He responded to my request quickly, provided a cost friendly quote, and completed the service less than a day later.

I wasn't going to leave you a review, but I think it's time that everyone should know your name and EVERY SINGLE company's name you work under. We were going to take him to court, but it's not even worth that. He has so many judgments and liens that our claim would never be paid. You are a good scammer and that is about the only good thing that you seem to be good at. Do not use him, not even for a simple job. He went over 4ft on our neighbors property line while building a fence. He couldn't stay on task, and became more scattered as time went on. Please don't use him. Trust me, because this has been a very costly mistake. Micheal Handy. Louisiana's Mr. Fix it Premier Energy concepts Handy's Home Pro read more

Louisiana's Mr. Fix It, Michael Handy, is a scam artist and a thief. He will steal your money and never do the job. He was suppose to repair rotten boards on a garage, took the money for it and never showed up. Stopped answering his phone or text messages. Do not give him any money. He is a crook. He says I got all my money back but that is not true. read more

Took my deposit, never came back, ignored my calls. Don't give him ANY money before job completion. He's a crook. Dishonest. Call someone else. read more

I never do reviews but this one was necessary. Michael Handy was sent to my home via the warranty company to diagnose a broken doorbell. After telling him what was wrong he went on to replace my doorbell instead of looking at the box that had a burning smell. He did not act experienced or knowledgeable. I had to help him with instructions and after 3 hours he realized that it was in fact the box. He said he needed a part asked for payment and never showed up. He is very unprofessional and I'm pretty sure has no clue what he is doing. Save yourself the money and book a legit company! I think because of the negative reviews the business is now under either Handy Andy and/or Premier Energy Concepts and the new phone number is 504-338-1990. read more

I had a washer machine issue. He came to my place quickly initially, and diagnosed it. After receiving his money for the damaged part, he ordered it and came back four (!) days later. After being putting the ordered part on my washer, he claimed to have repaired the washer, and left. Only problem? The washer was NOT repaired, and in fact was in a WORSE state than when I originally called him (there was a constant clicking noise that wasn't there before). And after telling him that the washer was still not repaired he said he'll order a new part and come back and finish the job - but never did. It's been eight days since he was last here. He took the money, never repaired my washer, left it worse than when he found it, and ghosted me. I ended up hiring a real technician who came to my place and repaired my washer within 30 minutes. 30 minutes, when it this guy didn't do it for almost two weeks. Do not fall for this guy. He takes your money and scams you. Zero stars if I could. read more

Not good. Initial contact fine, but he has poor diagnostic skills and he took the door switch from the freezer (which was working) and never came back. I REALLY wish I had read the reviews instead of being happy about the quick initial response. read more

Still not able to get my money back for a part that I paid for and was never installed. Part was $250. Nothing but excuses why Mike (if that is even his name) can't just return the payment. Please look at reviews before hiring or paying this person. This is the definition of a scam. I am researching how to find and report this person. Got some info on previous LLC that also appears to be a scam and went out of business according to the State of Louisiana. Also researching his address. read more

Rude remarks = no work. I didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to. I made a comment about my cousins opinion and his remark was let your cousin do it. No thanks I don't need sarcasm. I wouldn't have given a star, but, couldn't post this comment if I didn't. read more

This man scammed me out of $325. It was a plumbing job he clearly didn't know how to handle, but instead of saying he couldn't do it he wasted 5 hours and charged more than he should have. In the end I still had to call a plumber to fix the problem I already had and the mess he made!! read more

Michael came on time and did a good job. My only complaint was his pricing was a bit high, but he took the time to go to Home Depot and get missing parts. read more

The repair person came to my house, disassembled my washer/drier, then said he needed to order a part. He had me pay him that day for the repair. He said was going to return to fix the washer and drier FOUR days in a row, ghosted me every time. He stopped responding to my texts and calls. I am currently out of the money I paid and my washing machine/drier is still disassembled. read more

We met Michael today when he came to repair an outside outlet that stopped working and was needed for holiday lights. The issue was worse than we thought as no electricity was going to the outlet. He took his time and carefully checked everything out for us to determine the problem. He went into the attic and backyard and thoroughly tested everything so we'd feel secure with our electrical system. He charged us a fair price for the amount of time he committed to the job and the materials he went and purchased from Home Depot. He completed the job even though there was more work he needed to do. We were very pleased with his dedication to the job, and his caring and understanding attitude assured us so that we have already given him more jobs. We have future work we need completed at our house and will absolutely give that work to Michael Handy!!! read more

The company responded quickly to my request for help and did excellent work. The attention to detail was very much appreciated.

This guy is a liar and not to be trusted. Two days in a row he said he would be here to do the job and never showed up. His quote was too high, but I was going to give him a chance. As it turned out, I had the job done by real professional for $150.00 cheaper than this guy quoted! read more
