The team at Relief Windows lived up to the hype. I was completely pleased with the entire process…read more I needed to replace a nearly 9'x7' sliding glass door that was original to my 60 year old home. The salesman, Aaron, came to my house for a consultation. We talked about the existing door, the process to replace it, and my options. I never felt rushed, and he was very informative. We scheduled the installation and I paid a deposit right there in my living room. He even had a portable printer to print out my receipt. The guys showed up to install and did a great job. They had to do A LOT of trim work to get the new door to fit, which I knew was the case. They took their time and made it look great. The screen door showed up with a small dent near the handle that affected it closing. I honestly might not have ever noticed, but the installer pointed it out and told me a new screen was already on order. When it came in, they brought it right over and replace it. I felt that they really appreciated my business and they were very proud of their work. When it comes time to replace the windows in my home, I won't be shopping around. Relief Windows will be my only call.

Starting with our first visit from Aaron, he was very professional, informative, detailed, and friendly. He explained everything well and offered his guidance for anything we needed. Yesterday, Jerson and his crew showed up on time and looking professional. He walked through the house looking at the job, and then immediately went to work. These guys (3 in the crew) worked efficiently and were very pleasant to deal with. At the end of the job, I was very impressed with the clean up they performed before leaving. Jerson took the time to explain how everything worked & what to do in case we had any issues with our windows. Overall, just a fantastic experience with Relief Windows from start to finish.
