Michael and his installation crew were very meticulous and professional with the installation process. The installation took a few hours for 22 windows. Michael is very honest and takes pride in his product. He even brought an issue to my attention with one of the shutters. I would not have noticed this issue, but he knows his product well enough to know it wasn't up to his normal standards. He wasn't pleased with the fitment and would order a new one to replace it.
