We were going to take him to court, but it's not even worth that. He has so many judgments and liens that our claim would never be paid. He went over 4ft on our neighbors property line while building a fence. He couldn't stay on task, and became more scattered as time went on. Please don't use him. We just had our 33 year old water heater start to leak (yes, 33 years old!) in our attic. It came…read moreoriginal with the house. It was a 40 gallon gas water heater, that was in a very tight space. James determined he was not going to be able to get another 40 gallon water heater into our attic, and a 30 gallon special short tank that would fit, would take 6 weeks to get delivered. So with his suggestion, we decided to go with a tankless water heater which could be installed later in the week. I definitely did not want to "play chicken" with a leaking water heater in the attic for 6 weeks! James was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. We discussed options and costs through text messages. He also came out to assess our situation the same day we called him!! He's quick, professional, and cool as a cucumber. I included a photo to show off how well the installation was done, it looks great. The water pressure and heating ability of our new tankless is indistinguishable from the water 40 gallon heater tank we had, and it should save some money long term as well! We'll be relying on James Plumbing INC for any future plumbing (water or gas) needs.

They were way ahead of the schedule they estimated and completed the job quickly. We were so satisfied with their level of professionalism and the progress they made, that we had them change our old pipes from cast iron to PVC. This job was done quickly as well. The team was in constant communication with us every step of the way. Prior to our foundation repair, water would come into our home from the heavy rains, but now it doesn't. We are looking to renovate our home and we will definitely work with them on that project. They provide a wide array of high quality home repair and building services at fair and affordable prices. We can't wait to see the magic they create with future projects on our old home.

I was in need of Landscaping due to HOA requirements. I searched for months because I was also in…read moreneed of a French Drain in the front flowerbeds of my home. I searched French Drains and came across Sylve Services. Mr. Sylve arrived at my home assessed the situation and advised me he would call me back with a quote. I received a call back from Mr. Sylve the next day. He advised me if I gave him the opportunity to do the job he would make sure that I was satisfied. I gave me a price that was very reasonable. My schedule is very busy so the face that he provided me with a quote that included all materials was fantastic!!! He made my life easier and took on the task of satisfying the customer from the start. He had everything delivered and I didn't have to go into a store or garden center not once. He communicated with me and sent me a picture of every plant before he made the purchase of any plants that he used. I hired him to do the work, and all I can say is that he takes so much pride in his work. He went over his budget just to make sure the job was done to his satisfaction. Not once did he try to increase the quote or make me feel like I owed him anything extra. I left the total design up to him, and he did not disappoint. I didn't think I would like the brick border he suggested . He suggested this once he noticed I had left over bricks in my yard. He advised me that was a way that I could save by using the left over bricks. I came home from work and he had completed the landscaping edging with the bricks. All I can say is that I absolutely loved it!!!! Mr. Sylve came everyday with his lunch, water and everything that he needed for the day. He arrived early and left everyday once it got dark. Mr. Sylve seen that we needed fill around our patio so the dirt he had to Shovel out for the landscaping he placed it in the low spots around our patio. The French drain was done to our satisfaction even though I know it was more work than he originally thought it would be. He still gave he his all until the job was completed and to my satisfaction. We have several more landscaping outdoor projects that we need done. Mr. Sylve most definitely will be the only landscaper for us.
