheduled the installation and I paid a deposit right there in my living room. He even had a portable printer to print out my receipt. The guys showed up to install and did a great job. They had to do A LOT of trim work to get the new door to fit, which I knew was the case. They took their time and made it look great. The screen door showed up with a small dent near the handle that affected it closing. I honestly might not have ever noticed, but the installer pointed it out and told me a new screen was already on order. When it came in, they brought it right over and replace it. I felt that they really appreciated my business and they were very proud of their work. When it comes time to replace the windows in my home, I won't be shopping around. There's an old saying about 'talking the talk and walking the walk'. As far as I'm concerned Relief Windows [RW] can do much better at 'walking the walk". I've heard the RW advertising many times on radio and one of the things which is always emphasized is the RW installers are permanent employees and NEVER contractors. This statement was repeated to me during the home presentation. Well.....much to my surprise, the installers who came with the windows were CONTRACTORS. First thing the contractors did was break one of the window glass panes as they walked up the drive-way so it had to be installed partially broken. I will say the contractors profusely apologized and assured me they would have a replacement for me in ONE week. The lead installer said he would personally bring it himself to repair the break and it would not take more than about 5 minutes. I do readily admit the contractors did a satisfactory installation and clean-up and the 'unbroken' windows are functioning exactly as I desired so it's not all bad. Then, again, much to my surprise, when RW called me about the replacement it was more than one week since the original installation, and I was told it had to be done by a formal appointment, which became the day after Christmas. SOOOO, what happened to the "We don't use contractors; AND I'll bring it by myself to fix it, and it won't take more than five minutes?" It was disappointing because the advertising had me convinced everything would go without a problem. So, as always, remember "caveat emptor", "Let the buyer beware"! read more

Terrible company to work for. Salary based on 40 hours, you are working 60 to 70 hours, or threatened with the false accusation that you are lazy or defiant. Installers work from 530am to as late as 1am. What company is ok with their crews working that late? Relief. Why do crews feel like they have to work that late? Fear from the owner and not collecting your money. Why? "We don't take money up front." Good business model? No. Cashflow nightmare that trickles down to everybody else? Yes. read more

This has been the worst experience ever. We ordered the sliding door in March 2020. With the Covid delay (which was fine) it was supposed to come in June 2020. When they got the order in, they realized they ordered the wrong parts and said they will get back to us in a couple of weeks. They didn't call until October 2020. Then when the doors came in, they forgot to order the screen that we paid extra for, yet another delay. To make matters worse the guys installing it had never done it before and were outside reading the instructions and installed it wrong on the first day. They worked so late that they ordered food and got it delivered to our house and never wore masks while they were doing the install that took three days. Then on the third day realized they ordered the wrong handles so we couldn't secure the door. When the screen came in December 2020, they forgot the bracket and yet again cannot complete the installation. To make matters worse they just left the screens lying in the middle of our patio unsecured when one of the high wind storms was coming that weekend. In addition, the company did not contact us until February 2021. The guy came today February 9, 2021 and they ordered the wrong screen again as well as not even ordering the bracket. To make matters worse they didn't properly seal the doors so rain came flooding into our house. So needless to say we are almost at a year and the project is not done. Worst customer service experience I've ever witnessed and would not under any circumstance recommend them to anyone. read more

Met Mark at the Home Improvement show at Lamar Dixon. He was very knowledgable! Call after the show and requested Mark and placed our order for 4 windows and 2 doors. He said within a month they would be in and installed. It was 3 weeks. A crew of 4 showed up at 2:30 pm then more showed up around 4 to help complete the job by 5:30. What a GREAT job! No mess at all was left. I cannot say how pleased my husband and I were. Everyone that showed up for the job was polite and introduce theirselves..very very respectable! Awesome job!!!!!! read more

We needed to have a sliding glass door replaced, one that was not standard in size. Ordered the door in late August and it arrived end of November, scheduled it last week to be installed yesterday. Rain was forecasted for the morning but Johnathan and his crew came anyway to get the job done. They were very professional in setting up tarps so that nothing would get wet inside the house, even though his workers were in the drizzle most of the time. The job was completed in a very clean and professional manner and we are 100% satisfied with how the job came out! Kudos to Johnathan and his crew and to Relief Windows. read more

He went above and beyond in providing us with information that we may not have even known to ask otherwise. He gave a thorough demonstration of what we would be receiving, explaining the lifetime warranty very well, and left us feeling confident in our decision to use them. Relief Window rep showed up, told him what we wanted, to replace 6 windows.. he measured twice, gave us a total , told us it would be 8-10 weeks.. @ 7 weeks Relief called & said they were ready to install.. Javi & his team arrived @ 2:15 p.m. and were walking out of the house @ 4:45.. these young did not miss a stroke in taking out the old windows & installing the new.. they worked steady, but still had time for a cup of coffee, as it was cold & drizzily that day.. mentioned to Javi that they worked like it was their 1 st day on the job.. he said "we've done this a time or 2.." he mentioned they do an average about 20 windows per day.. they put out drop cloths & I only had to vacuum lightly & dust off the sills when they were done. Would highly recommend Relief Windows if you are looking for windows.. I plan on calling in the next 90 days to replace 3 more ..5 star review!! read more

They did a wonderful job of removing the old windows and ensuring there was minimal debris from the old windows. They cleaned up everything, removed the plastic drop clothes I had on the furniture, vacuumed and ensured the house was clean. I love the new windows. They block out the heat and noise. Awful company. We had six replacement windows. There was a sea of fine dust debris all over our kitchen and dining room. There was the same in the two bedrooms. We cleaned for eight hours today. We have to clean at least eight hours tomorrow. This was not necessary. The company could have let us know what to expect. We would have moved what we could to other rooms. We could have put drop cloths on the furniture and bedding. The dusty debris was on the caulk. It will look dirty forever. We never really got to look at the windows. I hope they are installed well. I will get to see them tomorrow. I can't believe we paid so much to have to cleanup after an installation of windows. read more
