Alex fixed our ac issue on time and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company

Outstanding service from start to finish! Our heat went out at the worst possible time, and the response was quick, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. The owner was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair process. What truly set Alex apart was how far he went above and beyond--especially in supporting a military customer. He showed genuine respect, patience, and appreciation, staying late to ensure everything was working perfectly and double-checking additional components to prevent future issues. The heat is running better than ever, and the peace of mind he provided was priceless. Exceptional workmanship, honest service, and customer care that truly stands out. Highly recommend! read more

They called me as soon as I put in the request to fix my heater and set up an appointment for me. They were herein a couple of hours. They were on time and fix the problem within a few minutes. I like that they did not try to sell me other things that you don't need like the other AC companies do. Alex was exceptional. read more

Great service! Very knowledgeable and came fast! They were also super polite. We highly recommend Climate Restoration.

Alex came out the same day I called to fix my AC. Evidently, 3 anoles decided to have a party on my condenser... He had the needed replacement in his vehicle and fixed it immediately. His billing is done on an iPad and you can pay by credit card. He even told me to give the unit a few days before I paid to make sure it was working properly! I would absolutely hire him again. Trustworthy and good pricing. read more

My A/C went out in the hottest part of the summer and Alex came over quickly (he called me becuase he had a cancellation) and got it running very quickly. Alex is obviously very knowledgeable about HVAC system and he walked me through the whole process. He has able to use the diagnostics from my thermostat to pin down one of two problems and remedy them. He even had the inexpensive part I needed on his truck. On top of the great service, Alex is very friendly and relaxed. He gave me a plan for maintaining my system to keep in top running condition. Alex also gave me his thoughts on the longevity of my system (great!) and that I have enough A/C even for the worst days here. Can't thank Alex enough and would HIGHLY recommend his personalized service. read more

Alex came out the same day and gave an estimate to replace my complete 3 1/2 Ton AC system that was a fair price for a quality American Standard (Trane) system. He and his team installed it two days later. I was pleased with all that they did and so far, it is the best system that we've ever had in 49-years of trying to properly cool our house. The extra 1/2 ton was a great choice! Jim read more

Alex is fast, flexible, and thorough! Our AC was dripping too much, and Alex took care of it the next day.

I had a great experience with climate restoration recently. My AC just wasn't cutting it at the height of Louisiana summer. Alex came over for a consultation and explained the options at my disposal in clear and pragmatic detail. The minor tweaks they made to my system were affordable and made a huge difference overall. A few weeks later, I had another issue with the system that ultimately turned out to be a self-induced filter blockage, but Alex was happy to swing by and take a look free of charge. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to bring it back online and I now know more about how my AC works than before. This is the type of customer service and no-nonsense professionalism that will make CR my first call in the future for any AC-related needs. Thank you! read more

My wife and I had been without a/c for almost three weeks after Hurricane Ida destroyed our condenser. After unsuccessfully trying to get a contractor, I turned to Yelp. I submitted our needs and got a reply from Climate Restoration immediately. Alex came to our home a few hours later, diagnosed the issue and got us a quote. He returned with his assistant two days later with the new condenser and my house was cool and comfortable several hours later. Alex was friendly, empathetic and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Climate Restoration and will certainly use them from now on for my a/c and heating needs. read more

I was procrastinating getting my whole system redone (everything from the AC/heater units to the ductwork to the vents in the ceiling). Alex won me over immediately. Not only was he quick to respond but took his time making sure I understood all my options. He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident I made the right decisions. His prices were within my budget and not only didn't he pressure me but also told me about rebates and tax breaks I should pursue. He and his helpers were very meticulous and actually left my house cleaner than when they started! Kinda embarrassing !! When I saw what came out of the attic, I was disgusted!! Anyone on the fence about changing old ductwork-- do it!! And Alex is your guy. It was such an added bonus to have such respectable and clean cut guys doing the job. I'm breathing easy with clean, crisp air!! Thanks Alex!!!! read more

These guys are awesome. AC kept shutting off and on on a hot Saturday afternoon. Called Climate Restoration and they showed up in 30 minutes, flushed my line and did some standard maintenance. It saved my Saturday night! read more

Quick to respond. Showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it at a fair price.

My AC was no longer blowing cool air and after several failed attempts and call outs, Climate Restoration restored AC. I struggled to find a reliable company after hours and had almost given up. I came to YELP to look up a few more companies and found that I could directly input what I needed service and a message would be sent out to those who were potentially available. Alex, from CR, responded in less than 5 minutes and happened to be in the area of my home. He verified if it would be okay to stop by after the job he was working and arrived at the estimated time given. Alex was thorough and found the issue with my AC unit. He explained to me the issue and what my available options were. We came to an agreement and the issue was fixed in no time! I appreciated his patience and resourcefulness. I 100% recommend using this company during normal and after hours!! Thank you for keeping my home cool in this heat! read more

Lying on a public review platform is simply unacceptable. Keep in mind, I had left work and lost a lot of productivity for these missed appointments. The first day my appointment was for 12pm and the guy over text asked to push it back to 2pm. I had a meeting for work later that day, and declined his request for rescheduling and made the appointment the next day at 3pm. The next day, after the appointment time had passed, he tried pushing it back to 4:30 pm, and I confirmed it was ok with me. At 4:30, he called and said it would be another 30-45 minutes to reach my house. I was not expecting this delay, so when he offered to reschedule, I accepted. We rescheduled to 4pm the next day. The next day, a hole was put in the top of my car, and I wanted it looked at by professionals ASAP so the car didn't mold inside. He asked to reschedule to 3pm the next day, to which I accepted. The final day came, and I had originally asked to reschedule since work was busy but I managed to put off some work items so I could make the appointment. So, I texted back and said never mind, the appointment time was still good, to no response at all. At 2:45, I texted to confirm if the appointment time still worked. No response. At 3:13 pm I called, no answer. At 3:30 pm I called again, once again, no answer. The guy only reached back out to me today (this event occurred last Friday and it is now the next Thursday) to ask me to remove my negative review. No mention or apology for the missed appointment whatsoever. Please do not waste your time with this business. read more

Fast service. Got me new compressor and instalked it the very next day. I wasn't home and although it seemed to be working well he insisted he return to do the indoor check to make sure it was working correctly. Would definitely use Climate Restoration again. read more
