The day they started the work, I gave them a deposit check. Check 2 was a week in and then the final payment when the job was done and I was satisfied. I was appreciative that they were insured (just in case) and that information was listed on the quote. The company sanded, pressure washed, repaired and painted all the things. I picked an exuberant color scheme and they did not blink and were happy to change a couple of things on the fly. All the workers were friendly and considerate. Felix was a great communicator and made sure that I was happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.
