After 16 weeks I received my first shipment of windows, and I'm still missing 4 windows at 20 weeks later, without any specific delivery date on the missing items. I have a massive pile of siding in the front lawn because we cannot finish the home, warped plywood floors, and molded drywall in my new construction because we cannot keep the rain out of the home, but hey at least they made the sale. At this point I'm going to try to get out of the remainder of the contract so I can try to order similar looking windows through another vendor. Make sure you get a delivery time in your contract - but you can guarantee they won't put it in writing. nightmare..
