I finally got someone on the phone who told me that on their end, it says the work was complete and the machine was tested. The machine was not tested by the technician before he left. Estelle at Solar told me that she would contact the dispatch team to have the technician return. When she called me back, she stated that the next available repair date is Monday. I've now taken 2 days off of work for the technician to come here for a total of 10-15 minutes and fail to complete the job, and am now being told that I'll have to wait for Monday for someone to come and finish the job.
