They sent out a new crew and they made sure the job was completed and done well. For my trouble, they even agreed to repair a few more slate roof tiles that had slipped during zeta at no additional cost. I'm very grateful for Eddie's help, and I'd also give a special shout-out to Eric Thompson and Edward Fakier for their fantastic customer service. The truth is that every construction project will have issues, but ultimately its worth finding a company that works hard to put the customer first. I'm glad we went with Garcia, as I can't think of another company that is willing to go above and beyond like that!

Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. He they wanted to cancel my contract and charge me a fee, even when they canceled the contract. This company is very shad their business practices and Rob Mooney, will not be around to setup the job. They are a disaster and run from these people. Really lack of someone managing the roofing replacement process and no one listens. When they make mistakes it is everyone's problem, but theirs.
